How Many Realms Are There

"Of course food is healthy, but if you eat according to your requirements, then it will be more healthy." In an excited tone, Sky says, "And if a doctor guides you, it's as good as it can get."

"Doctor? Who's that?" Sky asks, confused.

"Sam, (remembering Sky is an angel), oh, a doctor is the person who can heal humans, like Ren is here for you guys." Peter says, explaining.

"Sky, me, and Xiander, it's because of Sam's care that we were able to recuperate so soon." Vonruil says, explaining, "Let him come back, then he'll take care of you as well."

Just then, they hear a knock on the door. Peter gets up, but Morris stops him and goes instead. As he opens the door, he sees that it's Xiander, Sam, and Xane.

Excited Morris says, "Oh, great, now my family is full!"

Peter comes running and hugs Sam and says, "Man, you came at the right time. We were having dinner; come on, you all must be hungry."

As they come inside, Peter tells them to sit as he makes more food.

Morris places plates in front of them and then serves them food as well. As they begin to eat, Sam stops eating, takes hold of Sky's hand, and asks, "Is your hand aching?"

Sky looks at his hand and says, confused, "We just came back from fighting, so isn't that normal? But, wait, how can you tell just by looking?"

"Didn't they tell you I'm a doctor? Wait, I'll get you the medicine."

Sam comes back with the medicine and gives it to Sky. "Here, take this. And brother, is there a way I can take Sky back home?"

Confused Vonruil says, "Back home? Why?"

"Brother, he needs a checkup. I think his heart is weak. I need to verify this." Sam says it in a concerned tone.

"Sam, actually, Sky was hit near his heart, and Ren says his heart has a small bruise, but with the medicine, he is doing fine."

"No, he's not. See, the veins are swollen, which means his heart is weak, and he needs treatment soon." Continuing, Sam says, "And, can I meet Ren? I need to ask him what treatment he's giving so I can help accordingly."

Smiling Vonruil says, "Sure, no problem; I'll call him over in the morning, and as for what you asked, let me know what you need; I'll arrange it here for you."

As Xiander is eating, he says, "Actually, Ren and Zen are already making a hospital with flour beds for you. Zildan has gotten all of the information, and the angels helped in getting the equipment. I'll take you in the morning to check. You can tell if anything is missing."

"A hospital? My hospital?" Sam asks, shocked.

"Yes, why? You sound so shocked; did we do something wrong?" Xiander says, concerned, "Actually, the boys wanted to surprise you."

"Oh, no, I'm really happy. In a hospital of your own, it's a dream for a doctor."

Sam gets up, hugs Xiander, and kisses him softly on the cheek.

Xiander smiles softly and says, "What's that?"

"Don't worry, there's a lot to learn about how humans love their partners." Vonruil says this as he eats his food.

"Love? I don't know about how, but there are a lot of words I need to learn." Xiander says it in a lost tone.

Peter says in a teasing tone, "Hey, we humans aren't that hard to understand. Sam can give you lessons slowly so you can catch up."

"Xiander, I also have a lot to learn about Artmitis."

Intervening Peter says, "Yes, another thing that's puzzled me are the realms. What are they?"

Vonruil says in a frank tone, "First, why don't you make that hot chocolate you made back home? It's going to be a long explanation."

As Peter comes back with a tray of hot chocolate mugs, Xane gets up and helps by taking the mugs and giving one to everyone.

As Peter sits down, Vonruil says, "OK, so you guys want to know about the realms? Well. You guys know realms mean other worlds or universes. In our case, there are other worlds in this universe that are not known to man. Like, humans didn't know about Artmitis, the allies, or Rival."

Continuing, Vonruil says, "First, the realms you know. Artmitis, the land of the angels, is our home. Artmitis was created by the heavens to protect Earth. The reason you never knew about us is that there was never any reason. Unfortunately, Rival and the allies made us your enemies."

"But if you come forward and tell the truth, it won't be the same." Peter says it anxiously.

"Peter, it's not that easy. At the present, the only thing they know is that they are suffering because of me. Unless I can't relive them, my existence is of no use. As well, I'm of no worth; as dead, at least they won't have to think about me enjoying my life while they suffer."

Vonruil explains and further tells about the other realms.

Continuing, Vonruil says, "The next realm he talks about is Crenous. Home of Xanbis. Since he's the god of ice, you can guess it's a land planet made of ice. It's hidden behind a nitrogen barrier that protects the ice from melting. Then comes Enara, home of Ethor. The land of freedom. No rules, no obligations, no big or small. Everyone loves Enara, as they are free, but I don't know if they know about what he's doing on earth."

"Land of freedom, God of freedom." Peter says in a sad tone, "They made our lives a misery. Killed our parents. Who the hell made him the god of freedom?"

"Peter, we promised you, we will avenge your parents from them, and Vonruil said he'll let you guys beat them before we finish them." Xiander says it in a comforting tone.

"There are two left and two right." Morris says he is trying to change the atmosphere.

"Next is Rutis, home of Mavros. It's a beautiful green planet. You could have called it a replica of the earth, but Rutis has no water." Vonruil says, "Rutis beings are perhaps the only beings in this universe who don't need water in any form."

"How's that possible?" Morris asks, confused.

"Morris, there are a lot of things that are not important for all beings. And, remember, Mavros is the god of logic, so everything related to him and his home will be logical to a point." Signing Xiander says, "Right or wrong doesn't matter."

