Chapter 93 Talk

Waking up the next morning, John felt a soft body pressed against him. John lay there, relaxed. John's arm was wrapped around Demmy, her breasts were pressed up against John. He lay there for about 20 minutes before Demmy stirred and woke up, she felt the lean muscular body she was pressed against and looked up.

Demmy said, "Wow! That was amazing. I have never felt that good."

John laughed and said, "I aim to please."

Demmy said, "How did you do that thing with your tongue?"

John said, "Sorry, trade secret." Demmy rolled her eyes as she got on top of John. She kissed John and then got up. She walked out of the room, her ass giggling as she walked. John watched her go and sighed in relaxation.

John heard the shower start and got up, he walked out of the room completely nude and then went downstairs. John walked into the kitchen and started the coffee pot after filing it with water and coffee grounds. John then walked back upstairs and went into the bathroom. John saw that a toothbrush that was in the holder had been used, so John grabbed his toothbrush and began brushing.

In the mirror, John could see Demmy's obscured figure. John spit out the toothpaste before he swooshed with some mouthwash. John then opened the shower door and stepped in behind Demmy. Demmy turned around and started to rub John's body, John did the same with Demmy and they scrubbed each other with soap before they rinsed off under the hot water.

They stayed under the water for quite a while. John stood behind Demmy as he kissed her neck and rubbed her down. They then got out after another 10 minutes and dried off with a towel. John combed his wet hair while Demmy plugged in a hair dryer and started to dry her curly blonde hair.

When they finished in the bathroom, they walked back to John's room, wrapped in towels. John wore some clothes, gray jeans and white button up shirt. John also gave Demmy one of his shirts to wear. It hung loosely on her curvy body, covering her, but it also added a certain appeal. John kissed her quickly before they walked out of John's room and went downstairs. John had her sit on the couch in the living room, while he walked into the kitchen and poured two cups of coffee.

John then walked into the living room and handed her a cup, he also brought out some sugar cubes and creamer. Demmy put in a lot of sugar and one of the little creamer tabs before she mixed it with a spoon and took a sip. Demmy smiled as she drank her super sweet coffee, John teased, "That must be why you taste so sweet."

Demmy got embarrassed and lightly hit John arm, the atmosphere was quite nice. John then asked, "You want breakfast?"

Demmy said, "Of course." John smiled and stood up, then walked into the kitchen. John looked in the fridge and found some eggs and veggies inside. John took out 5 eggs, an onion, a pepper and some cheese he found inside. John then looked around and found some bread. John sliced the bread and put 4 pieces inside the toaster. John then grabbed a chef's knife from the drawer and started to finely chop the onion and pepper. John heats up a pan on the stove and when it was hot John added in the pepper and onion, John then stirred them around as he cracked the eggs into a bowl with one hand. John then beat the eggs until the yoke and egg white had come together.

When the onion and pepper were soft, John added in the eggs. John added a pinch of salt and pepper into the eggs. John then left the eggs to cook for a while before he added the cheese on top and folded the side making a beautiful omelet. John cut the omelet in half and put them on 2 plates. The toast was ready, so John spread a small layer of butter on top before he put 2 pieces on each plate.

John then grabbed each plate in each hand and brought the plates into the dining room. John placed on of the plates in front of Demmy and then sat down beside her and they began to eat. Demmy said, "This is really good, John. I should stay over every night, just to get some of this food."

John said, "Don't exaggerate. It isn't that good. Your casserole was really good as well."

John and Demmy then chatted some more as they ate, when they finished, they went into the living room. John and Demmy sat down as they watched a movie. They were interrupted 30 minutes later, when the doorbell rang. John got up, much to Demmy's displeasure. John walked to the door and opened it; Deanna was standing there in front of him.

Deanna could see into the living room, so she saw Demmy sitting on the couch wearing John's shirt. Deanna said, "I need to talk to you soon and Demmy should be getting to the pantry soon."

John said, "Alright, I'll come to your office in about 15 minutes." Deanna nodded as she waved at Demmy who blushed some and waved back. John then closed the door and walked back over to Demmy, wrapping his arm around her before he kissed her cheek. John said, "Do you want me to walk you back?"

Demmy smiled and said, "Of course." They then got up and walked to the front door. Demmy and John put on their shoes before they left the house. They walked down a road that was next to the fence for a while before they walked into a dark blue house. John walked her to the door before he kissed her and walked back to the road.

Joh then walked down the road heading straight for Deanna's house. When John arrived, he knocked on the door as there was no doorbell. Reg opened the door and greeted him, John greeted back and told Reg why he was here. Reg then led him up the stairs and to Deanna's office, Reg left John when they reached the door.

John knocked on the door before he walked into the room. John saw Deanna sitting in one of the chairs, she motioned for John to sit in the other chair. John sat down in the chair and waited for Deanna to speak.

Deanna said, "Yesterday, you said Aiden was playing with walkers what do you mean?"

