Chapter - 87 [ Bathing! ]
As soon as she reached the place Adam told her to go, Ruby searched to see if there's any Snug Snails. To her surprise, there was a group of them sliding through the rocks slowly.
They were the same type of typical snails back from earth, but their size was much bigger. They were almost as big as a human's body. But they weren't carnivores. They ate leaves or bark or remains of trees...
"Can i do this..? From his words, it would be hard to defeat five of them easily..... Well, for the sake of my reward, I shall work harder!"

Adam looked at the ground and scanned the place. It wasn't that bad of a place. So, he activated telekinesis and pressed the ground in the shape of rectangle till it's 2 foot deep. It had the width of two metres and length of 4 metres.
He then disappeared into the depth of forest and brought back some wood he thought are perfect for resisting water. He cut them perfectly using his ordinary sword and placed them together and used the old way of sealing the joints.
After the process, it looked like a rectangular wooden box. To make sure that water won't leak, he used a big leather sheet made from a monster skin and covered the inside. Then he used the remaining wood to make cover. From outside, it was a wooden box with the same heights as the house. But after opening the door, there was a perfect bath inside it. The only thing he had to do was about the ground as well as water. He placed some wood on the ground and leather sheet on it. Now, it looked like a proper bath.
After sighing, he looked at the sky and saw that it was darkening. He went back inside and saw that Adriel and Ruby has returned.
When they saw him, the two girls smiled. When he looked, he saw that, Ruby had killed three of the snug snails. He was indeed surprised. As for Adriel, she hunted a huge boar.
"Good work, girls. Ruby, you've done well. But, I was expecting you to get at least four of them. So, your reward this time is something you will ask. Of course, only if it's something I can do. As for Adriel, good work."
The girls nodded. Ruby was a little disappointed in herself. But understanding his words when he said 'reward for this time' she became even more determined for the future.
"Ah! That's right! The bath is ready. Tell me when you want to enter. I will prepare some hot water."
The girls were surprised. So they immediately went to look at the bath only to get even more shocked.
"We would like to take a bath now. Can you prepare it..?" Asked Adriel, as she was very tired as well as sweaty. Adam nodded and said, "Mmm. Just make sure that you bring your clothes inside together with you. This is not secure. But, we will have to do with this."
After he prepared the bath, the duo went and bathed and came out with a satisfied face.
"Although it wasn't as luxurious as the Royal bath, it is very impressive of you to prepare something like this only within one day!"
The girls commented. He only smiled. "I've prepared the food when you were taking the bath. Go ahead and eat. I will also take a bath during that time." Though he was amused by the shy faces of the duo. He smiled and teased them,
"Don't worry~ I will not use the same water~"
Although the girls wanted to deny his words, they only nodded. They weren't that bold. At least not yet.

After having a comfortable bath and dining with the girls, Adam was now in another trouble. There was only one room in this house. In other words, they have to share the room. He was fine with it. But he didn't want to make it uncomfortable for the girls. So he picked his sheet from the storage and walked outside. But he was stopped by Adriel who asked, "Where are you going Adam..?"
"What do you mean where am I going..? It's because there is only one room in this house. And we can't sleep in the same room. You two are girls. And I am a boy. We have to keep our distance when needed."
For some reason, the two felt angry at his words. But not wanting him to sleep outside, Adriel faked a smile and said, "So what..? I don't mind. If you are worried that much, you can sleep next to me!"
Although she was saying all this with a smile, her whole face was red. Even if she's a battle maniac, she too will get embarrassed if a man sleeps next to her. And not to mention someone as handsome as Adam is even more of an explosive.
He wanted to ignore her words. But he sighed and nodded when Ruby said with a slight blush on her cheeks, "I am fine as well, Adam. You can sleep next to me, if it's not a problem. In fact, just sleep between us. That will make it more easy. Right Adriel...?"
Her rival nodded. Adam was confused. When did the two became friends and Ruby even started calling Adriel by her nickname. He felt hesitant to sleep between them. But seeing their face, he didn't want to make them sad. He sighed once more and lied in between the two beauties.
He closed his eyes.
"Good night Addy..."
"Good night Ruby."
"Night~"
Adriel only said one word. But so as not to embarrass her any further, Adam and Ruby didn't say anything and slept.

In the morning, Adam who opened his eyes were surprised for a moment when he saw the beautiful face Ruby. He was somehow sleeping towards her side unknowingly. As for the soft feeling he was feeling on his back, Adam already understood that, it was Adriel who was hugging him. As he wanted to escape from this hell, he moved only a little. But perhaps sensing the movement, Ruby's eyes fluttered open slowly and as she captured his face, she smiled sweetly and said,
"Good morning Addy~!"
He nodded. Even after the sound Adriel didn't wake. It seems she was a sleepyhead as well.
He used telekinesis and moved Adriel to the side and lifted himself from the ground. Yawning, he walked towards the door and opened it slowly. So as to let her have some privacy, he didn't open the door fully. After getting out, he saw that, all of the villagers were already awake.
Some people who saw him greeted him. He returned the greetings as well.
When he returned to the room, he saw that Adriel wasn't awake even now. He smiled and left to prepare breakfast. It seemed Ruby was taking bath.

"Thank you for letting us stay here!"
Adam said, as he bowed lightly to the village chief and left with the girls on the cart.
"What did you do about the bath, Addy..?"
He explained how he returned the grounds back to normal and gave the wood to the villagers as firewood.
"I see. That's a shame. If somehow we could bring a bath with us..."
"There's no way something like that is possible..."
To the muttering of Adriel, Ruby responded with a sigh. Hearing her words, Adam had a new idea.
'Why don't I practice making some new magic items...? If I am successful, we can make a portable bath!'
His thoughts were something for the future though...
