The server room did not have any cubicles or seating arrangements. There were only rectangular black cases stacked at regular intervals. Kevin entered quietly and took a good look at his immediate surroundings.
The drones flying overhead posed no threat to him in his camouflaged state. However, the XL11 robots stationed on the ground were a big problem. They were on patrol duty at the moment which made it very difficult to get past them undetected. Their bionic lasers were constantly scanning the area.
Kevin observed the robots were marching from one end of the room to the other. Almost the whole room was being scanned under the green laser lights. However, the scanning lasers could only focus in one direction at a time. The machines could only see what was directly in front of them. And since they were marching in the same direction, it left a huge blind spot behind them.
