Remember

'Why am I here again?'

'I do not want to be here.'

Princess Eleanor's thoughts were running wide as she was enclosed in darkness. She could hear voices coming from outside.

"Save my sister."

Princess Eleanor's eyes widened when she heard a familiar voice. A voice that she would remember forever. No matter where she was or in what condition she will be in the future, she could never forget the voice coming her way.

'Brother.' Princess Eleanor's breathing increased. She knew that the voice was her brother. How could she forget it? She would remember it wherever she goes.

Princess Eleanor struggled as she tried to run out of the darkness. She knew that her brother was there somewhere. But she also knew that this was a nightmare.

Princess Eleanor's legs did not stop. It moved towards the source of voice coming her way only to see blood filled field.

"No, NO…. WHY!!" Princess Eleanor's words revolved around the cave. Wind who was at a distance got up in a hurry. He could not figure out what was going on but he knew that the Princess was in pain. Her whole body was shivering in rage as she trembled in her sleep.

Sir Kit was silent as he looked at his horse before moving his gaze at Princess Eleanor. It was at that moment that he remembered Nia's words coming to his mind.

'Princess Eleanor had suffered a lot,' Sir Kit thought as he got up from the ground moving towards the Princess. 'If I am not wrong, the lady in waiting wanted me to take care of the Princess before her nightmares worsened. But is she having a nightmare?'

Sir Kit thought as he heard a soft tone, "Please don't. Please…"

Sir Kit took a deep breath as he moved towards the Princess as he sat beside her. He knew for a fact that she was suffering from a nightmare and no matter what he did, he could not cure it.

'What did the lady in waiting do?' Sir Kit's eyes fluttered as he saw his horse moving towards them. He got up before curling himself around Princess Eleanor.

Sir Kit could not understand what was Wind trying to do? He had never done something like this before and now suddenly he was behaving all nice and understanding. Sir Kit was confused but soon when he saw Wind's tail moving towards Princess he understood what was on his horse's mind. He wanted to comfort the Princess.

Sir Kit swallowed as he saw Princess Eleanor moving in her sleep. Her body was still trembling as she tried to come out of her nightmare.

Sir Kit could not help but take Princess Eleanor into his arms. He could remember how Nia was trying to make the princess silent. Sir Kit panicked as he looked down only to realize that the Princess was not crying at all. His lips felt a sigh of relief as he blinked.

Sir Kit's hand moved towards the Princes's back as he held her tight. His other hand ran through her hair softly as if he was trying to make a child sleep. "Shh… It's okay Princess. You are not alone."

Sir Kit could not feel any change in Princess Eleanor's reaction. He felt lost as he did not know what to do next. Sir Kit tried his best to make Princess Eleanor calm and slowly it worked.

But something was troubling him. Maybe he was tired from all the fighting. Sir Kit has not slept for the last two nights as he stayed up to protect the Princess. He could not help but close his eyes.

Sir Kit's hand was behind Princess Eleanor as his other hand was still on her head. He could not understand why he was feeling the way he was feeling but soon Sir Kit's eyelids turned heavy. Maybe it was the darkness in the cave that was adding fuel to his tiredness but Sir Kit knew that he could not keep up with this anymore.

And before he knew it, Sir Kit's eyes closed as he landed in the dreamland.
