107 Chapter 105: God Slayer

Ivery rubbed her forehead after being presented with a dilemma.
"Alright, I'll start now...both of you just be quiet for a bit.." Ivery told them as she sat on the center of the bed and closed her eyes
Luther nodded and quietly sat beside her. Loki shrugged and curled into a ball at the foot of the bed.
As Ivery concentrated on the magical energy flowing through her body her prowess core began to glow brightly. Her golden magical energy lightly swirled around her body, leaving particles of the magic behind.
Ivery oddly felt her consciousness slipping away, her body suddenly collapsed back on the bed, alarming Luther and Loki.
Even though she was unconscious, her prowess core was still active and glowing.

When Ivery opened her eyes she only saw darkness, she couldn't even see her own hands and legs.
"Are you finally here?"
Ivery immediately recognized that soft voice...
A single glowing golden dot appeared above, Ivery's eyes locked on the single dot. The dot then grew larger and larger until it resembled a sun.
The giant golden orb exploded and burst into hundreds of thousands of little golden lights, mimicking a starry night sky. Thanks to that, she could now at least see her body.
But when she looked down she saw her reflection, she could also see the reflection of the glowing lights above. She poked at her reflection below her and suddenly it rippled like disturbed water.
When she pressed her hand against the reflective flooring below her it rippled like water again.
"Where am I?" Ivery asked as she looked around with confusion and amazement
"You are currently within your prowess core, or rather your consciousness is."
"Why am I in here though?" Ivery was confused, she didn't think it was possible to go inside your own prowess core....and she also didn't think her prowess core would be so...dark
"The golden lights that you see is your scattered magical energy, inside of here you can easily absorb the golden apple's magic into your prowess core and be able to fully wield the golden magic."
"I see.." Ivery understood and looked up at the floating golden lights
"But that is not the reason why I am speaking with you now.."
"Then why?" Ivery questioned Hecate
"It is about Eos and that girl..."
"What about them?" Ivery slightly tilted her head and wondered what Hecate knew
"They are in the same plane as you two are right now, but they have taken new forms and different identities, and they will try to kill both of you..."
"But you are in much more danger than Luther, you are very vulnerable as you are since you have yet to possess an immortal body, so I must give you these now..."
"...." Ivery noticed two large white orbs amongst the small golden lights
The white orbs slowly fell down towards Ivery. They slowly took the form of two weapons, a slightly rusted golden rapier, and a slightly rusted golden kriegsmesser. The two weapons flew into Ivery's grasp.
"What are they? Could they be..." Ivery looked at the glowing weapons in her hands
"Yes, they are two of the forbidden ancient artifacts created to slay gods."
"We did not think they would act officially this fast..."
"But without these, you two would not be able to defeat Eos, the likely outcome would be your death and an endless fight between Eos and Luther."
"I am sorry that we cannot intervene in the plane that you are in, if we were to forcibly break the plane as outsiders, it would damage your souls, and souls cannot be healed if damaged or scattered, so this is unfortunately something that you will have to do on your own."
"Okay, thank you.." Ivery nodded and felt fully capable of doing this
"You must go now, there is a time limit on how long you can be inside of your prowess core...that is why you must quickly absorb as much magical energy as you can while you are inside because you cannot renter your prowess core for ten hours after already entering."
"Alright." Ivery nodded again
"And remember this, the rapier must be stabbed into her head and the kriegsmesser must be pierced through her heart, if you do not, she will not be fully eradicated."

Ivery's eyes opened and she quickly sat up. She looked around and noticed she was in the room, sitting in the same spot she was in before her conciousness was pulled into her prowess core.
"Ivery are you okay?" Luther concernedly asked her
"Yeah.." She intended to rub her head and widened her eyes at the sight of the two ancient weapons in her hands
"What are those?" Luther was taken by surprise when he saw the swords in Ivery's hands

Ivery and Luther looked at Loki who was suddenly hissing at Ivery...or rather at the swords in her hands...
"They're the ancient artifacts that are capable of killing gods." Ivery explained to Luther
"How do you have them?!" Luther asked with complete shock and confusion
Ivery slightly smiled, she was shocked herself to see Luther break his cool composure and express his emotions.
"Hecate gave them to me when I was inside of my prowess core." She answered
"Inside of your prowess core..?" Luther didn't think that was possible to do
"Take this one.." Ivery handed Luther the kriegsmesser
"You have to stab Eos's heart with it." Ivery told him
"I don't completely understand what's happening but alright..." Luther sighed
"I have something else to tell you." Ivery looked seriously at Luther
"Hm?" He looked back at her attentively
"Hecate told me that Xia and Eos are also here in this plane seeking to kill us, but they've both taken different forms and identities." Ivery informed Luther
"So they can be anyone?" Luther rubbed his head and sighed again
"Pretty much." She nodded and sighed with him
"Wait.." Luther thought about something
"What?" Ivery raised an eyebrow
"What if they took the forms of two people that shouldn't exist but suddenly do now..." Luther revealed his sudden suspicion
