Out of all three districts in the city of Solis, Aurus was the most heavily defended one. Since the machines had taken over the production facilities in Aurus and were using them to manufacture more robots and drones, the security arrangements were being overseen by the three advanced androids.
The satellite imaging and advanced Scout reports made it amply clear that it would take more than a few soldiers in exosuits to launch an offensive on Aurus. Any direct attack on the district was bound to attract the attention of the Prime, and neither the Resistance fighters nor the scientists were ready to incur the wrath of that killer android.
Although they had managed to retake Sorus and fortify the district, to launch an offensive on Aurus they were going to need air support and heavily armored ground vehicles. But before they could even think about organizing an attack team, they needed more information. And this was where Kevin came in.
