Venessa's pov

Reaching the table, I couldn't help but frown by looking at the sight in front of me. He didn't tell me that he was bringing a friend along, a friend that looks so terrifying, but I shouldn't judge him by his looks, after all there's a saying that never judges a book by it's cover.

Looking over my direction, Andrew noticed me and he stood up and hugged me but it doesn't feel the same anymore, there's something off about him.

He quickly pulled away after sensing that I wasn't not returning his hug. Pulling a chair for me, I didn't fail to notice Andrew's friend looking at me up and down, making me uncomfortable.

"Meet my friend, Leonardo" Andrew introduced, smirking slightly. His name sounds familiar as if I heard it somewhere but I can't remember where.
