The Uprising 2 Final Half

Louis went to the living room and found Penny, Everest and Jack there and spoke to Everest.

Louis: Hey, man.

Everest: Louis.

Louis: I just wanted to apologize for what I did earlier. I-I-I was a fool.

Everest: You're a fool anyway.

Louis: When were you gonna tell us man?

Everest: Tell you? That you betray the uprising in 2035 in Earth-X and a team known as the Legion-X exists? How was I supposed to tell you that? I can't trust you man. The chord doesn't lie about the future

Louis: You are believing a round ball?

Jack: Aren't all balls round?

Louis: I'm not talking to you! Everest I know myself better than anyone and believe me when I say I will never betray the team. The future can change. It's not fixed. If I do, I'm sure I'll have a good reason for doing it.

Everest: We cannot be sure, man.

Louis: Nah man. It ain't even like that. You just don't trust me. You don't trust us because if you did you wouldn't still be hiding under that mask even when you with us.

Everest kept quiet and when Louis was about to walk away, Martha and Ida showed up. Martha woke up and was okay. Louis and Ida took their leave and were going to visit Louis's mother. Chris was peeping on the conversation they were having in the living room and rushed back to his room when he saw that Everest noticed him.

Martha: Where are you going?

Ida: Oh, we're going to see Louis's mother. He's finally introducing me to his mother.

Penny: Enjoy!

Ida: We will.

Everest stood up and went to check on Chris but when he went to Chris's room he did not find Chris there and began doubting Chris.

The Giants, The Deadly Warriors, The Silent Bloojan and Wire-Man were about to leave but Debo showed up behind them.

Debo: Where the hell do you think you're going.

The Silent Bloojan: Who the hell are you?

Wire-Man: This is Debo Carto. He is very powerful. Uh, we are going to attack the uprising.

Debo: You might want to know who most of them are.

Wire-Man: Yes, we need to know.

Debo: Ace, the man with the acid is Jack King. Insecticator's identity was shocking to me. I didn't realize it but I found out that Insecticator is the sister to the man that cut out my eye, leg and arm. She is Martha Scotts and The Controller is Louis Thomas and his girlfriend is Ida Warren, the news reporter. Louis is going to see his mother.

The Silent Bloojan: That is very helpful to us. When did you lose your arm, leg and eye?

Debo: Three week ago, I'll get going. I have some unfinished matters to attend to.

Debo took his leave and The giants and the deadly warriors exploded half of the city. The uprising team were alerted and went to fight them.

Ida was introduced to Louis's mother and they both got along very well. Ida was helping her cook in the kitchen and Louis was watching the television in the kitchen. He tuned to the world news and saw that New York City was in chaos. Ida looked at Louis in a worried way.

Louis: Uh, mum, Ida I have to get going. I promise I will be back and we will have our meal and movie time.

Mother: But you just got here 30 minutes ago and you're already leaving?

Louis: It's important. Ida will stay with you, don't worry. I will be back as soon as possible.

Ida: Take care babe.

Louis: I will, thanks.

Louis ran a short distance away from his house and activated his suit and flew, heading to where the fight was not knowing that as he was going to the location of the fight wire-man was also heading to where Louis was coming from to kill his mother and Ida. He found that the Blood sisters were already handling the giants quite well, Ace and Insecticator were helping out too as they also took down the deadly warriors. The Controller flew to Insecticator to help fight as he spoke to her. They were fighting and talking.

The Controller: You're not fit to be on field.

Insecticator: I will manage, don't worry.

The Controller: Where is Everest? Where is Wire-Man.

Insecticator: Everest is handling the Silent Bloojan in the building. Wire-man? I-I'm not sure.

Ace: I saw him heading to the east.

The Controller: Th-That's where I'm coming from. Ace please can you head back to my house and protect my mother and Ida.

Ace: Alright, I will. You have nothing to worry about.

