"What do you mean?" Ethan asked, confused. Diana's sudden appearance already shocked him. Let alone her strange request. "Why should I run away from here? I'm still in my training period, right?"

Diana looked extremely panicked. "I can't explain right now, but you must leave for a safe place immediately. There's no time to relax and chat. Go now!"

Diana's gaze then fell on Helena. She seemed uncertain about what to do with the lady. "You should take Helena with you."

"At least tell me why I have to leave this place," Ethan insisted.

"Ssshh!" Diana pressed her right index finger against her lips, signaling Ethan to be quiet.

Ethan and Helena could only watch Diana's strange behavior. Nonetheless, they remained silent and listened.

Faintly, they heard Lord Gabriel's voice arguing with several men. It was clear that something was amiss with them.