"Eucarro is the home of Keona. A land where spirits roam free."

Cutting Vonruil's sentence midway, Peter says, "Don't spirits go to heaven?"

"Souls go to heaven, not spirits." Seeing the boys are confused, Vonruil explains, saying, "Heaven is a one-way. Once a soul reaches heaven, it can never leave. If a person dies before it's time, its soul turns into a spirit. The ones that stay back are the ghosts you humans see, and the ones that make their way up, come to Eucarro." Vonruil continues, "Then there is Noulia, Xania's home. As her status claims, it's a planet that only sees spring, just like on earth."

Xiander sees Vonruil looking toward him to continue. "Next, you guys have heard of it but did not believe it existed. The Underworld, or Hell. Satan's home. The ones you don't know about are Galdos Mountain and Rival's Demon World. The Ash Region is a planet made of fire. And, Illusion Sanctum, it's the land of witches."

"There are more, but for now, these are enough to follow." Vonruil says it in a calm tone.

"So, have you been to all of these places, or realms?" Peter asks in a curious tone.

"No, there is one rule made by the gods that every realm has to follow. No one interferes with another realm."

Confused by what Xane just said, Sam asks, "Then what about the allies? How did you guys meet them?"

"Actually, I never thought about this before, but now that you ask, I feel meeting them might not be as simple as I thought."

Worried, Xiander says, "Vonruil, did you remember something?"

"Xiander, do you remember the first time I told you about meeting Keona?"

Recalling Xiander, he says, "Yes, you were dealing with that life force energy that was attacking the black hole. That's when Xanbis came to help you."

Nodding, Vonruil says, "Yes, at that time, it seemed like he was my savior. But, now that I think of it, it was because of him that the energy got forced on Galdos Mountain, the reason Rival got angry thinking we attacked him."

"Vonruil, are you saying Xanbis did it on purpose?" Xane asks, confused.

"It's a hunch for now. I think he attacked Galdos Mountain on purpose, and maybe, just maybe, he made us enemies for a reason."

Hearing Vonruil's explanation, Xiander says, "I don't know, but the allies have no connection with Rival, then and now."

"I beg to differ. Forgot, I told Rival was seen at the camp." Morris says he recalls the time.

"Sky, you're quiet. What's the matter?" Xiander asks as he looks Sky is lost in his thoughts.

Taking a sigh, Sky says, "It's when we received the message Vonruil had left; I saw Rival going towards earth, but at that time it didn't matter." Looking at the boys, "Boys, I'm sorry, I guess at that time."

Sam cuts Sky's sentence midway and says, "Sky, we can understand your situation. Your partner just disappeared into thin air; obviously, nothing matters then."

Xane begins to play with his mug and says, "That was a horrible time. Everyone thought he'd gone insane. When his heart got bruised, Sky went into a slumber. Ren said the reason he didn't get up was cause he lost the will to live. Then he woke up, and told he'll wait cause Vonruil is alive."

Morris gets up and takes Vonruil's hand, places it on Sky's hand, and says, "Brother, you've loved on earth for so long, still you behave like you know nothing."

Seeing this Peter says, "You know I really want to know what does being partner mean here on Artmitis."

Vonruil tightens his grip on Sky's hand. Sky tries to take his hand back but is unable to do so. Seeing this, Vonruil says, "See, this is the difference between us and humans. As a human, he'd be shy. But the reality is that Sky has no clue what holding hands means, as we don't. For us, it's divided into two parts: sub and lead. For example, Sky is the sub, so he takes care of my daily routine. My health, especially when I'm injured or not feeling well. As a lead, if I need any help, first and last help is Sky for me."

"And, what about couples?"

Before Sam could complete his sentence, Vonruil says, "Sam, we never ever held hands like this. That's why sky feels odd. He doesn't know what's going on. So, with Xiander, you have a long way to go, but I'm sure he'll learn soon."

Seeing Vonruil still holding Sky's hand, Xiander says, "Holding hands is important?"

As he says this he also places his hand on Sam's hand and says, "Sam, I don't know how you humans are partners, but I'll learn, I promise."

Smiling, Vonruil says, "Sky saw that. Sam didn't flinch or want to take his hand back cause he has feelings for Xiander. I know you do for me, just we don't know about them."

Trying to change the atmosphere, Peter says, "Hey, don't worry, we can teach each other. Since Sam and Xiander are a couple, they can teach everyone."

"Sky, why are you so cautious being with brother?" Sam says as he can sense Sky is tense.

"Boys, he's the duke, so be careful not to make me do anything that might destroy his position." Sky says in a worried tone.

"What? How can loving destroy a duke's position?" Morris asks, confused.

"Morris, Vonruil is the duke. As the duke's partner, I can only come to him when he calls. You guys told me to drink this, that's why I'm still here or else till he says, I should have left after making sure he's eaten and ready to sleep."

The boys are taken aback on hearing what Sky just said, and Morris says, "Brother, no offence, but he sounds like your assistant or."

"Slave, or servant? Well, in a way, the sub is to serve the lead, But, we leads won't call our subs slaves, or servants, as we can lay our lives for them." Vonruil sighs, "Though we don't behave like human couples, our hearts are bound the day we become official couples. If one is in danger, the other senses."
