CHAPTER 88 Not Our Decision

Jackson and Kyle entered Jonathon's room cautiously. The stench of the ghoul was so strong that it almost made Kyle dry heave. So, they could smell the ghoul but they couldn't see it. As they moved through the room, they noticed that the room was in utter disarray with broken furniture and blood stains on the walls on the floor.

It didn't take them long to find Jonathon lying unconscious on the floor outside his bedroom with a horrific wound to his side.

"Amazing. Just amazing. How he managed to best a ghoul on his own. Amazing," Jackson muttered as he squatted in front of Jonathon. He gripped his hair and pulled his head up to stare at him to see if he was truly unconscious.

Jonathon was indeed amazing. However, his persona did not match. When he fought him, Jonathon didn't fight as someone seeking justice. No, he fought with a murderous streak. He enjoyed the thrill of it maybe even more than he did. Jackson hated to admit that he was truly afraid of Jonathon.
