Chapter 15

Bella immediately went home after being with Kyle and showered for a long time.  For the entire ride home she had lambasted herself for having sex with Kyle. Sure it was passionate and exciting but it was unlike her to do such things.

Was Kyle a warlock and had charmed her into doing it or was it simply her body just reacting to being fucking horny as hell?   As she stood in front of her mirror getting ready, Bella began to seriously questioned herself as to why she didn't stop at just making out with him.

And even though she could only think about her abstinence for such a long period, again she knew she had never witness the mind blowing experience she just had. Not that she was experienced in that field since she could count the number of men she had been with on one hand but she knew it was different with Kyle. It was passionate yet wild and erotic.

As soon as Bella finished dressed, she flew towards the abandoned buildings and on her way there she became quite relieved at the fact that both Kyle and she did not share each other's contact information. Surely, they would not have another encounter again, but just to be on the safe side, Bella promised herself she would cook more and purchase food less so she would have no other meetings with him.

As she approached the building and looked down she realized that it didn't seem to be active as on the night she saved Tracy. On further inspection of the both buildings, she noticed that they were both empty and wondered if she had spooked them when she took Tracy away and killed that rogue vampire.

She sat on the rooftop and waited for several hours but saw no one approach the buildings. She mentally cursed under her breath as she flew back home. Luckily though she saw a rogue werewolf grab a woman's handbag and tried to escape. Thankfully she had the opportunity to express some of her frustration she was experiencing during the fight and within ten minutes the rogue was killed and the battle was over and she was able to return the bag to the woman.

As soon as she arrived home, she showered and quickly went to bed. She was angry and disappointed that her mistake could have caused the operation to move and flung a pillow over her head as she screamed into it. She didn't even bother raising the pillow from over her head and quickly fell asleep.

Kyle and Karl left the house in the wee hours of the morning and headed for the gentlemen's club while Charlie was sleeping. As soon as they entered, they both realized that the club was no ordinary club but an establishment where wealthy men came to socialize. Karl and Kyle also noted several affluent supernatural beings mingling with humans.

So this is the environment of the rich and powerful! Karl remarked as they headed for the bar.

I'm amazed our Alpha is not among them! Kyle answered sarcastically

Common Kyle the color green does not suit you! Besides you know that father isn't these type of werewolf! Karl said.

Do we really know him Karl. Who'd have thought that he'd have a mistress while being so loving to mom? Kyle replied in a scornful manner.

That is yet to be confirmed! Your imagination sometimes gets the better of you, so until I see solid proof I'm not believing nor agreeing to anything. Karl remarked.

Kyle was experiencing mixed emotions since his encounter with Bella. Images of them in th¹e car with each other flooded his mind as he gulped a huge whiskey shot and grimaced.

Someone seems to be thirty! Karl joked and eyed Kyle.

Kyle said nothing and ordered a refill from the bartender.

Is something wrong Kyle? Since today you've been in a terrible mood! You need to talk about anything! Menstrual cycle possibly? Karl asked genuinely concerned about his brother

It's nothing Karl! I'm going to mingle a bit and we'll meet back here in an hour. Kyle said as he gulped his other drink that the bartender had just refilled and walked into the crowd.

Karl knew his brother was not acting like himself and thought it was the stress of everything that was going on that caused him to be in such a foul mood.

You guys chose a great night to come, the place is packed tonight. An elderly man said as he approached the bar and ordered a drink.

Yes we were finally able to get an invite seeing that ordinary people could not get in here! Karl answered

Then you must be well respected otherwise you'd have never gotten an invite. I'm Alpha Zed of the Blue Moon pack. The man said an shook Karl's hand.

And I am Karl from the Dark Moon pack and very excited to be in a place where supernatural beings are comfortable to be themselves around humans. Karl answered as he shook Alpha Zed hands.

My boy, money and power rule this world. You've only glimpsed what it could do! Hey did you say the Dark Moon pack? Alpha Czar and I have an outstanding history together. Then you must be one of his pups? The man asked.

