Sudden Visit

After learning that Luna was not happy with the flowers he sent to her, Lorenzo's face became much much more darker. "Get me her current address," Lorenzo told Dimitri who was silently observing his boss. Though not a great courter himself, Dimitri knew that no woman would ever need that much flowers unless they themselves ordered it. His boss had surely never done something like that before, Dimitri thought as he walked out of the office to fulfill his task right away.

Picking his phone up, Lorenzo immediately called the one person he knew who could help him with his situation. In just a few rings the call was immediately answered by the other person on the line.

"Hello?" The groggy voice of who had obviously just woken up answered.

"I need you here promptly," Lorenzo directly said making the person on the other line scowl.

"I'm not in the mood and besides I don't want to help you after that you have done to me!" The much younger boy on the other line humped like a spoiled child.

"I can give you the investment...but if you still refuse then enjoy the rest of your house arrest until the end..." Lorenzo threatened the boy knowing very well the guy would immediately agree.

Hearing such a good offer, the boy could not resist, "I'll take it! Give me an hour I'll be there."

"You have 45 minutes or the deal is off," Lorenzo countered before hanging up the call. Hearing his older brother's condition, Liam Khan rushed to get to his car to arrive on time. Luckily traffic wasn't very heavy so he was able to arrive at the Khan main building in just 35 minutes.

"Bro! What can I do for you today?" Liam asked as he pushed open the two wooden doors to Lorenzo's office open. Sitting on the black swivel chair sat a very quiet Lorenzo. As he looked up, he cut the chase and said, "Help me woo your sister-in-law."

"Huh?!" Liam jaw fell on the floor when he heard his older brother's request. 'I have a sisters-in-law?! Since when?!'

"You got married without telling Mom and Dad?!" Liam exclaimed! This was big news! Huge! His brother had never done anything against their parent's will and approval. Seeing his brother nod to say that he had in fact gotten married behind everybody's backs made Liam more shocked! He admitted it! He really did it! Oh my god!

"So are you gonna help me or not? If not then go back to your house, your house arrest is two times longer..."

"Who said I wasn't gonna help you? By the way, who's the lucky girl?" Liam curiously asked as he leaned towards his brother's table. "Is it the super model who was seen with you in the gala last time?"

"No." Lorenzo swiftly answered.

"Then who is it? I wouldn't be able to help you woo my sister-in-law back if I don't know her." Liam sat down on the leather couch right across the office table, making himself comfortable.

"Her name is Luna Walter." Lorenzo showed him a picture of Luna in his phone. Looking at the photo, Liam exclaimed, "The new model of KMA?! The one rumored to be Kelvin Kelly's soon to be girlfriend?!"

Hearing that, Lorenzo's face darkened some more.

Seeing his brother's face, Liam immediately regretted telling his brother the rumor. 'Bad mouth! Bad!' He scolded himself.

Luna was now home in her penthouse apartment just a few buildings from Walter Inc. Luna had already changed into her casual wear the moment she had entered. Kicking the heels off and unclipping her uncomfortable bra, Luna sighed a sigh of relief. Swapping her formal wear with a pair of cotton pajamas, Luna went straight to the sala to watch TV.

Suddenly feeling hungry, she ordered fast food as she was too tired to cook her her own food. She ordered a party sized box of pizza and a liter of Coke.

Switching through channels and not finding any Netflix show interesting, Luna made herself busy with surfing the internet.

30 minutes later, her doorbell finally rang. Rushing to open the door, Luna smile disappeared when the man on her doorstep was Lorenzo holding a box of chocolates and a bouquet of plain white flowers.

Seeing the man in front of her, Luna was left unmoving as shock was still in her. The coins in her hands accidentally fell making them scatter to the floor. Rushing to pick it up, Luna immediately bent down to pick them up as well as Lorenzo. As the last coin was about to be picked up, Lorenzo and Luna's hands accidentally touched. A strong but abrupt electric wave coursing through them.

Pulling her hand away Luna shyly looked down, trying to hide the blush that had already formed on her cheeks. "I thought you were the delivery guy, what are you doing here by the way?"

"This is for you," Lorenzo pushed the box and bouquet to Lunas arms making her take a step back. "I'm here to give you these," Lorenzo added, looking away as he was getting embarrassed doing such cheesy things but if it worked then he would need to learn to like being cheesy—anything to win the Mrs. back.

"Oh uhm, thanks?" Luna awkwardly answered. What could she do? Lorenzo had already practically pushed the items to her hands. She couldn't not accept it. The great bachelor of this generation is wooing her, the thought made Luna some what smile. At leasts he tried...

...though Luna was already done with flowers for that day.
