Climbing Ranks
At the Fista Guild, Selene was deeply engrossed in reviewing reports when a knock on the door broke her concentration. "Come in," she called out, rubbing her temples to alleviate her growing headache.
A young woman entered, carefully placing a stack of documents on Selene's desk. "Ma'am, we've arranged all the documents you asked for," she said respectfully.
"Good. Take these and recheck them before approval," Selene instructed wearily, her voice tinged with exhaustion.
The worker nodded and left, leaving Selene to lean back in her chair, taking a moment to collect herself. Her thoughts drifted briefly to the myriad tasks awaiting her when the door creaked open again.
Ben strolled in, his easy confidence contrasting with the somber atmosphere of the guild office. "What are you doing here? Finished the raid already?" Selene asked, straightening up.
"Of course! Whose brother am I?" Ben replied, grinning broadly.
