A tad too happy
"I want to see the Empress." I heard Jandi say to Bae.
"Who are you" Bae asked Jandi and after a few seconds when Jandi still didn't reply, Bae tell her she can't come in without no snacks or food as Jandi is just a common maid in the palace.
This has me laughing for I can already picture Jandi's reaction in my mind which will be as angry as a furious dog. She hates when you call her a common person and this always confuses me ..for I have told her she's no longer a maid and that since she's no longer a maid, she should stop dressing like one but she still dress like one and sleeps in the servant's quarters. The thing with Jandi is ..she doesn't like favours, she likes to earn her own things but what she doesn't know is that she has already earned my offer and lot more.
I smile as I walk to my door and then tell my newest assigned personal guard Bae by surname ..that which she preferred to be called, to let a very obviously annoyed Jandi in.
