Sphere of souls

Because I was spending almost all my time with Mito, my training came to a standstill. I tried to get Mito involved in training, but it was too boring and monotonous for her.

After two weeks of playing almost non-stop with Mito, I decided to think about how I could continue to develop without neglecting my little sister? And after thinking about the problem, I came up with the obvious solution. If you need to be in several places or do several things at the same time, you have shadow clones... I don't have them, but I can try.

I had a lot more fun playing with Mito, so she tired faster and went to sleep earlier. I spent my free time making a Shadow Clone.

While I recovered from the discomfort, I told the clones not to be idle and to try walking in the trees. Now that I have a cloning technique, I go to the forest every day after sleep and breakfast, where I make a chakro-flesh clone that goes to Mito, and I do physical exercises, and when my chakra recovers, I make regular shadow clones that learn to walk in the trees. After the first day of using clones, I couldn't sleep properly because of a headache, but even after exorcising my doppelgangers, I get their experience, and I use quite a few clones in a day, which gives my brain time to adjust. For about a week, I had to use Minor Healing on my head at night to relieve the pain, well, after that, my head hurt, but it was tolerable, so I was able to sleep normally again.

I also tried to do Kaiten Hyug, which means to rotate quickly on the spot and release my chakra from all the chakra channels, but due to unevenly developed tenketsu it turned out to be rubbish, not a heavenly rotation. However, in the evening, when my clone came back from Mito and dissipated, his energy would flow into me and restore my chakra, so before going to bed, I would use kaiten to use up all my chakra, then heal a bit and go to sleep. This way I developed my chakra system more evenly, and over time the Celestial Rotation technique began to take on a rounded shape, instead of the way it used to be - the shape of a clear foggy blue mushroom.

Occasionally, I would swap places with my clone to get some rest and to see the red-haired sweetheart Mito live. My chakra-flesh clone was of quite high quality, and an ordinary shinobi couldn't tell it apart from the original me, so the shinobi spies thought I was always with the jinchuriki, but I tried not to make my training public, and before creating or dispelling clones, I would check everything with my Hoshingan.

When Mito and I were about four and a half years old, the orphanage started letting us go out into the countryside on our own. Now, my sister and I were exploring Konoha on foot. We found three more wooded areas, the Nakano River divided into three tributaries, and a lake where we sometimes bathed. We also found some ruined districts and many normal clan houses.

We also visited the village itself, where we found a market, a bookstore, a flower shop, a pharmacy, a police station, several cafes, a cemetery, hot springs, the Shinobi Academy, the Hokage residence, and a particularly impressive Mito - the Hokage Monument.

They had scoured the forest for food before, but now they had recovered some lost kunai and used them to kill, gut, skin, cook and bring back beasts for me to eat. When the clones fed me some rabbits and a small deer, I realised that I liked such a protein-rich diet, because with a normal meal I could train longer, I was less tired and my chakra and prana recovered faster, so despite the risks, I continued to send the clones into the forest for game, wild fruits, berries and nuts.

One of the clones found a small cave away from humans, which the clones cleaned out and used to store and cook food, now I don't go hungry, which definitely makes me happy.

I've also started feeding Mito, and while the shelter's ration is balanced specifically for children, it doesn't take into account the fact that a child can train in the Youth Force style, or that a child Uzumaki-tire-jinchuriki must eat for at least three years to produce his beautiful biju-containing chakra.

The shinobi following us knew that I sometimes went into the forest to get food, so when I fed Mito, it didn't arouse much suspicion, although a few times I was sent by ninja to track down the food I got in the forest myself, or there was the possibility that an enemy shinobi was feeding me and poisoning the food the jinchuriki ate afterwards. I also performed a second stage Hoshingan activation, for which I created a clone from chakra flesh, then ate copiously to speed up my energy recovery, and when the chakra was recovered, I dispelled my clone and absorbed its chakra, temporarily doubling my energy reserve - ≪chakra 602/296/38.9≫.

Now the training was a bit different and I started to use new abilities in it. The most useful of these was 'Spatial Pocket', not for its ability to carry things around and have them at the ready, but for the side effect that when I exceeded the capacity of the pocket, all the weight of the things was distributed evenly throughout my body, making the physical training of the body much more effective. "Healing" helped me recover quickly when I over-exerted myself and tore muscles and cracked bones. "Teleportation" allowed me to spend less time on unnecessary travel, and I could quickly get to places far away from people where I usually trained, and back to the shelter.

"Space Leap" and "Phasing" formed a synergy with the activated Hoshingan, which slowed down subjective time for me by a quarter, and I could see everything at two hundred and forty degrees. Phasing was an interesting ability, but quite dangerous - when I used it, I couldn't breathe because my lungs were displaced from their normal space with the rest of my body, so I couldn't draw air from that space. I also risked getting stuck in a solid object when phasing, so I didn't abuse it much, especially as I could only be intangible for forty seconds due to the limited mana I had, and I didn't want to waste psi, I needed it for other things, and it was very slow to replenish... probably because I wasn't very smart.

I stayed at the orphanage with Mito for another two weeks until the beginning of April, during which time all the bureaucratic delays were sorted out and I was able to choose my surname. So: the shouting - "I'm going to be a Hokage!" - I can't help but notice that all that's left is the love for ramen and Sakura-chan, and the wish to bring Sasuke back to the village, but he hasn't gone anywhere yet... and we haven't even met Sakura yet, just like Sasuke... and Sakura's a girl too, so if Mito likes her... that would be a bit weird.

I also go out to buy some clothes, and find a dressing gown similar to mine... apparently this particular shop donates clothes for orphans. But since I'm used to these clothes, I bought this particular dressing gown for myself. Anyway, Mito and I got a sort of new wardrobe, but we will actually be wearing the same clothes.

We also bought changing clothes, sports uniforms and stationery for the academy. As for food, we bought rice, potatoes and some other vegetables. Meat, fruit and some mushrooms, checked for edibility with Recognition, I got from three different forests within the village walls.

While Mito slowly settled into the dormitory with my Chakra Flesh clone, I teleported to the spatial beacon on the outskirts of the village, near the waterfall, and got busy training Rasengan with my Shadow clones.

I had to take the water in the balloons I had bought and try to rotate it with the chakra until the balloon burst... this stage was achieved by the end of the day, then I tried to burst the balloon with the rotating chakra, which was more difficult, but I managed it after a couple of days. And the last stage was creating the Rasengan without any tools, so I had to quickly rotate my chakra in the shape of a sphere and keep it from disintegrating, to get a kind of energy sphere destructive drill.

I got my first full Rasengan with the help of a clone within a week of starting to master this technique; I did not have enough energy control to stabilise the A-range technique alone. But now that I understood the principle, I started trying to make a Rasengan myself.

For me, the Rasengan was my first personal achievement in the field of magic...
