"Darrien, a kid is dying," I bellow from the shock that he would be so quick to say no. Eligio laughs because this is somehow amusing to him. I pace around the four walls of his room and Darrien still has a frown on his face. I still wonder why he hates me so much. 

We never had any form of connection; I have connected with every one of my family but it never clicked with us. 

"This is a wolf you're talking about. I will never use my powers for the good of them."  I sigh because I can't believe I left Beau and came home to try to convince him and he is refusing "El, please talk some sense into your brother." 

This gets another laugh from him ''Come on D, you can't say no to family'' he is pleading on my behalf.
