Khan was once again standing in the same room where he start his last campaign. He walked to a balcony and saw that the horizon had expanded quite a bit. He opened the new notice.

Khan reasoned that the bonus and penalties were tied to the subordinates he summoned through the lottery. The major bonus probably gave either full loyalty to one character or to loyalty to everyone he currently had, and the penalties were probably the inverse.
Khan examined the sample coins he just received. They were all the size of a quarter, except the "giant gold coin" which was the size of a silver dollar. While pondering about how useful this would ultimately be, Khan got another notification.

Khan found himself carefully examining the copper coin. He remembered about hyperinflation and that everyone was saying it was a problem and drove the prices of everything way up. But he didn't realize how bad it was until that moment.
Khan thoughts were interrupted when Leinhart burst through the door. He yelled, "What just happened!? I was on the roof surveying the limited land when suddenly I blink and not only is there more land but now there is a proper sky, not just some blank canvas!"
Khan looked at him and said, "I told you what my plans were. The land you see now will get even bigger with more to see. What I'm offering you is an opportunity to live the life you want to. There will be times when I'm leading a true campaign of conquest. Agree time work with me and anything you capture whith your own hands is yours to keep. As for the bonus I spoke off earlier, here."
Khan stretched his hand and the unclaimed female students from Ichika's former classroom appeared. Leinhart looked very intrigued by the "exotic" women in front of him. Khan continued, "As a gift, here are pure, untainted maidens. And when I say pure, I mean untouched, moldable, young, and still full of life."
Leinhart looked pleased for a moment, then a scowl formed as he said, "Am I correct in assuming these ladies aren't top shelf?" Khan sighed and said, "That is a matter of opinion, but they are free. Like I said, what's yours is yours by your own effort. If there is a castle you want or a maiden you want to keep, you have to capture them yourself. That are deal; anything you personally capture during a campaign is yours to keep."
Leinhart thought for a moment, then said, "We have an agreement then. Am I correct in assuming that these ladies will not be at my beck and call right away." Khan answered, "You are correct, some training on your part will be needed."
Leinhart then said, "I found a nice little manor that can serve as my temporary housing, I'll take these girls there and then we can discuss the next course of action."
With that Leinhart transformed into a swarm of bats and he and the girls disappeared out the window. The next person to enter didn't come through a door or a window, but through a trap door. Yachiru popped up and said, "Uncle Khan, Lady Yoruichi wanted to talk to you about the floating island that seemed to be filled with women, all of whom have your brand."
Khan looked at Yachiru and said, "Thank you, I'll talk to her shortly." Yachiru nodded and then held out her hand. Khan sighed, and then he pulled a smal bag of candy out of his Shadow Pocket and handed then to Yachiru.
She left via the trap door. Khan pondered for a moment, Yachiru is an odd one. She doesn't actually work for him, she just does favors for candy. She had a complicated network of tunnels, which seemed to primarily exist for own amusement. She calls him uncle whenever they interact with each other. He wasn't sleeping with her, and thinking hard about it, he was absolute in deciding that Lashara and Maria would be the only Lolitas in his harem.
Shrugged his shoulders and paid a quick visit to Yoruichi to sort out the new housing arrangements.

Khan was back in his throne room. Lashara and her mother were his new financial administrators and they took to it rather quickly. Khan decided it was time for the new summons.
He was going for three companions and two lovers. He activated the first ticket.

Khan was taken aback, this one ticket had unlocked the foundation of a new army. However if Zagara doesn't submit, then controlling it will be off the table. Watching Zagara appear before him was interesting. While large, she wasn't as big as he was expecting. Zagara was only slightly taller than Asterio.
Zagara looked around, then she noticed Khan and said, "Where am I?! Tell me at once or I'll rip you a part!" Khan stood there, let a sigh, then with barely a gesture, Zagara found herself floating in mid-air. Zagara struggled desperately as she felt herself being slowly crushed. Then Khan said, "Zagara, I am going to be upfront with you. You are here because you now belong to me. Now whether you find a new golden age for the swarm or you become a doll I torture when I'm bored is up to you."
Zagara was gently lowered back to the ground. After taking a moment to pull herself back up, she turned to Khan and asked, "I know what I prefer, but what do you mean by a golden age?"
Khan smiled and said, "You, Zagara, could be considered the Queen of Blades, crowning achievement. Not only has the Zerg prospered under your rule, but you created a way to restore destroyed planets."
Zagara listened with great interest, wondering where this was going. Khan continued, "You now find yourself in a unknown situation, it is understandable to be angry, but please keep in mind, I can kill you with barely a thought if you upset me again. But, I want use to have a beneficial relationship. Right now, other then you there are no other Zerg here."
Zagara lifted her head, clearly verifying that Khan was speaking the truth. Then she asked, "What are you proposing?" Khan smiled and said, "Work for me, and I'll give you prime territory to rebuild the swarm. I hope you are wise enough to know the consequences of refusing, so I'm not going to waste my breath saying it out loud."
Zagara simply nodded and then asked, "How am I to address you?" Khan responded, "You can call me Khan. Now feel free to look around, I'll let you know when we have territory you might be interested in."
With that, Zagara left. After she did , Khan checked on a notice he got after he put Zagara down.

A shiver ran down his spine as he realized that his perk Corrupted Love would work on anyone who was capable of real thought and found him attractive. Khan took a deep breath and activated the next ticket.

It took Khan a minute to remember Hawk's back-story. When he saw her however, it all came back to him. Her stealth skills, her power blade, and the fact that she was incredibly by the book. A fact he take full advantage of.
It was a simple matter to convince her to work for him. Especially after she learned that there was no Confederation to save her, and death was not an escape. As she left, Khan admired her figure, thinking about future "activities" he could do with her. Khan activated another ticket.

Khan finally saw Divine Right in action. Celestine knelt before him the moment she saw him. Calling him the "Voice of the Emperor." However, it did take her a few minutes to accept that, for now, she was the only member of the Imperial Military. She left after she was told to find herself temporary quarters and she would be needed soon. Khan thought, 'Well, soon from her perspective, I guess.'
Khan decided to try his Lover Lottery Tickets now. He activated the first one. It was more or less the same as the Companion Lottery. The result was interesting.

Khan looked at Panam, she looked at him confused for a moment, then a wave of realization washed over her and asked, "Malcolm?" Khan laughed and said, "Malcolm the miracle maker! That takes me back. Yes, Panam it's me." She started crying then ran up to him and embraced him. Khan in that moment wanted nothing more to strip her down and ravage her right then and there. However, he had things to do, he sent her up to his room to meet her new sisters, and activated the day's final ticket.

Khan thought that such a thing might be redundant, but figured it might be useful in the field. Christine reacted more or less like Panam. However she called him, "Delta" since when they met that was his designation. After Christine also left to wait in his room, Khan thought about the nature of his previous relationships and how maybe only few were, how they say, "healthy." Khan shrugged and decided that he was a bastard, and he would own it.
Khan looked at the list of targets and found War on Geminar crossed out. He figured that would make things easier as he progressed. Khan had already decided on his next destination.
As he transition to the next world he got a new notice, how he was given a allowance set in the local currency. Khan figured it was the effect of his economy. Khan pondered for a moment on how best to approach his target.
Considering their desires and choices Khan knew it wouldn't be a straightforward just ask. He figured first he better find where in the story's timeline he was, after all it wouldn't be useful to try and recruit them if they were still in diapers. Khan used the Eyes of Hermaeus Mora to locate his target. He found them in volunteering in the army recruitment office. There they were, Tanya Von Degurechaff.