Ace left to go to Louis's mother's place to protect Ida and his mother. Everest was fighting the Silent Bloojan. The Silent Bloojan activated his silencer and created a container around Everest. The Silent Bloojan entered the container which was dark. Everest couldn't see and with the Silent Bloojan's silencer activated, he also couldn't hear. The Silent Bloojan attacked Everest and beat him up, almost destroying his suit. Everest then relied on his instincts to fight and managed to dodge and hit back. He broke the Silent Bloojan's Silencer and could then hear, he then activated his night vision mode in that was in the suit. He then attacked The Silent Bloojan, jumping from wall to wall with one leg on each wall of the container and super punched the Silent Bloojan with all his powers mixed in one hand and the Silent Bloojan was knocked out.

The Controller then rushed to Everest to make sure he was okay. When Ace reached the house, he got Ida and Louis's mother and took them outside to take them away but Wire-Man already arrived and attacked Ace, him with a steel bar over and over. Ace was too weak to get up. Wire-Man then turned and smiled, walking towards Ida and Louis's mother.

Wire-Man: Hello, Ida. Mother Louis. It's nice to see you again.

Mother: Again? What do you want.

Wire-Man: You may not know me as Wire-Man but as Jimmy Clause.

Mother: Jimmy? What do you ant from us?

Wire-Man: To kill a certain Controller or as you better know him, Louis Thomas!

Ida: Jimmy just leave us alone.

Ace got up and blasted Wire-Man with Acid but Wire-Man dodged it and the acid nearly hit Louis's mother. Ida and Louis's mother were running away as fast as they could. Everest captured the Silent Bloojan and went out to help the Blood Sisters and Insecticator.

Everest: Where's Ace?

The Controller: I asked him to protect my family because he saw Wire-Man heading in that direction.

Everest: and what are you still doing here? Where do you think Wire-Man is now? Huh?

The Controller: Oh no, no, no.

The Controller flew fast heading towards his mother's place. Everest went and helped Insecticator. Lenny was the one making sure that the citizens were safe. Mary fought really hard and helped capture all the giants. Mary then she went to help out Lenny. She was helping Lenny save the citizens from falling buildings, building that were on fire and more. Penny went to help Insecticator and Everest capture the deadly warriors and they succeeded. The same container that Everest was in was the same one where he put the giants, the deadly warriors and the Silent Bloojan.

Ace was still struggling with Wire-Man. Wire-Man had enough of Ace and just placed his palm and Ace's shoulder and made a really huge metal bar pierce through Ace's shoulder. As Ida and Louis's mother were running, Wire-Man shot a metal bar as thick as his fist and it impaled Louis's mother and she dropped to the ground. Ida was screaming and didn't know what to do. Ace then got up slowly, heading towards Wire-Man but the Controller already arrived and kicked Wire-Man's face. The Controller beat Wire-Man to a pulp. He damaged Wire-man's suit and beat him up so bad that Wire-Man couldn't even see properly. Ida was there crying and screamed 'Louis'. The Controller then turned and when he saw Ida and another person down, he disabled his suit and started walking towards Ida, shaking his head as though he was refusing that the person down wasn't his mother. When he saw that it was his mother, he dropped to the ground and held her and started talking to her as though she was still alive.

Louis: (Crying) M-mum, mum. No, no, no, mum w-wake up mum. It's over now. Remember we still have a lot to catch up on.

Ida: Louis, I'm sorry, sh-she is d-d-dead.

The rest of the team arrived and saw Louis and Ida on the ground, Ace was standing above Wire-Man, slightly behind Louis and Ida. Everest carried Wire-Man, dampened his powers and just continued to hold him to prevent him from running. Ace felt guilty. The rest of the team all disabled their suits except Everest of course. Jack walked towards Louis.

Jack: Louis I-I'm sorry.

Louis stood up and turned to Jack.

Louis: Sorry? For what exactly? For not being able to protect my mother? For my loss?

Jack: I didn't mean to. I'm really sorry.

Louis: Shut up! This is all your fault. I trusted you with something and you made me not worry because I thought you would protect my mother! How does your family even survive. They should know that they have a useless person in their family. One who cannot protect them. Not even from a robber with a stick.

Everest: Louis, Jack already apologized man, he did his best trying to save your mother.

Louis: It would've been better if he was the one who died instead.

Louis then walked away and no one knew where he went. Louis missed his own mothers funeral. The city was fixed and everyone was okay apart from Louis. This was already 3 weeks later. Ida would always go to Louis's mother's grave hoping to find Louis there. The team searched and searched for Louis but couldn't find him. Ace was living with lots of guilt.

