The Undying Star

A star? I wasn't even close to being something as beautiful. But... undying? Yes. I was. Since death never ever accepted me into its embrace. So what if I live this story to its end one more time? Loud noises of swords clashing and walls crumbling could be heard from every corner. People shouted constantly, some out of rage and some due to pain. Blood painted the ground as corpses fell one by one; people trampled on them and moved on.

The whole town was in chaos.

Stopping a moment to take a breath, Eliot cast a glance at his surroundings. The captured saints were in unison, clashing everything in their wake and attempting to flee the town. A huge portion of the wall around the city was broken down and some had already left the place.

What gave them the strength to act so outrageous was the group of soldiers that appeared out of nowhere and began a clash against the guards, breaking a hole into the walls in the process.
