Chapter 67 Hmm

" Are you sure about doing this? I mean I am the strongest person here except for Clark and Zoe who are watching there."

Arthur asked quietly while looking at Azir who was holding a lance or specter-like thing. He bet that if he defeated him, Arthur would provide him with more benefits and support while if Arthur defeated him, he would allow additional portals and royalties in the capital which was profitable to Arthur who also had to gather funds from his merchant group.

" It will be difficult but I believe I can defeat you here."

Azir spoke calmly, looking at the vast desert under them. As an emperor of sand, he had absolute control over the desert and his physical power wasn't bad either.

" I don't know who told you this, but let me tell you that I am not a simple person. My single strike can demolish an entire city from the face of the world, so be careful."

Arthur raised his hand, taking a stance to fight against him. He thought using his sword would be overkill due to its ability to cleave through space after Arthur accustomed to his abilities.

" Please, don't die."

Arthur muttered gently, blinking in front of him. However, to his surprise he found his leg was bound to sand as three sand soldiers attacked him. He simply raised his arms and threw them off like rag dolls.

" As expected it is useless too, but how about this?"

Azir raised his staff as he summoned an army of sand soldiers while sinking him deep under the ground, but how he could allow this? Arthur clenched his fists tightly while white light shone out, illuminating the already bright outside.

" This is not good."

Clark who saw this, immediately held Lois and travelled to a safe distance while others moved to different places to distance themselves. Diana and Clark knew about this power which injured Darkseid who was the God of destruction.

" Why did you move me, Clark? I was about to take a picture for my journal."

Lois pouted slightly while hitting Clark who was embarrassed to admit that he was powerless before this strike.

" Because it is a nuclear-powered technique. You will die if you are close to him."

Clark explained while pointing at the huge mushroom on the horizon. The destructive waves of wind hit their faces as the roaring sound of annihilation reached their ears.

" You have to be kidding me."

Sivir rubbed his eyes with shock and so did others who didn't know about Arthur. Samira, Caitlyn, and Vi were astonished and Taliyah almost flopped down with extreme shock. His ability wasn't a simple destruction, it was in line with the greatest natural disasters.

"This isn't the power of the human. This is the power of God."

Even calm Diana 2 wrinkled her face, not knowing what to do. Aspects were god-like humans who transcended the realm of mortals but in front of Arthur who reached the real level of gods whose aspects were contracted, she was powerless.

" It is a bit too overkill."

Diana commented silently, looking at the huge fire field that was showing what was the real doomsday. Azir and Arthur stood against each other while observing each other. Azir could tell Arthur wasn't going all out, but he wasn't holding back either.

Despite radiation, he was able to move freely and the heat of the nuclear blast was blocked by the sand walls that were enforced by his power. Besides, he wouldn't allow himself to lose before his descendant as he used his full power.

The desert raged as the sand rushed to Arthur. Arthur didn't dodge it, clashing it head-on with his fire. He could use his ice power to block it but he wasn't a person that disregarded his opponent's feelings.

He knew Azir was using his all and he had to respect his determination and intent to bring him down.

" Emperor, I admire your spirit and courage. I shall grant your wishes as you earned it rightfully."

Arthur muttered gently, responding with one of the greatest attacks that bent universe law.

" Black Hole!"

A miniature black hole swallowed an entire section of the desert and his comrades were amazed. The area filled with sand was left with nothing as the sand rushed down to fill the void.