Louis showed up at his mother's grave. People in the country were enjoying their new year celebrations but not the uprising. Ida also went to the grave looking for Louis and she found him there.

Ida: Louis, Where have you been? The team has been worried sick about you, I've been worried as hell. You missed your own mothers funeral

Louis: I couldn't stand seeing her dead body.

Ida: Louis you should've told me where you were so that I comfort you.

Louis: Comfort me? You just wanted an excuse for pleasure.

Ida: That's not true. Louis I'm sorry for...

Louis:.... My loss? I've heard that already Ida. You know if it weren't for you, I would've seen my mother earlier.

Ida: Y-You're blaming me?

Louis: The same day I met you was the same day I was supposed to see my mother but because I met you I couldn't and now I regret meeting you.

Ida: Louis Thomas! You know you have grown a tendency of blaming others. When you met me I did not stop you from seeing your mother and you cannot blame Jack. You asked him to come and protect us but the real question is where were you Louis? You cared for the safety of this city over the safety of your loved ones.

Louis: Jack failed to protect you! He failed! It's his fault!

Ida: Louis the only one to blame here is yourself because you should've been the one to come and save us instead of letting Jack do it. But because the safety of the city matters to you more than your family and friends you were unable to save your mother. I don't give a damn if you regret meeting me because I'm done!

Louis: Wh-wh-what yo-you-what do you mean done?

Ida: I can't stand this. You blaming everyone around you. You think you're perfect Louis. You think you don't make mistakes but the truth is you make mistakes too and you're not perfect. You are far from perfect. You have just shown me your true colors and I'm done with it. You don't want people around you to help you so I won't be there for you. I'm leaving you Louis.

Louis: I-Ida?

Ida: Don't try to talk me out of it.

Ida then walked away in tears and left Louis in tears too. Everest was in his room and Martha entered and found him crying.

Martha: Are you crying?

Everest: How would you even see that I'm crying.

Martha: I can tell. And you're mourning the death of Louis's mother but it's already been 3 weeks. I can tell she meant a lot to you too.

Everest: What are you talking about?

Martha: You know I also did my own digging and from what I found out Louis had a best friend when he was younger named Maxwell Rivers and Max also went missing and from what I found, he died. But I don't think he disappeared from what I think, he got powers and called himself Everest, right?

Everest then disabled his suit

Martha: Woah, you are damn handsome. I guess I was right.

Max: Yes you were. My real name is Max and I'm Louis best friend but he doesn't know that I'm alive. Only you can know that I'm Max.

Martha then closed his bedroom door and locked it. She got undressed in front of Max

Martha: Let me also give you a little something. To get things off your mind.

Martha unbuttoned his shirt and gave him an unforgettable gift because Everest shared his identity with her so she gave him her body for the night. The rest of the team were all in their own worlds.

Jack was in his room, upstairs and looked out the window and saw someone looking at him from the rooftop of another building. The person then disappeared into thin air and Jack was confused and...

Louis went to the floor of the building that was underground and went to Jimmy to talk to him.

Louis: What did you benefit from killing my mother? What did you gain, Jimmy!

Jimmy: I gained happiness. Can't you see you are slowly drifting to the dark. You will soon push away everyone you love and care for and one more person still has to die before you completely lose it and go nuts.

Louis: If you touch any of my friends, I will kill you.

Jimmy: I will not be the one to kill your friends but remember that death is not a man Louis, it's a boy. 2035 will come in a flash and it'll happen oh it will.

Louis: As long as I have Ida I will not turn away from the uprising.

Jimmy: Telling us was your biggest mistake.

Louis: She wrote the article and the future is fixed.

Jimmy: There is only one person in this entire universe who knows how to manipulate the timeline to set a fixed point. Trust me, the future is always changing and you don't know which Ida wrote that article.

Louis: What do you mean?

Jimmy kept quiet and backed away from the doors of the cage as Louis kept shouting. Louis then walked away and went to his room, wondering what Jimmy meant. He was filled with lots of anger and didn't know how he would control it.
