Dan poured a speck of his mana into Mike's body, trying to figure out the root of his body's problem. Yet, the moment his mana touched his skin, he lost all contact with it and it was instantly dispersed.
Dan was dumbfounded at this sight, usually whenever someone inspects anyone, even if he can't sense mana. Things will still go smoothly without any mishaps whatsoever occurring during the process.
Cause it's basically a body without mana, and it can't be any easier for someone who can manipulate mana and especially when he is fairly strong like Dan, to run a full check out on his whole body without missing any single muscle of it.
Yet, he was met with an unbreakable wall before he could even penetrate his skin, much less inspecting his body. Which could only mean one thing.
