Chapter 2
The Night Kingdom was about to declare war with the Day Kingdom, they had many more vampires than they use to have, so the vampires could win a war easily.
So King Albert of the Day Kingdom proposed trade with King Tiberius of the Night Kingdom. His youngest daughter, Princess Edith, who had just been born at that time, so he proposed her hand in marriage to any of the Night Kingdom's princes, that way the Night Kingdom and the Day Kingdom could combine their land with peace instead of using war.
King Tiberius surprisingly agreed to this, it was surprising because the Night Kingdom could slaughter the Day Kingdom easily. Now there will be peace instead of war in both kingdoms.
The past:
The Day and Night Kingdom's are divided by a deep dark forest, it is home to many dangerous animals, from bears and wolves to magical creatures who can devour you in one bite or poison you before you even know it was near you.
The reason for this is because years and years ago, there was a great war where vampires and men slaughtered each other, and at that time, there was a ratio of 30 men to 1 vampier, although 1 vampire had the strength of 100 men, the humans would ofter attack when the vampires were at their weakest point, day time.
When the war got so bad, both countries were on the brink of death, with the vampires unable to feed with human blood, they had to drink animal blood, they were weaker and easier to defeat and with the humans having not enough food to eat, they were starving and lacking men, so, the two kingdoms called a truce.
The Kings signed a treaty stating the battlegrounds they once fought each other in will be made into a divider of the two kingdoms, so no one would be able to pass through unless you had permission, the kingdoms asked Warlocks and Sorceresses of the Dusk Kingdom to cast a spell on the land to make it into the Dark Forest.
And ever since that day, the Dark Forest became the thing that separated the two kingdoms. It was almost impossible to travel through the forest unless you had an enchanted carriage or if you were just extremely lucky to not have been killed by something in the Dark Forest.
About this world:
There were 7 kingdoms, the Day Kingdom, the Night Kingdom, the Dusk Kingdom, the Summer Kingdom, the Spring Kingdom, the Autumn Kingdom, and the Winter Kingdom.
The Day Kingdom was full of humans, the Night Kingdom was full of vampires, the Dusk Kingdom was full of warlocks and sorceresses, the Summer Kingdom was full of dragons that can change between human and their dragon form, the Spring Kingdom was full of fairies, the Autumn Kingdom was full of werewolves, and the Winter Kingdom was full of demons.
The Day Kingdom was neighbors with the Night Kingdom, the Night Kingdom was far away from the Dusk Kingdom, but we're closer to them than the Winter Kingdom, they were an ocean away.
The Autumn Kingdom was very close to the Spring Kingdom, they were allies, and finally, the Summer Kingdom was ginormous, they had to be because of how big the dragons were, they were far far away from everyone, it would take months to reach them from the Day Kingdom.
