Deepest, darkest secrets
After finishing the entire bowl of soup, Aaron wanted to go to sleep as he felt extremely sleepy. But Thea didn't let him sleep because he had to take his medicine before doing so.
"Let's do something funny so that you can hold your sleepiness." She suggested.
Aaron was curious as he repeated, "Something funny?"
Thea nodded her head enthusiastically.
"Exactly. Let's do a card game. The loser should tell their deepest, darkest secrets." She said excitedly.
Aaron raised his eyebrows, confused. He never had such secrets. But he found this game rather interesting. So he agreed without hesitation. Thea taught him how to do the game.
"Like this, the person who gets Joker more than three times will be the loser."
Aaron was able to quickly catch up with the style of the game. However, she easily won the first round.
Thea proudly raised her chin while crossing her legs gracefully.
"Now that I won, It's my turn to ask a question."
Aaron was dumbfounded.
"What question?"
Thea smacked her lips together.
"Silly, I'll ask a question regarding your secrets so that you can reveal them, okay? Got it?"
"Yep."
Aaron nodded half-heartedly.
"Kk!"
Thea thought for a moment before asking, "What was the most embarrassing thing that ever happened to you and how did you hide it from others?"
Aaron blinked his eyes a few times.
"Most embarrassing thing? Mmm... Lemme think... Aaah! Yes, I do have one but it's a secret." He uttered mysteriously.
Thea raised one of her eyebrows saying, "Then Mr Blake, It's time for you to reveal it."
Aaron blushed, embarrassed.
"No, I can't." He protested. "What if you spread it?"
Thea urged him impatiently.
"Hey, you have to tell me according to the rules. And I promise you I won't tell a single word about your secret to anyone. It'll be safe with me...forever?"
Aaron sighed heavily, finally giving up.
"Okay, it's like this. On the day of our annual school meeting, the principal was giving his speech. Now I recall that, you were absent that day, right?"
Thea pretended to be thinking.
"Oh yeah, I was absent. Now continueee..."
"Okay, okay. That morning, I ate at a restaurant in a rush. I didn't like the food too much I simply swallowed them. During the meeting, I felt my stomach hurting like crazy. It was so uncomfortable..."
Thea already had a smile on her face. She could guess what had happened.
"Then, then, what happened?"
Aaron blushed even more.

The principal adjusted the microphone while clearing his throat.
"Children, you should always remember what I'm gonna say now. The future of our country, our whole world depends on you, the new generation.."
"PBBBBT! BRAAAACK!!!"
"..."
Everyone including the principal fell into a deep silence.
Greg tried his best to hold his laughter which was about to escape from his mouth. Aaron glared at him, hinting that he should take responsibility. Greg widened his eyes while shaking his head. Aaron squinted his eyes. Greg's face darkened like charcoal. He pouted his lips before popping his butt up from his chair.
"Ahem...Sorry, sir. Please excuse me. I need to go to the washroom. It's u-urgent."
"Bhahahaha....hahaha...."
"huh huh haaaa..."
"heeek heek heee"
This time, others rolled in laughter.
Greg embarrassingly escaped from there. Aaron quickly joined him to go to the washroom.

Thea wiped the tears which were hanging in the corner of her eyes.
"You are so impressive. If others knew that it was actually you, how would they react I wonder..." She said with an evil smile.
Aaron bit his lip. "You promised me..."
"Okay, okayh, fine."
During the next round, Aaron handled his cards with extreme care. As a result, he actually won! Thea clapped her hands together, looking delighted.
"You are so smart. This game is hard to catch up easily. But you did it in one go."
Aaron scoffed.
"This game is not that hard. It's just the difference between our IQ levels."
Thea wanted to slap herself. Why did she give compliments to this narcissistic person anyways?
Aaron crossed his arms on his chest while giving her a sharp look.
"Now it's my turn. Have you ever had a crush on someone? I mean a huge crush like an obsession? If you had, you should describe that person's appearance as well."
Thea was caught off-guard at his direct question. She pondered for a moment before eventually nodding her head.
"Yep. I had a crush on a person" She admitted.
Aaron smiled. "Then describe him."
Thea let out a 'hmm.'
"He has a very strong and muscular body." She blushed when she said that.
Aaron secretly looked at his own body. He had a six-pack body and his muscles appeared steady and energetic. He was determined to work out more so that he could get an eight-pack body. Then she would like him even more.
"And the most special and attractive thing he has is the pair of reddish-golden eyes. Every time I see his eyes, I fall into a daze.. I can't help it. He's taller than you. And obviously more handsome than you..." She went on and on.
Aaron: "..."
He was literally awestruck.
"Hey wait, wait, wait... What's his name?" He asked, displeased.
He thought he was the most handsome man on earth. When he heard that there was an even more handsome one, he couldn't believe it. No way! It must be a lie!
Thea furrowed her brows.
"You don't need to know. You only asked about his appearance anyways."
Aaron regretted it now. But when he thought about her details again, he started laughing like a maniac.
Thea was confused.
"Why are you laughing?" She asked unhappily.
Aaron shook his head.
"It's nothing. I just realized that..." He paused and looked into her eyes deeply and firmly.
Thea glanced back at him without blinking.
"...You are actually hallucinating!"
Thea: "..."
Aaron continued.
"There's no such a person who has reddish-golden eyes unless he wears coloured contact lenses, okay?"
Thea gritted her teeth in anger.
"I told you the truth, idiot. I don't care whether you believe it or not."
Her mind went back to her previous life. She recalled how she met Ebriem for the first time. She would never forget that day even though she possessed a whole new body.
