Chapter 75 Arthur arrives

" Don't give it to him!"

Bruce appeared in his Hulk form. He blocked Thanos's vision. Thanos was amused to see Hulk since he seemed to be more intelligent, but he could his raw strength was reduced significantly.

" How do you think you are going to stop me even though your other self wasn't able to do that. Although I admit he possessed great strength and combat abilities, you are just weaker than him."

Thanos spoke, raising his hand. He punched Hulk, but to his surprise Hulk caught his hand. He used his inertia to throw him off despite his strength differences. However, Thanos easily overpowered him and pushed him down to his knees. He clenched his other and bashed his head.

Bruce felt the world was spinning around him. He coughed up blood and raised his head to confront Thanos's gaze. He smirked with a calm look.

" You have awoken something you shouldn't, titan!"

Bruce said, showing his confidence. Scarlet energy coiled around Thanos as it bound down. Thanos frowned, feeling this energy was somewhat similar to the Infinity stones and he could tell it was primordial power that existed for eons.

" You! As expected, Arthur had planted a few surprise elements in his camp. I should expect this."

Thanos said, crushing the energy with a reality stone. Wanda rise from the ground and faced head to head with him. Her face had no fear and she was determined to fight against it. She chanted spells to debuff Thanos since almost every offense spell were negated by him. Thanos felt his body getting heavier. Hence, he simply did something outrageous. He folded the entire space of the city along with everyone in it. They were isolated from the outside world completely.

" Now you have no place to escape, witch!"

Thanos smirked, expressing his disdain toward them. They weren't worthy like Tony and Arthur to him. Although Thanos had to admit there were powerful existences in this city, they weren't either experienced or holding back to protect the city. Therefore, he used those weaknesses to his advantage.

" Game is over!"

Thanos activated all of his power to destroy the spells around them. Wanda opened her eyes with surprise because even Arthur wasn't this fast.

" Don't joke with me!"

Thor appeared next to Wanda with Tyrande and Merlin. They were the final defense of the city along with a single individual in the darkness.

The thunder rumbled around him while Tyrande and Merlin stood upright to face him without any help from outside. It was either their victory or loss and they couldn't afford to lose here since countless lives were depending on their final stand.

" You are getting on my nerve, Asgardian. Even though I have promised to spare the people of this city, you aren't included in that list. Besides, I can crush one or two of your limbs."

Thanos used his time stone to end this meaningless battle. However, that backfired him. As an Asgardian, Thor was getting more powerful when he aged. Moreover, Tyrande and Merlin were immortals. Time was couldn't harvest their lives even if they living beings.

With a single leap, old Thor appeared next to him and hit his chest. Thanos was sent flying to the next building. Thor raised his axe along with thunder. He pointed at the skyscraper and with a single command, he obliterated the entire building to the ashes. Tyrande didn't sit idly as she condensed her most of mana in a single arrow. Her arrow shone brightly along with Merlin's spell.

" Garden of Avalon!"

Countless flowers bloomed around them and they healed injured Bruce and Wanda. Even Vision was recovering in this field.

" Moon Arrow!"

Tyrande chanted her arrow's name and it flew to the ruins. Bright light fell on the ground with a giant ball of energy. True extinction happened in there as everything was silently destroyed by the light.

" Chaos Destruction!"

Wanda used every bit of her strength to end the fight. Nothing was left there except for the crater.

Meanwhile

Arthur was speeding towards the space with his light speed. He was sure this ban zone had borders and he was right.

" This is it."

Arthur said, looking around him with excitement. He opened his portal and teleported to the city.
