Vonruil Tells About The Deal With Satan
“Ah, your eyes, they are purple.” Morris states his point “In humans purple eyes are like, extremely rare. Brother always wears a hoodie outside, only the ones he meets regularly know and they think it’s natural, and compliments his looks, but two purple eyes in the town will make everyone suspicious.”
Smiling Xiander says “Don’t worry about that. I have the ability to change my eye color.”
Amazed Morris says “Wow, in that case brown will be better. The more common the less suspicion.”
Smiling Xiander says “No problem, let’s go.”
As they go to the market, Xiander sees everyone is looking at him and the girls are giggling. So, he pats Morris on the shoulder and says “Hey, you said brown eyes are normal, why is everyone, especially the girls looking at me?”
Surprised Morris says “What? Doesn’t every girl in Artmitis look at you?”
A little confused Xiander says “Ah, we don’t have girls on Artmitis, So, why are they looking at me like that?”
“Actually after seeing you, Xane and Jason, I should have known, before bringing you along. Well, in our world, you three are like anime characters.”
“Anime what?” Xiander asks confused
“Gosh, how do you live on Artmitis? NO girls, no anime, no cakes? But, damn seeing you guys even a boy would wish he was a girl!” Morris says exclaiming his point
As they come to the shop, Morris tells the counter boy the medicine he wants and then hands over Jason’s card. Seeing Xiander, the boy says “Your friend?”
Seeing Xiander, Morris says “Ah, no actually he’s my cousin. I know we don’t look like that but he is.”
Smiling, the boy says “Nice to meet you.” So, Xiander also smiles and says “Ah, same to you.”
“So, do you have a girlfriend?” Confused at what the boy asked Xiander says “What?”
Stepping up Morris says “Yes, he does, back home, he’s here for a few months.”
“Oh, that’s bad for the girls. By now three girls have already told me to get your number for them.” The boy says smiling
“Yes, well he’s taken….”
Intervening a girl says “Hey, so what, she's back home. A flirt wouldn’t mind.”
Xiander bends over as he is 187 cm and Morris is 179 cm, and says “What’s a flirt?”
Smiling and trying to grab the situation and make it win-win on their side Morris takes a deep breath and says “Girl, I didn't want to break your happy bubble but my cousin likes boys and his boyfriend, he’s back home, I mean he’s at home, we came to get some medicine.”
“Oh, then are you bi by any chance…” cutting the girl’s sentence midway Morris says “No he isn’t. (Looking at the counter boy) Is the bill ready?”
As the boy gives the bill, Morris takes the card and Xiander’s hand and comes out. As they come out Morris says “Man, let’s get home soon before some girl kidnaps you.”
Somehow escaping the eyes, Morris and Xiander finally come back home. As they enter Morris says “Thank God we managed to come back home. I was afraid I’d lose Xinader on the way home.”
“What?” Vonruil says shocked “Xiander’s not a kid, I’m certain he didn’t trouble you.”
Seeing Vonruil, Morris runs over and hugs him saying “Oh, you’re home!”
Smiling Vonruil says “Yes, the owner had to go out so he gave us an early leave today. But what’s the matter?”
“Oh, we went to the market to get some medicine. Man, all the girls keep looking at him. No wonder you wear a hoodie when you go out.”
Vonruil shakes his head in disbelief and says “It took me a few days, but I soon realized it’s cause of the looks. The eyes are more than the face, so I began to wear a hoodie. If I had known, I would have told you beforehand. So, everything is fine now…”
“Brother, it was so hard. First the counter boy asked if he had a girlfriend cause three girls already requested him to ask for them. Just as I managed to convince him that Xiander has a girlfriend who’s waiting back at home, a girl came over and said, so what she’s back at home, so a little flirt won’t harm. So I had to tell her what I meant was she’s back home here. She still didn’t back off. Finally, I told he has a boyfriend. And, the odd part, after coming out of the shop, I recognized the girl.”
“Wait, what? ” Vonruil asks concerned
“The red brick house with those big window panes, why?” Morris asks confused
“Morris, her parents run the dairy. All of our dairy stuff is from her shop and at times she comes to deliver as well.” Vonruil says making a give-up face “I’ve always given her a cold shoulder so eventually she gave up. If she finds out about Xiander living here with me, she will definitely come.”
Morris gets up and goes over to Sam and says “Sam you have to help.”
“What? What help, what can I do?” Sam says confused
“If that girl comes over and finds Xiander, she already knows about brother. Everyone knows about us, and I’ve told about Xiander, and Xane being my cousins. But, I told he has a boyfriend, so you are his boyfriend.”
Cutting Morris’s sentence midway Peter says “Looks like a roller coaster ride is about to begin.”
Just then Xiander notices the tattoo and seeing it is the Satan’s symbol, he asks “Vonruil, why’s that symbol on your wrist?”
Xiander asks in a little angry tone “Since when did angels and Satan join hands?”
“What?” Vonruil asks confused as he forgot the tattoo could be seen
“Satan? Satan, exists?” Peter asks confused
“Peter if Rival exists, the allies exist, then why can’t Satan exist?” Sam says in an frank tone
“Wait a minute, that tattoo is Satan’s symbol. Brother do you have any connection with…”
Seeing Morris is getting emotional Vonruil says “Morris, I’m an angel, and an angel will never have any connection with the likes of Satan or Rival. As for whatever happened before I met you guys, be it Rival, Satan or the allies, it has nothing to do with the tattoo. As for this (Vonruil says looking at the tattoo), I think you all must have noticed the unexpected cyclones, and tsunamis on earth, and the rumble on Artmitis, (Everyone nods) that happened when I used my water, and force stones together. Because of that, the Gods took my powers, and told till I give up the pledge for revenge, I can’t get them back. Initially, I came to earth for this purpose. But, one day I was pushed by someone, I still don’t know who it was. That fall caused me to have a heart attack, so actually Satan came to take my soul, but then he made a deal with me. In return to get my life back for revenge, I gave him my emotions. That’s why you all feel my eyes are empty. I don’t feel emotions the way I used to. But, being here with you all, I end up feeling happy. This tattoo is the symbol of our deal. The deal is for not a pact between us, but a give and take deal. I got my life back so, I can avenge Rival. I get my emotions back, Satan get’s Rival’s soul ending the demon world.”
