Chapter seventeen

Able drove so fast he was almost stopped by cops twice before he used the hypnotizing ability and made the cop send a message over the radio saying he had a pregnant lady in the car, no one stopped him after that.

He was driving on the highway when he saw a beat-up car on the side of the road, he also Lucifer and the rest making him happy they were ok.

He pulled over and hopped out of the car but saw they looked pissed.

"What's wrong."

"Those bastards stole that elixir from us." Lucifer spat.

"Oh, they dare steal from Hades family, I guess I'll have to teach them a lesson."

"Do you know where the elixir is." Abel asked

"I don't, but Cole does."

Abel looked at Cole and Cole nodded

"Yeah, I can smell the elixir from miles away, it has a special smell even if it's in a space bag."

"Alright, hop in my car lets teach these guys a lesson."

"Wait who is that?" Abel just now saw Megan and her son.

"Ah, Father this is Megan and her son James, she's going to come with me."

Abel realized more was going on and he was going to ask Lucifer Later.

"Alright get in the car."

They were getting in the car when Cole got near Megan.

"Megan, you sit on the outside I'll sit next to Cole."

This made everyone look at Lucifer weirdly, but they didn't say anything and sped off, while Cole tried to smell the elixir.

"Here use this talisman and find out about the people in cloaks." Abel handed Lucifer a talisman

"How do I use this?"

"Just ask it which family has a red eye on their black cloaks. Abel said

Lucifer tore the talisman and asked which family wore cloaks with red eyes on them, the information immediately entered Lucifers mind.

[The family is known as the seekers; they are known for using small prophecies and are also known for using eye techniques. The family is a relatively small family but are known for dabbling in taboo things.

Lucifer relayed the information the rest of the people in the car, and they were all surprised that these people seem kind of sophisticated.

Abel kept driving and eventually they saw two black cars on the side of road.

"Fuck, those bastards are trying to sell off the elixir."

"Hmph, lets fuck them up and get that elixir."

They all hopped outside the car except Megan and her son, they quickly ran into the group and started attacking them not giving them any time to prepare.

Abel was happy to be back in the game and went straight for the leaders who looked to be doing the exchange. He quickly tackled one to the ground causing them to start hitting each other and trying to get the upper hand.

Abel and the man tumbled around for a while before Abel broke the man's legs.

"Quickly let's leave." Abel and the team quickly got in the car and tore a talisman while driving away really fast.

"Father why are we leaving, don't we want revenge?" Lucifer asked

"HAHAHA, we got it, and were going to make them even angrier." he showed them the space bag he was able to take off the man during the tumble.

"I stole the bag with the elixir and tore a protection talisman, they can't find us even if they had the best sniffing dog in the state."

"Hurry take the elixir out and dump everything else in the bag."

"Father you're a genius, theyll be even angrier realizing they can't even find us." Cole said

"HAHAHAHA" Lucifer laughed

They were already hundreds of miles away and once they made it to the city, they wouldn't dare enter without being careful or other family's might think their making an attack on their territory.

Meanwhile back at the place the two families were dealing they had just got back in order after being attacked out of nowhere.

"What the hell was that all about one of the men asked?"

"I have no idea." he went to grab for the space bag that always hung on his waist and his heart stopped as he realized he just got fucked over.

"They stool the fucking bag with the elixir!!"

"Quickly go after them!"

"I can't sense them chief, should we use a special divination to find them?"

"Yes, we need to sell that elixir, or the family head will kill us."

Meanwhile Abel and the team were still heading toward the city and were already almost their making them happy they got away.

"So, why don't you all tell me how the island mission went?" Abel asked

"It actually went better than we expected, there was more savages than we hoped for, but we took them out, we also got some of the humans off the island safely."

Abel was happy to hear the mission went well and they saved plenty of humans, hopefully the systems reward will be really good this time.

"I'm also really curios about this elixir we got."

Abel and them just entered the city and were heading for them family hideout when the people in the red robes just got done using a special all-seeing technique.

"Alright boss, we got a rough reading of where they are, but it seems they come from a decent sized family in the city, this could be trouble.

"I don't care about this so-called trouble, we need that elixir, move out!" little did they know Abel just disappeared from their radar.

Abel and the team just got into the hideout and Lucifer was allowed to bring Megan and her son inside the hideout also.

Lucifer, Amy and Cole were happy to be back home while Abel went straight to the kiosk to see what's up with this elixir.

"System I need you to appraise this elixir for me please."

Abel agreed without caring sense he had gotten plenty of points while Lucifer and the others were gone.

[Evolving Elixir]- tier one evolving elixir can make a vampire become a high vampire, a high vampire is a lot stronger than a vampire and has much more control over the elements, they even have the natural ability to become a bat, a high vampire has more prestige over a normal vampire and can use the hypnotizing ability on a vampire lower than them. A high vampire has much more potential in strength.

The info made Abel so happy he almost couldn't breathe, this elixir wasn't even in the system shop, and if it was it would probably cost like seven thousand points.

"Wow this is just amazing, I bet those vampires we stole it from are crying right now"

Abel wanted to drink it right away but decided to open the rewards for the island mission first.

Abel looked at the rewards and his jaw almost dropped as he saw things that made him confused, but they sounded very special.

"HAHAHA, these rewards are greater than I even hoped for."

Abel immediate set down the tier three protective field on the base making it even more secure, even he wasn't sure how strong a tier three protective field was.

Abel then checked out the blood Armour and was very happy with the technique as it was very special.

Abel was happy with this technique as he always felt like vampires needed a good defensive technique in serious fights.

The next item made Abel surprised sense the system even recommended it, he had some trust in the system and decided to open it up.

(Mate info packet) - Vampires who can't find their mates as they get older start to become more prone to their desires, sex, pain, anger, this can cause major problems for older vampires and has even turned some into savages after they couldn't take the suffering anymore. A vampire will always have a mate in the world and certain circumstances will lead them to find each other, when a vampire finds their mate, it can cause problems if the mate isn't already a vampire. A vampire who finds their mate will automatically feel the need to care and protect them, they will be very aggressive toward others that try and get close to their mate. The vampire needs to turn their human mate into a vampire eventually, if a vampire drinks their mates blood or has sex with their mate it will speed up the time needed for the turn, if the turn isn't done soon the vampire will become more aggressive as time goes on, the human mate will become agitated but in a lesser sense, if the human is killed or the vampire doesn't turn his or her mate in the right time they will become a savage. After the two mates become vampires, they will have a natural bond making them love each other for eternity, if one mate dies so does the other as they can't live without each other. A vampire can naturally feel who their mate is and no matter how much they try and go back or decide they don't want to have a mate; it doesn't matter as there is no other option than death. This mate aspect is even more complicated than specified and also has its bonuses, this mate also spreads to werewolves and other rare species.

Abel was shocked as he read the info and his entire vampire outlook changed, he really wanted to find his mate but at the same time he didn't, he wanted someone who he could love for eternity no matter what, but it also scared him because of the danger his loved one would be in. Abel also realized things just got even crazier, he wasn't stupid and realized why the system recommend this info packet to him, it was Lucifer and Megan.

Abel had realized something was weird with Lucifer sense he found some random women on the island and had immediately become protective of her almost scary fast, Abel also saw how Lucifer wouldn't let any male get close to her, he was also becoming more aggressive making Abel surprised sense Lucifer was never aggressive towards him.

Abel was also scared because he knew the dangers if Megan wasn't turned soon, he needed to tell Lucifer about this soon or else things might turn bad.
