the story is good for what I see, but the writing can do better, it will be better if u did not skip days and added in filers like what happened in each day and she has a status like in an RPG game where it helps her get stronger, and add a shop to give her items skills and stuff, and make it to where if she gets a quest she gets points to use in the shop and same for when she drinks blood daily and has a limit, and she turns others into vampires and like the 10 girls that confessed and more people she has turned she gets stronger, and she can attain the skills of them like in that time I got reincarnated as a slime when rimuru got his gluttony still he got a few new skills but mostly the strongest ones are provided and receive because provided grants parts of his abilities to monsters under his influence or linked to his soul and the receiver gets skills that are compatible with, and for receive, he gains the ability to obtain skills from monsters under his influence and the skill he receivs is copied not taken so u can do something like that, or if u have read the novel i got reincarnated as a vampire princess, making the strongest yuri harem with the cheat skill [demon king], to where mc gets reincarnated as a vampire princess, forced reincarnated by the current demon king that was slowly dieing off, and was a vampire princess also, and she was sealed by a hero or someone with a sword, and because if she died then a random monster gets the demon king skill/title, what it does is it makes leveling up the best it can be for the person and same for evolving and for the vampire skills she had one to make monsters into her followers if the one she wants as a follower agrees, and if they do the demon king skill/title will also affect them, but since she has one of the highest vampire blood line she can give a skill to her follower and take one of theirs to where its copied for both. you could do that for her to get stronger and for the world-building, is that something is going to happen to the world like a new era where humans are no longer at the top of the food chain, and monsters appear and she was chosen as the one to help stop this by getting stronger and mana is slowly entering the world and humans start to find out about it then the monsters come, or the government already knows because mana was slowly appearing and same for monsters like a goblin or stuff like that, and u can keep where she meets god and has amnesia about her past and other stuff, and for the ones she turns into vampires the can see their status as an inventory and quest, there is a novel like what I just typed on here, I used it as an idea to help u if u are going to keep writing this and make it to where it has many arcs characters and world-building and stuff like that. but this is to help as I said and also don't do fourth wall break because it's only good in fanfics or where the mc is telling the story of their life to others on a book for people to see in the future if they are not there. also, I'm making a novel but I'm going to post it when I get more of the world-building done, ur story helped a little for giving me ideas for quest and stuff like that.
