Chapter - 35 [ I Am Not A Lolicon! ]

Entering the building, they saw that it was divided into three parts. One was a room with a table used as reception, next was a long room used as a cafeteria, the last one was divided further. A small part was used as handwashing and the toilet while the other small part was used as a path to the bath.

Next to the door to the cafeteria, there was a ladder. Most likely used to climb to the upper floors.

The cat girl stood behind the table before bowing, "My name is Milly! Nice to meet you-nya~!" This time she was smiling but her shyness can still be seen. They introduced themselves without family names.

After their introduction, Milly seems to have taken a liking to them. She asked, "Will you be staying for two weeks~~?" Her air seems bubbly now that she's no longer nervous.

"Yes. We are thinking of staying for two weeks."

Since they have to wait for a week for the entrance exam and another week for results, they needed a place to stay for two weeks in total. After enrollment, they will be given a place in the dormitory.

As Milly was about to write their names down, she flinched hearing a shout.

Turning towards the owner of the voice, Adam saw a man with cat ears and tail looking intensely at him. Not their group, but him. Then he heard Milly's excited voice,

"Papa...!" She ran towards him. But her papa suddenly hugged her like a treasure before glaring at Adam again. Adam wanted to say 'I won't steal your daughter..!?' But he couldn't.

"Are you okay dear..!? Have they done something to you..!?"

Hearing her papa's worried face she smiled, but her eyes changed before she slapped him on the head. Adam and his girls had a shocked face. The shy and embarrassed cat-girl was now hitting her father like a pitiful dog...!?

"How many times do i have to tell you not to say anything to customers-nya..!?" Her scream echoed through the inn. The victim of her scolding, her father looked like he wanted to cry. However his eyes widened when he saw the young man take out a letter. The reason wasn't because of its noble symbol. But the symbol of which noble is that from.

Adam walked forward before passing the letter to the surprised man. Taking the letter from the young man's hands, he looked at his eyes and understood everything. He just sighed before smiling a little. He then opened the letter and read the contents before he screamed, "You bastard...!"

Though he was surprised by the man's outburst, he somehow had a vague idea about the letter and the cat-man. Seeing the worried look his daughter gave him, he sighed once more before asking, "So you are his Son...?"

Understanding the meaning behind his enquiry, Adam nodded before saying, "My name is Adam Aves Aldians, son of Arthur Aves Aldians. I've never thought my father actually had a friend. It's nice to meet you sir..."

The cat man had an annoyed face when he heard the word 'friend'. However his face changed when he understood that this kid in front of him understood everything without even telling him anything. Is this what he meant in the letter..? He thought.

"Well, you are half right Adam. Me and Arthur were fellow adventurers and rivals in love..."

Hearing him saying adventuring was within his expectations. However hearing the word 'rivals in love' his mind began to buzz.

Seeing his face, the cat-man smiled before saying, "Don't worry. We weren't fighting for your mother or my wife. In fact it was someone else. In the end we both couldn't take what wasn't supposed to be ours. You can ask the details to your father. For now he asked me to provide you with a place to stay until you all enroll in the Royal Academy."

Hearing that his father and his friend were pursuing another woman, he was curious. However he decided to ask that later. Now hearing his father ask for the cat-man's help, Adam nodded.

"I heard you three are his fiancee...?" The girls bowed slightly before smiling. He turned to Adam and said, "You are one hell of a beast young man... Are you okay...?" Obviously knowing what he is talking about, Adam only nodded before saying, "It's not appropriate to say something like that in front of your child, Sir."

"You can call me Victor." Then as if remembering she was here, his face became apologetic. However his heart was pierced when she asked, "Is brother Adam in trouble..? Do you want me to help you...?"

Adam looked intently at the cat-man before saying, "See..?" Even though he was a mature and grownup, he couldn't but avert his eyes. Then as if he's a helpless person, ignoring Victor, Adam patted Milly on her head before he said, "Nothing is wrong Milly. It's not something you have to worry about at this age."

Without even asking, he can tell that she was at least only a 14 year old child. So there was no need for her to know something so sensitive.

She seemed sad knowing she couldn't help, but she nodded with a smile and began snuggling towards his hand that was resting on her head. Seeing her behavior, he began to gently stroke her head and ears.

Seeing this scene, the cat-man could now understand why his friend Arthur said his son was a lady killer. Even though he knows that his daughter is very fearful of humans, this young man and his woman seem to be not a problem for her.

Then Victor heard a familiar voice. It had a little teasing tone,

"Ara...? I've heard from her, but to think you would tame my daughter on your first day... What a bad boy~~"

Hearing the voice they all turned towards to see a mature cat-woman with a smile walking towards the cat-man. Her eyes and hair were dark brown. It actually matched the light chestnut brown of the cat-man.

Guessing correctly, Adam said, "You must be Mrs. Victor...?" She nodded without getting surprised.

"What do you mean you heard from her..?" Victor asked. She answered, "You think unlike you guys, we girls wouldn't talk to each other..? We've been sending and receiving letters throughout each week."

His words made him swallow his saliva as he didn't have any reason to justify himself. She then continued, "I've heard from Andrea that i should stay away from you. She said if I am not careful enough, you will steal me from Victor~~"

This time Adam could sense killing intent from Victor directed towards him as well from the girls, but their intent was directed towards the cat-woman. He ignored it before saying, "You very well know that my mother likes to tease others. So you don't have to worry about it. Besides, I am not low enough to do something like NTR-ing a friend of my father...!"

Only Amy understood the meaning behind his words. However others asked in a confused tone,

"En ti aru..?"

Cursing his mishaps, he said it's nothing before saying, "I've got four fiancee. I am very satisfied with them."

He said. However his words made the lady squint her eyes as she asked, "Then what about trying to court my daughter...?" Her words hit him like a truck. However he sensed that the girl in question seems to have misunderstood. He then asked,

Hearing this , Adam could only force a smile. He said, "What if the other person didn't have such knowledge and intentions..?"

She instantly replied, "He is forced to fight someone pursuing her. If he loses, he will be killed, while if he survives, he is to marry her."

This time, the girls were silent with him. He then said, "Such unreasonable rules... Haah...I was only doing it because she was too adorable..." Blushing as she heard the words 'Mating Season', Milly became even more shy. Adam was in a peril. He looked at the girls and saw that they were actually teasing Milly. Then as he does not have a choice, he sighed and said,

"I promised my girls that I won't be trying to add more women. So if they are okay with it, I will accept it. But..."

His words stopped. Hearing this Milly who was blushing stopped her shyness and looked nervous. The cat-woman asked, "But..?"

"But, she has to wait till she's at least 17, before we do anything. I am actually fine with being her fiancee, or husband. But I can't lay my hands on her until she's grown up...!" This was his absolute limit. If they still can't accept it, then he will have to disappoint them. However he heard a mischievous laughter from the cat-woman. Looking at her, she said,

"That's fine. We wouldn't force our son-in-law you know~~~? Besides, I don't think she's ready for a physical relationship as well. But when you think she's ready, and she asks you, please grant her wish...Ah! By the way, my name is Zena. You can call me that." Her words weren't teasing anymore. He nodded and turned to Milly. She flinched slightly, but her cheeks turned red as he began casually petting her ears.

Seeing that Zena was giving him a teasing smile again, he asked, "What..? I can't pet my fiancee..?" His words made her release 'Oh my~~!' while Victor nodded silently. Adam saw an illusionary steam rising from Milly's head. He smiled while others began laughing at her behavior.
