I know what warriors and archers are, and I've pretty much figured out that mages are people who use magic. But I've heard the word tank and tanky thrown around and I don't have any idea what the hell that means. I'm pretty sure my students back on Earth used those words too, but I never cared enough to learn what they were. It didn't take long for me to find the river in question, despite there being plenty of rivers along the way. Why? For starters, this one is the largest and is actually capable of containing my width, and while its depth isn't capable of keeping me completely submerged, it looks to be enough to prevent any loss of health while travelling. But the biggest selling point is the two groups of people staring each other down from opposite sides of the river. Oh, and there are a few large warships, like super large, easily the biggest ships I've seen yet. It's unknown as to how much time has passed since I first hit level 7, as trying to keep track of the days in the deep ocean in near impossible when I almost never return to the surface. But I'm sure as hell that it's been a long time. But even so, despite all the time that has passed, I'm only just under halfway to level 8. On the bright side, I managed to get enough biomatter for the Strong Venom mutation a while back and the burning sensation has practically disappeared, probably because of my Strong Heat Resist. - heather_samson8dReplied to Im_A_Random

The Mutation process only took around ten minutes, but I was rendered helpless for closer to thirty as I needed both my body and the surrounding water to cool down. With the heat finally subsiding, I check out how much larger I've gotten and found that I'm actually quite close to the Trench Dragon in size now, but I'm still a few hundred metres short of it. Unforutanly, the water began to heat back up as I was checking my new smoking hot body. I think I see why the large Dragons were sedentary now and only moved when they absolutely had too. They probably suffered from this heat more than I am. During the mutation process, I was losing health due to the extreme heat, and now I'm still losing health from it just because I tried to check myself out. - heather_samson10dReplied to Nabi_4231

I probably could have gotten more biomatter if I had noticed the scavengers sooner, but I can't chase them without quite literally killing myself. This isn't much of a problem though as I have other things to worry about now. I'm clearly far too large to be contained within the lakes and rivers of this island now. I'm going to have to return to the ocean and find a way to get past Cetus. But first, I still have to pay a certain croc a visit.
