Prologue

«|Game Over|»

She stared at the screen in a dazed before snapping out of it. "How do I always get the game over?" She asked herself, disappointed on herself.

She jumped out of her bed and went downstairs, leaving her phone behind.

*Ding!*

[Soul is deemed worthy, starting the process...]

Her phone lights up as particles are begining to gather on top of it.

She arrived downstairs, greeting her mother and father. "Come here, sweetie" Her mother called her, inviting her to take a sit at the couch.

"Are you alright?" Her father asked as soon as she sat down. She stared at them before she let out a sigh of stress.

"Not really... I'm so focus on the game that I can't have enough sleep.."

"If I do fall asleep, I will just woke up from a dream..."

Her parents listened as she explained. They have been noticing her odd behavior this fast few weeks.

She is looking so tired... So done. "That-?!" Her mother stopped as her eyes widened in shock along with her father.

"Wha-?!" She was blinded with a bright light, particles surrounding her. She starts to scream in pain as she feel like her soul is being taken away from her body.

Her parents tried to helped her but when her mother's hand got close... Her body went limp, laying on the couch... LIFELESS.

They went to her side, shaking her to wake up. "Dia!" Her mother shout, calling her name. "Please! *sob* W-Wake up, don't joke around!!" Her mother shouted in sorrow as she sob, holding her daughter's body.

However, her daughter didn't respond. Her father quickly took out his phone, calling an ambulance. Shouting at them to arrive fast.

He cannot keep his tears as it flowed like an endless river. 'Dia!!'

Dia opened her eyes, finding herself into an unfamiliar room.

"Where am I?" She looked around. 'This place seems familiar...'

She found herself sitting on a soft bed, she looks like she just got out of a bath.

Standing up, she went towards a near mirror and look at her reflection.

"Eh?"