“WHAT??” Everyone says in unison
“Wait, what’s this abyss black hole, and why does Satan want Rival’s soul?” Sam asks in a curious tone.
“What do you mean, banished into the abyss black hole, and what God’s taking your powers?” Xiander says in a demanding tone
Confused Sam also says “Brother, taking your emotions? Satan comes to take the dead. But you’re living….” Cutting Sam’s sentence midway Peter says “Wait a minute, you said you almost died fighting Rival, did you strike a deal with Satan at that time…”
Cutting Peter’s sentence midway Vonruil says “Peter you’re half correct and half wrong.”
Everyone looks shocked at Vonruil.
Taking a sigh Vonruil says “The night you boys came here, I was actually on the brink. Everyone’s words got to me. I started walking and soon found myself at the edge of the mountain. I don’t know who, but someone pushed me (Everyone says ‘WHAT?’ shocked in unison) and I died for the second time. That’s when Satan came to take my soul away. And, I wasn’t in my best state, the resentment took over me and all I had in me at that time was anger, frustration and revenge. The people for whom I lost my life, want me dead, you three would have been killed only cause you said you knew me, can I live with that? They hate me when I lost my everything for them. The allies, I did so much for them. It didn’t take them even a minute to betray me. And, Xania, the one whom the king chose to be my eternal partner, said the relation has no value cause I wasn’t there when she needed me, she didn’t want to listen to the fact that when she wanted me, I was practically a motionless living body. I was unconscious, how am I supposed to be there for her in that state? The Gods, the protectors of the universe, are so jealous of me, they actually banished me in a portal hole that took me to another dimension. Silly fools forgot Vonruil can come and go from any dimension he wishes to at will. When I had beaten Rival and was porting him into the portal, a lightening struck me and my heart stopped. The next thing I knew for everyone I had betrayed disappeared, in reality I was forced into the abyss black hole. It was the allies who struck me and gave Rival a safe passage. And then I guess what you all are saying that they are doing everything wrong in my name, began. When I got consciousness, at first it didn’t matter any more, but that day with you guys, it was too much for me.”
“What’s the deal between you and Satan?” Xiander asks concerned
“Don’t worry, it’s not harmful for anyone.” Vonruil says in a lost tone “Initially Satan came to take my soul, but since I was full of resentment at the time, meant sending my soul to hell, which would harm Satan as well, because he can’t send an angel to hell. So, he made a deal with me. He returns my life, in exchange for my emotions. If I manage to take my revenge on Rival, I get my emotions back, and he gets Rival’s palace. If I can’t win over Rival, I leave the universe so he doesn’t have to bear the guilt of sending an angel soul to hell. Of course, it was my trust in the allies that I lost, now I won’t do the same.”
“Brother how can you say that, we love you. We don’t call you brother just cause you are older to us, we mean it.” Cutting Peter’s sentence Morris says “Yes, you can trust us, depend on us, let us care for you. We won’t betray you like that all did, please tell Satan to return your emotions back.”
“Brother, if you can’t trust us, depend on us then at least you can and do trust Xiander and Xane, don’t you?” Peter says in a lost tone “For them tell Satan…”
“Guys, if I had been pushed that might at the mountain, none of this would have happened. After talking with your guys in the morning my thoughts have changed. But, it’s too late, the deal is done (Vonruil sees his tattoo) now all I know is I want my revenge.”
“Vonruil, that’s not you.” Xiander says in a concerned tone
“I know, but now this is me.” Vonruil says in a frank tone “I will make them pay for betraying me,for making everyone suffer. Xiander, the boys lost their parents cause of this damn war, casue of me, they were going to be killed because they said they know Vonruil, ME. And Rival, if he ever comes in front of me, that will be his last day.”
“Ok, then when’s our training beginning?” Peter asks enthusiastically
“Training? What training? I love training!” Xane says in a cute happy tone.
Smiling Vonruil says “Boys, this is no joke. God forbid anything happens to you guys, I’ll kill myself, and go to hell.”
“Vonruil, these emotional blackmailing lines won’t work.” Peter says in a stern tone.
Giving up, Vonruil says “OK, we’ll train you guys so, you can help me fight Rival and teach the allies a lesson. Though I didn’t know where to begin, nowI do have a plan, and Xiander is here, there’s no better teacher than him.”
“Vonruil, before we get back on this conversation, why didn’t you come back, or try contacting us?” Xiander asks in a curious tone
“Xiander, after being sent to that black hole, I was unconscious. I regained my consciousness only three months back.”
“What? You mean you were unconscious.” Xiander says shocked
“Yes, and when I regained my consciousness, I found everyone thinks I disappeared leaving Rival for the allies to fight with. I knew if I came back home, without defeating Rival, and the allies, it would be a black spot on the integrity, and pride of Artmitis. As the duke, how can I tarnish Artmitis’s image? So, I came to earth and began to live here as Jason. As for you both, I myself didn't know what my life had in store for me, how can I drag you both in it.”
