45 My Back

Eric was walking towards the shinigami but he soon remembered that he couldn't talk and if he tried to talk he would be just roaring like a hollow.

Eric felt relieved about him figuring the problem of his voice now or he would have just gone to kill himself.

He tried to come up with a solution to his problem and like always the only answer he could think for his problem was the system.

He asked the system can you make me speak like a normal person.

Ding= no but you can buy a speaking pill to speak.

Eric heard the notification than suddenly a lot of pills came in front of him.

It started from many different languages, but Eric looked through it until he found a pill that had the title Japanese on top of it.

Eric bought it and ate it and soon he could start talking like a normal human. The pill costed him 1000 anime points.

Solving his problem, Eric slowly walked towards the shinigami but when he got closer to him he yelled

"Hey" after he said that the shinigami looked at him and when he did that Eric started to run towards him.

The shinigami would have been surprised if the person was running fast but he saw that person was running slowly and was a shinigami from the one of the Gotei 13

But he wasn't sure which one he was from until he sees his badge.

As Eric was running towards the shinigami he heard the system

Ding= 1st and 2nd mission complete, Reward 20 levels.

Ding= you have levelled up 20 times.

After he levelled up he could feel that all his stats went up by 40 points which made him feel very good.

The shinigami looked at Eric then replied

"Hello"

Hearing the person answer Eric said

"How are you?"

"I'm fine thank you, what about you?"

Eric answered by saying

"I'm okay"

Eric answered then asked another question

"What are you doing here?"

"I'm investigating about why lots of the hollow of this town disappeared" the shinigami said and looked at Eric wondering what he was doing here.

Eric noticed the gaze and said

"I'm here to do the same thing"

As Eric said that he saw a hollow behind the shinigami walking towards the opposite side of where they were at.

Seeing that Eric came with an idea which could help him complete some more of these missions.

He looked at the hollow for a bit more and told the shinigami

"Look there is a hollow there".

Eric said that then followed up with

"Let's go and kill it"

The shinigami was not trusting Eric one bit as he was pretty sure that he was the only person that was meant to be in this town right now but when he turned around he saw a hollow.

He was about to rush towards the hollow when he heard Eric "wait, let's walk towards it slowly".

The shinigami was pretty sure that Eric was an imposter as every shinigami has their quadrants badge and this person doesn't have any, but he didn't want him to know that, he noticed that and was trying to lead him back to Soul Society.

The only reason he didn't tried to attack him right now was because he believed that the person was way stronger than him because he couldn't fell his soul power.

He knew that there was 2 kind of people who a shinigami can't feel their power first being those who doesn't have any and the second being very powerful and can hide their soul power from other beings.

He was 100% sure that Eric was the second as he was a shinigami right now and could see the hollow/himself.

The shinigami followed what Eric said and went towards the hollow slowly.

As they were doing this Eric heard a notification

Ding= you have completed the 4th mission and have gained 20 levels

Ding= you have levelled up 20 times

And so his power increased by another 40 points.

They got near the hollow and the hollow turned around to look at them.

Eric was now ready to start his plan,

He took out his sword and was about to slash it towards the monster but when the sword was about to hit the hollow, it changed directions and went hit the shinigami right in his left hand.

The sword went about 3cm deep but didn't move an inch anymore even though Eric had put all his strength in it.

The shinigami was focused on guard against the hollow and forgot about Eric.

He was ready to go and fight the low-level hollow, but he saw Eric attack it.

He removed his guard for second and the next moment he noticed that a sword was deep in tricep.

Seeing this he kicked Eric right on his back and sent him about 100 meters away from him. When he saw how easy it was to kick Eric he felt as if he was thinking too much into what he was thinking previously.

He kicked Eric away and took out his sword to kill Eric.

While that was happening, the hollow started to continue what he was doing before.

(Eric was right crushed inside a building right now)

After being kicked in his back he felt that his back was broken and couldn't move at all from waist below.

The pain he feeling right now was way worst than what he was feeling because of the helping hand side effect. THE ONLY THING HE WAS THINKING ABOUT WAS 'MY BACK, FU*K MY BACK'.

Eric started to move around but he was only able to move his upper body with tremendous pain.

While he was trying to move he heard the system

Ding= you have completed

3rd, 5th, 7th, 8th mission and have gained 240 levels.

Ding= you have levelled up 240 times and gained 2 milestone packs

Eric felt his power increase by at least 740 points, but he didn't have the time to feel that good feeling of gaining strength as right now he was holding his scream from coming out.

He straight went to the shop and look at the healing pills.

He bought as much as he could and told the system to absorb all of them, the pills started to make his hp go up. Even though his hp was going up he was still in hella pain that he could not withstand

+20hp, +20hp, +20hp

Those number keep on popping up until he reached his max hp and got up.
