Two siblings' reconciliation

"You are probably exaggerating it." Thea said, rolling her eyes at Henry.

"Do you even know about the things I like or not?"

Henry's face turned dark as he felt a wave of unhappiness covering his heart.

"Sister, you make me feel like I'm the worst brother ever. What did I ever do to you to think of me in such a way? Tell me, What did I do wrong?" He asked, overdramatically.

Thea thought of the day when he left her without giving her a ride to their home. She scoffed as she claimed, "Hmph! can you remember the day you refused to take me home? From that day on, I felt nothing but disappointment in you. You even threw your bag at me." Henry laughed when he heard it.

"Sis, you deserve it! Moreover, you are the one who prohibited me from going to school with you as you said I'm a shame to you. Now you really have the guts to complain to me because of your fault!? You're so great, sis."

He still recalled the day Thea humiliated him just because of a small, unintentional mistake.

Henry took his food tray and went towards his sister's table as he wanted to join her as usual. Previous Thea never liked him accompanying her to eat together like a couple.

Rather than eating with her brother, she preferred to do it with Aaron the most. Her face filled with uneasiness as she yelled, "Get lost. Don't you have friends at all?"

Henry was so upset that he rapidly took his food tray and stormed towards the opposite direction only to bump into Aaron. The food went flying and landed on Aaron, ruining his clean and tidy clothes. Aaron silently looked at the person in front of him, who dared to mess with him. His eyes showed a killing intent as they threw draggers at Henry.

Henry was about to say sorry when his sister barged in between the two of them. Not bothering to think twice, she sided with Aaron right away.

"Henry Wolter!" She roared.

"How could you be so careless like that? You are utterly a shame to our family! Quickly apologize otherwise..."

"Otherwise what?" Henry asked, cutting her off.

"Henry! You! How could you talk back to your elder sister like that? Very well then. Starting from now on, I cut all my ties with you."Previous Thea uttered, out of anger.

"Don't even think about sitting in the same car and table as me. I don't have such idiotic brothers. You are just a pure mistake."

Aaron who was clearly the victim and still didn't say a single word from beginning to end: "...."

He silently watched the whole drama from afar. He knew that Thea acted that way only because she wanted to curry favour with him.

No, no, no... Correctly speaking, she wanted to win his heart by doing so!

Not only him but also Henry knew this very well. He felt so disappointed.

Thea turned to face Aaron with a sweet but fake smile on her face.

"Aaru, Let me help you with your clothes." Saying that she even pulled out a tissue pack from her skirt pocket.

"No need." Aaron said, shaking off her hand which was about to touch him.

"And stop calling me Aaru. It's disgusting."

Others whispered among themselves about the whole thing. Thea's face turned deep red out of embarrassment. Before she could say something again, Aaron turned around and left the cafeteria to go to the bathroom.

"So pathetic!"

With that, Henry also left the venue with his hand in his pocket. He appeared like casual, but only he knew how much he got hurt by his sister. He decided to obey his sister as he never went home or ate lunch together with his sister again.

In the novel, Thea also read about that dramatic scene. When she read it, she couldn't help feeling sorry for Henry. He was actually going to apologize for his mistake when his stupid sister interfered with him.

Thea clicked her tongue.

"Then I apologize to you for my mistake. I'll try my best not to act like that in the future." She said truthfully although she wasn't the one who mistreated him. Henry thought he was hallucinating. But when he saw her sparkling eyes which were filled with spirit as they shone under half-moon light, he dismissed his negative thoughts. For the first time in his life, he decided to trust her.

"Then sis, I would like to apologize to you as well." He said calmly, trying his best to appear as sincere as possible.

Thea thought she misheard him.

"What? What did you say?" She asked in disbelief.

Henry pouted his lips like a little girl.

"I won't repeat it."

Thea laughed and side-hugged him.

"Okay, I forgive you. Let's be the best siblings ever."

Thea said, giving her pinky to him. Henry intertwined his little finger with hers as he said, "Okay, sure sister. Let's be the best of the best bros! I- I mean sister and brother."

"No." Thea shook her head with a playful grin.

"Best of the best SISTERS, hahaha..."

Henry: "...."

"...Theaaaaaaa!!!"

"...ha ha haa!"

Henry pointed his index finger at a small video game store. Thea glanced over in confusion. She thought that he would take her to a fancy restaurant, hotel or maybe a theatre...

But instead, he took her to a game store?!

Oh, wait a minute! It did make sense. Henry wasn't her boyfriend, instead, he was her good-for-nothing brother!

"Dear bro." Thea used his way of addressing as she said, "Why did you take me to a place like this? I don't know how to play video games, okay?"

Henry dismissed her words as he dragged her inside.

"Everyone has a first time. So do you."

He pulled out a chair and made Thea sit on it before standing next to her. Switching on the computer he said, "I won't let you play using my account. Let me make you another one."

Thea shrugged her shoulders.

"Just do as you please"

She looked like she was nonchalant about the whole thing. Nevertheless, honestly, she was quite excited to try this new thing. In her era, she never got a chance to even see a computer much more to play games. The computers at her time were so big, heavy and carrying them outside was impossible.

Moreover, they were so slow and the pictures were black and white. However, most of the rich people were so proud of themselves as the owners of computers as they were extremely rare. No ordinary people could afford to buy a computer, including Thea, Nope, Anuradha...

"What do you want as your username?" Henry suddenly asked, breaking Thea's chain of thoughts.

"LittleLilly, LittleRose, LittleJasmine..." Thea threw a list at him.

Henry burst out laughing.

"How childish you are, sis! So childish!" He clutched his stomach and rolled on the floor. Thea's face didn't look good when she heard him.

"Then, do you have a better name?" She asked rather mockingly.

Henry rubbed his hands, looking overly excited.

"Yeah, we need a name which sounds like fire."

Thea: "...." 'Sounds like FIRE?'

"Yeah, I got one. How about 'RagingWater'?"

Thea: "...Does your brain have a problem?"

Henry shook his head, disappointed.

"People like you can't understand this logic sis. A name will become unique if we try combining opposite things. For example Hot Ice-cream, Black snow, Red sky..."

Thea felt like a headache was coming. She pushed him aside saying, "Let me do this myself." But when she took the lead, she realized that she didn't know...anything!

At this critical moment, Siri appeared in her mind asking, "Do you need a hand?"

Its voice also became more secretive when it said the next part.

"I even know a little secret about previous Thea regarding video games."
