Chapter 114 Gorgeous woman
As days and weeks passed, Li Fei got busier at work. Once in a while, she would go and spend the night at the house Jin Liwei bought for the both of them. Whenever she remembered that she was going to Shanghai in a few days for Liling's wedding, she could fail to contain her excitement. Since Liling and Jing Yue had agreed to register their marriage in the Civil Affairs, there wasn't much needed to prepare. On the other hand, she knew that she was more excited because she was going to be with Jin Liwei. Both had agreed that he shouldn't come to Beijing as she was going to travel to Shanghai for the wedding.
Li Fei had informed her parents about Liling's wedding and that she was going to stay a week in Shanghai.
Finally it was Wednesday in the afternoon and in her room, Li Fei was done with packing. She cross checked each and everything to make sure that she didn't leave anything behind. Dressed in a long plain black dress, she got her suitcase and left her room before locking it.
When she got downstairs, she found her parents sitting in the parlour. "You're leaving now?" asked Li Mei on seeing her. "Yes," she replied. "Okay. I wish you a safe trip. Congratulate Liling for me and tell her that I'm so happy for her," she said. "I will tell her," she replied before hugging both her parents.
"Take care of yourselves. I will leave now."
Due to the heavy traffic, she took quite some time to reach the airport.
Two and a half hours later, they were in Shanghai and she immediately hailed a cab to Jin Corps. She knew that Jin Liwei was at work and that he didn't expect her at all because she had told him that she was coming the next day. Upon reaching the place, her eyes scanned the skyscraper and she remembered her time here. Never had she thought in the past that a day could reach when the two of them are together. Now that she thought about it, she badly wanted to see him. She walked in and stored her suitcase at the reception.
Reaching the top floor through the elevator, she greeted the receptionist and walked to the CEO'S secretary's office. The moment Bolin saw her, he exclaimed," Oh my! You disappeared like a flash. I've been having sleepless nights ever since you left! Why did you leave suddenly like that?!" Li Fei rolled her eyes and said," I had something issues. How have you been Bolin?"
"Terrible, my heart has been aching. I missed you so much," he said. "Well then, you should worry no more because I'm here. Tell me, is the CEO in his office?" "Yes. He's there with a very gorgeous woman. I want to propose to her. What do you think?" he asked. "Gorgeous woman?" she asked.
"Yes and she has been there for quite some time now. You want to reapply for a job?" asked Bolin but he didn't get a reply as she just walked away.
Li Fei took quick steps towards the CEO'S office and when she reached the door, she slowly pushed it open and peeked inside.
Jin Liwei was on his seat and she noticed that the two buttons of his shirt were unbuttoned and his hair was dishevelled. Although he was speaking to the woman with a serious expression on his face, she didn't like the fact that his chest was exposed for her to see.
She fully opened the door and went in.
Jin Liwei who was speaking to Meili about the project Jin Corps had with their company noticed the door open and in came that one woman who occupied his mind. Dressed in black, he found her to be alluring. He was surprised though that she was here today. Wasn't it supposed to be tomorrow? Nevertheless, he got up from his seat and approached her before pulling her in his arms and pecked her lips. "Wasn't it supposed to be tomorrow?" he asked. "Yes but I decided to surprise you," she said and looked at the woman in the room. She was on her phone trying to show that she didn't care about what they were doing.
When Li Fei saw that it was that woman Meili, she tiptoed and captured Jin Liwei's lips with hers and kissed him deeply. She wanted to show her that this man was taken and he was solely hers. When she became breathless, she released his lips so that she could breathe.
Up to this time, Meili hadn't looked at them although she was well aware of what they were doing.
Li Fei buttoned Jin Liwei's shirt and asked," My love, who is she?"
My love? It took him by surprise. He then became aware that she was jealous.
"She's Ms Lee Meili. Owners of the Lee Association," he replied. Li Fei looked at her and said," It's so nice to meet you Ms Meili. I'm Li Fei, Mr Jin Liwei's boyfriend." She finally left her phone and looked at her with a sweet smile before saying," It's nice to meet you too. Jin Liwei, shall we go on?" Li Fei looked at her dumbstruck. She dared to address him by his name?
"My personal assistant will take you from here," Jin Liwei replied seeing that Li Fei wasn't pleased. "Okay then. Have a nice evening," she replied before getting up to move out. The moment the door closed, Li Fei left Jin Liwei's side and she went to sit at the couch.
Jin Liwei who was getting his keys and coat noticed that she was sulking and he approached her. "I'm so happy that you came today. I couldn't wait for tomorrow," he said but she didn't reply or look at him. "What is wrong?" he asked. "Why were your shirt buttons undone when I came in?" she asked finally looking at him. "I undid them in the afternoon when it was hot. Why?" "That woman was looking at your body yet you didn't bother to cover it. She even calls you by your name as if you two are very close," she complained.