Yes, I'm his youngest and my brother there, is Kyle, who is his eldest. Karl said and pointed at Kyle.

Well it's nice to meet you my boy and happy you guys didn't turn out as introverted as your Alpha. Alpha Zed said and laughed

Before you guys leave, come see me at the table down at the back. I want to introduce you to someone who could possibly ensure all your sexual desires come through. Alpha Zed said and patted Karl's shoulder and walked away.

Okay , I will! Karl said over his shoulder as he walked into the crowd to check on Kyle who was being seduced by a beautiful dancer.

Kyle it's past an hour, let's go to the bar. Karl shouted when he stood next to Kyle and grabbed his arms.

Immediately the attractive woman hissed at him and bared his fangs which caused Karl to yank Kyle away from her grip and walk towards the bar.

What the fuck Kyle? Should we go home? Because all I'm doing here right now is baby sitting your ass! Karl screamed at Kyle.

What? Lighten up bro! We're here to mingle and get information right? Kyle said and laughed.

Yea but all I'm seeing you do is mingle unless you're pulling information, and not saliva, from down that vamp's throat. Karl scolded.

What information you got? Karl continued angrily.

Well it seems that from this party you can be invited to a smaller party where you can get your erotic fantasy played out. See I'm working! Kyle said and grinned.

Okay but who gives the invites to these smaller parties? Karl asked.

I don't know as yet! Kyle answered.

Need I remind you that we're not here for our sexual fantasies to be played out but here to get information about rogues overthrowing and possibly killing off Alphas. Karl said while leaning on Kyle and whispering into his ears.

Well you never know where this could lead Karl. Don't get your panties in a bunch because you're head over heels in love with Charlie. As far as I see it, you're still single and unattached. Kyle said and grinned.

I think you had too much to drink already! How many did you have by the way? Karl continued

Let see, I had …. Kyle said and counted on his fingers

Bout eight earlier just before I met Bella and came here with you and now I've had…. Kyle  said and began to count again

You've had whey too much! And how come you didn't tell us you met Bella earlier? Karl asked

Ah yes, I met our Alpha's mistress but I don't want to talk about it! Kyle said and began to signal the bartender for a refill.

He'll have a soda water please. Karl said to the bartender who smiled at him and filled the glass with it and handed it to Kyle.

I'm going to say goodbye to a contact I met earlier, wait here for me. Kyle I mean it, don't move! Karl said in Kyle's ears and walked into the crowd.

Karl saw Alpha Zed with an attractive,  volumptous woman surrounded by two other men in suits. However one was in an expensive suit smoking a cigar while the other one looked like Alpha Zed's security detail.

Hey Karl, you leaving already? Alpha Zed asked.

Yes I am as a matter of fact Sir! My brother had a little too much to drink so I'm taking him home! Karl said.

Well that tends to happen in places like this, right? The Alpha replied and laughed.

Yes it does! Anyways I had a great time and look forward to meeting you again Alpha Zed. Karl said and bowed to leave.

Hey Karl, this is my friend John. John this is Czar's pups I was telling you about earlier. Alpha Zed said to the distinguished gentleman.

The man just nodded his head at Kyle and dipped his hands into his breast pocket and pulled out two cards and handed it to Zed.

Someone will text you on the night of the party about the location and time. Give my guy your number. Alpha Zed then said and handed Karl the two neon hard plastic card while Karl gave his number to the other man sitting with Alpha Zed.

Thanks much John and Alpha Zed, see you guys soon then! Karl said and bowed and walked away.

Common Kyle let's go! Karl said as he held Kyle's arm and led him out of the club.

Kyle fell asleep as soon as Karl had placed him in the car. He mumbled Bella's name several time on his way home and Karl couldn't help but think that Kyle had grown feelings for Bella and actually felt sorry for him. He decided to leave him in the car with the windows cracked instead of trying to wake him since it was a cool morning and the neighborhood they were staying in was a semi safe one.

Karl then walked into the house and entered his room. He quickly showered and changed and was asleep within seconds.
