His eyes snapped open, and there, standing at the foot of his bed, was a figure cloaked in shadows. The figure held out a hand, palm up, and Xavier saw an intricate symbol etched into its flesh, the same symbol they had found on the ancient scroll. A voice echoed in Xavier's mind, a voice both haunting and hypnotic. It whispered secrets, secrets that would unlock the enigma's true potential.
Xavier woke with a start, the sensation of the figure's presence still lingering. He rushed to tell the others, his voice trembling as he recounted the vision. Sophia's eyes widened with recognition. "I've seen it too," she confessed. "In my dreams, the same symbol and the same voice."