John said, "He strung up a walker that killed one of his friends. He had it hanging on a meat hook from a tree. It got down and he called it back but it almost killed both of them so I cut its arms and legs so it couldn't move."

Deanna said, "Aiden did what! I need to talk with him again, that is not okay. Those things are too dangerous for him to be acting like a fool around them."

John and Dianna then talked for a while before, John said, "I want to talk about the defenses of Alexandria."

Deanna asked, "What about them?"

John said, "We need a patrol that moves along the walls constantly. Not just looking for damage but looking for signs of people climbing over the wall. You can move right up the supports; it's easily done. People are the real threat now."

Deanna said, "I know you think we should all be armed within the walls. I can't allow that."

John said, "That's fine, you make these changes, and we won't need that. Also, that watch tower should be maned 24 hours a day."

Deanna said, "We haven't had the need for any of these precautions."

John said, "We need that watch tower. It is the only way to see if anyone is coming to attack this place."

Deanna said, "Okay, okay, we'll make shifts. Anyway, the main reason I called you here today is because I'm having a party tonight. I have a suit prepared for you."

John said, "Okay, I'll be here tonight." Deanna then walked over to her desk and grabbed a box. She then walked back over to John and handed it to him. John walked out of the room and said, bye to Reg as he left the house.

John walked to his house and went inside before he set the box on the dining table. John then walked out of his house and walked towards the house containing the Armory. As John was walking down the street, he saw the same old man he helped up the stairs. John walked over to the old man and saw that the old man was carrying a bucket of paint.

John said, "You need some help?"

The old man said, "Oh, Sonny, you spooked me. I didn't hear you walk over."

John said, "Sorry about that, walking silently became my habit since I've been out there for so long."

The old man said, "Sonny, I want to paint one of the rooms, you think you can help me?"

John said, Help? No, I'll do it for you. Elders should rest you know."

The old man said, "Elder, what are you talking about, Sonny? I'm in the heart of my youth." The old man then flexed his bicep and it actually got smaller. John was shocked, 'How is that even possible.'

John said, "Alright, I believe you, but I'll do it for you."

The old man said, "Alright, Sonny." John then took the paint can from the old man and helped him up the stairs and into the house. John was warmly greeted by an old woman, he greeted her back as the old man led him to a room.

Once inside the room, the old man said, "Okay, I want this whole room done. Can you do that Sonny? Are you sure you don't want help?"

John said, "Don't worry, it'll be done in no time. Why don't you share some of your youth with your wife?"

The old man laughed and said, "Okay then, Sonny. See you in a while." The old man then walked away. John then started to move the furniture out of the room. When he finished, John walked back inside and opened the window. Using a roller, John painted all of the walls John summoned super quiet fans to dry the paint quickly, John then put another 2 coats of paint on the walls before he stopped painting and closed the paint can. The room that was originally white, were now an elegant shade of purple.

John stored all the fans in Eden, then he began to move all the furniture and stuff back into the room. When John finished, he walked back to the living room and saw the old man and his wife were nowhere to be found. John walked out of the house and saw them sitting on the front porch.

John came out and said, "I finished painting. I'll see you around, if you ever need help send someone over and I'll come."

The old man said, "Thank you, Sonny."

John was about to walk down the steps when the old lady stopped him. She said, "Why don't you take one of these donuts, dear."

John walked over and said, "Thank you, bye." John then walked down the step as he ate the donut. John walked down the street and came to the house where the pantry and the armory were. John walked in and saw Demmy standing there, looking through the cans to see what has been taken recently. John walked up behind her and kissed her cheek.

Demmy spun around and looked up at John with a smile. John kissed her lips, his hand brushing through her hair gently. Demmy put her hands on John chest as she melted in his embrace. They kissed for a while, but they were interrupted by a woman. John and Demmy broke their kiss slowly as they looked over at the fat lady that interrupted them.

Demmy said, "Do you need something, Olivia?"

Olivia looked uncomfortable. She said, "Umm, Demmy, can you stop that? We need to finish this before the party tonight."

Demmy said, "Alright, we have to wait John."

John laughed and said, "Okay, I'll see you at the party." Joh then walked into the armory and signed out his desert eagle. John walked out of the armory and walked to the front gate. John walked out the front gate and began to walk around Alexandria, killing any walker he came across. John finished walking around the entire settlement in an hour and he went back inside the front gate.

John walked to the armory and put his pistol back. John then walked back to his house and sat on the couch. It was now 5:30 pm and the party would start at 6:00 pm, so John started to get ready. First, he grabbed the box containing the suit, Deanna prepared for him, then he walked upstairs to the bathroom.

John took off his clothes and got in the shower, cleaning off the dirt and grime he had accumulated throughout the day. John finished quickly, then he got out and dried himself off. He combed his hair and shaved. Finally, he wore the suit, it was a light green dress shirt with a black suit coat, black dress pants and black leather dress shoes.
