Chapter 29 - Watch It Rise

Sky's POV

After that little confrontation with Myra, I never felt so anxious before in my whole life. It was coming and I couldn't stop it. All I had to do was either come to them or let them come to me. I was absolutely terrified of Sammy, her eyes had evil within them and so did Myra. Where did it all go wrong?

I took a small deep breath as I properly disposed the blood bag by putting it in the bin. I then walked back into the living room and sat down on the couch again. I then found out each time I don't like something, I bite my lip. Or if I was in a tricky situation like this. Damn you, Myra...

Maybe it's best if I relax and wait until tomorrow seeing it was almost midnight. So that was what I did.

The next day felt like another day of avoiding Sammy and Myra, the two freaks I shall call them now. I opened my eyes, revealing the living room and the smell of...fear and excitement. The fear aura was coming off from me, and I bet the excitement was coming from maybe Sammy. Myra was already excited. So I was the only one who was scared. I thought vampires were meant to be strong and can overcome things quickly. Not with me apparently...

I then sat up smoothly and walked upstairs to have a shower. I had enough of wearing the same clothes anyway. But...I had to go into the bedroom where they were at. How was I supposed to do this? Especially on a day where a blood moon might pop up to say hi?

I bit my lip for about the third time already, I was surprised I even had a lip left! Well...that was because that it heals quickly as I was a vampire. Fuck it. I needed to go for it. I then sped out of the living room and upstairs to hopefully go into the bedroom without taking any notice of them. The door was slightly open, so this was a good time to try my idea out. Just about I was going to open the door some more, Sammy was in front of me. Why!

"Finally need some help?" she asked me with a small deep chuckle. I simply shook my head before I walked into the bedroom mindlessly, ignoring a smiling Myra who was sitting on the bed. What was I actually doing? Oh. That's right. Clothes for a shower. I pulled out the drawer of the dresser and grabbed a red blouse and a fresh pair of shorts. When I was about to leave, I winced at the strange pain in my stomach. "What the hell?" I asked myself before I turned around to see a very familiar moon slowly going up in the sky. I widened my eyes at it.

"If you were going to have a shower...there isn't really any point now. It's finally here." Sammy said to me before my body had a mind of its own as I slowly walked over to the bed and got onto it, just to look at the moon. It was just so...alluring. Beautiful. Amazing. Delicious...

I then gave in to it as I sat down cross legged, watching the blood moon rise up some more before it set into place. I felt Myra move to get closer to me before I turned my head to stare at her glowing purple eyes.

"You thought you could resist, didn't you?"
