Nagini's Deal Pt. II

A woman ran down an alleyway and panted, looking back as if someone's chasing her. Clouds of darkness began to form behind her then a masked man in a black cloak walked forward. He adjusted his masks then cloaked knights rushed toward the woman and grappled onto her.

"Enough running, Royal Guard. It's time you tell us where he is. We know of your connection to Sephora. Start talking or else we'll cause you to float along with your allies.." The man said.

The woman grunted then noticed a beam of light sniping all three knights through their heads. She dropped to the ground as their bodies disappeared. She looked up and noticed the Cloaked Angel. The man looked back and noticed the Cloaked Angel as well.

"If it isn't the God of Nothingness, Darkness. If you're here that means you've come all the way from Utalia and joined the Fallen." The Cloaked Angel said as she descended to the ground.

"Imogen. Heh...You want to be sent to the void as well?" Darkness chuckled then spawned in two Hellhounds behind him.

Imogen summoned her Cross then changed it into a spear then twirled it around. "As if you'll come close to defeating me..."

The woman quickly got up and escaped the area while she could. She heard a demonic howl then looked back, noticing the Hellhound chasing after her. She grunted then tripped over a small ledge. She fell to the ground and grunted then noticed she dropped her phone.

"Hey!" A voice called out.

The Hellhound stopped and looked up noticing it was VI and Mina. The Hellhound mocked them and growled at the woman. The woman screamed as the Hellhound lunged toward her. Mina bellowed and launched a powerful beam at the Hellhound, blowing it away.

VI dashed forward and ran along the wall and propelled herself toward the Hellhound. She slashed at it, but the Hellhound dodged her attack then swiped its claws at her. VI parried the attack then Mina flew forward and bellowed, crashing into the Hellhound at full speed.

"Burst Skill: Emerald Burst!" Mina bellowed then caused an explosion, launching the Hellhound away.

VI caught Mina then tossed her upwards. "Mina! Let's finish this!"

Mina nodded then the Emerald in her staff shined brightly. "Okay!"

Mina landed beside VI then held her hand. VI interlocked their fingers together then they both transformed into their Princess Forms.

"Dual Royal Arts!" They both bellowed and their weapons shined brightly. They swung their weapons then a large green cross of energy formed in front of them. "Northern Cross!"

They deployed the cross then the cross fired beams of earthly energy toward the Hellhound. The Hellhound whined and whimpered loudly in pain as the twins bombarded it with their powerful attack.

The attack ended and the Hellhound struggled to get up. VI and Mina nodded then ran toward the woman and the three of them escaped the area.

Nagini waited for us on the rooftop of a building then heard the rooftop door opening. She looked back then smirked. "Took you all long enough..~"

"Yeah, my bad Doctor. I swear it won't happen again." I said sarcastically.

Heifer chuckled softly then looked at Amunet who was leaning against the wall, silent. She heard the doors opening again then looked over at VI and Mina who arrived with a Royal Guard.

"What the— VI, Mina what the hell are you doing with a Royal Guard?!" Heifer asked.

"You literally will not believe us if we told you! She was being attacked by a Hellhound! A Hellhound! Creatures only found in the UNDERWORLD!" VI shouted, still in shock.

"What..?!" April asked in disbelief.

"I can vouch for these heroic young ladies. I was being chased down by a man named Darkness. He is supposedly looking for a young man who has some close relations to Sephora." The woman said.

I grunted softly and crossed my arms. "They're back..? Why? Mama told me they followed her so they could get away from me.."

"Why are they after August anyway?" Nina asked.

"This is where I step in." Nagini said. She walked forward and everyone gathered around her. "Right now August is being tracked by two entities, Headmaster Vinson and The Fallen. I've come with a deal for all of you.."

"What is it?" Lily asked.

"This deal goes specifically to the Zodiacs. I want each of you to be my test subjects no matter what, no matter the day or the duration...in exchange you all will have my protection along with the other Infinity Council Members' protection." Nagini said.

"Wait what..?" April asked.

Nagini smirked and walked toward the balcony of the rooftop. "Right now, only a few of us survived the battle of Shangqui in China. Some of us haven't been able to resurrect yet. Only six of us are around Exzodiac. Me, Liao Ru, Misao, Pryniau, and Qiao Zhi."

"No way...We are really going to be teaming with members of the Infinity Council?" Heifer asked in awe.

"Times are getting tough for you all. Anyone associated with August right now is also a target. If you want to survive, you all need more power. So will you all accept this deal?" Nagini asked.

I looked at everyone else then they looked at me. I smiled then looked at Nagini then walked forward, holding my fist out toward her. "We accept..."

Nagini looked at my fist then back at me. She chuckled softly then gave me a fist bump. "Alright, now let's move this forward.."

We heard multiple explosions then noticed a ray of light speed down the alleyway. Lily immediately sensed the energy and knew it was Imogen. Black clouds rushed after Imogen then I grunted as I sensed the energy.

I hurried toward the balcony then noticed a man walking along the clouds. A faint memory flashed in my head then my eyes shined. I noticed a faint glow on the left side of my chest.

"August look out!" April called out.

I looked up and grunted as I dodged the dark serpent's attack then noticed multiple ninjas in black cloaks appearing around the building. We were being ambushed and it caught all of us off guard.

"This power...it's the same power that helped take down North Emerald." Amunet said then walked forward.

"Heh...This isn't how our meeting was supposed to go, but let's get this party started." Nagini said then summoned her Cross behind herself.

[Mission: Protect the Royal Guard!]

I looked at the group of ninjas then dashed forward. One ninja rushed toward me then turned into black smoke then appeared above me, going for the assassination. I grunted as I dodged their attack then went for a Lion's Fist, but their bodies turned into black smoke.

"Ugh! I can't hit them!" April called out.

"They are mimicking smoke! Allow me to take lead!" Nina called out.

Nina rushed forward and slammed her hand down against the building then a rush of wind blew across the battlefield. The ninjas grunted as they lost their cloaks.

"Nice one, Nina!" I called out. "Lily! Let's go!"

I rushed forward and Lily ran after me. We began to take down a wave of ninja then one ninja used a burst of speed to appear behind me, but Lily kicked him away then warped toward him and knocked him upwards.

I tossed my Zodiac Crystal toward Lily and she bellowed as her body became surrounded by flames. She deployed her Cross then arrows of holy fire began launching in the air then crashed down, striking down more ninjas around us.

Heifer heard a howl then noticed a Hellhound leap on the rooftop and grunted as she looked at it. "An actual Hellhound..."

Nagini watched the Hellhound then snapped her fingers and a shockwave rushed toward the Hellhound and struck it. She smirked and transformed her Cross into a sword then rushed forward. She jumped up then teleported toward the Hellhound, slashing down at it then kicked the Hellhound off the building.

She flew down toward the Hellhound, going for the stab, but the Hellhound howled loudly, using its soundwaves to push Nagini back, but Nagini used her heart beat to overpower the Hellhound's howl.

"Weak." Nagini said then teleported to the ground and stood up then closed her eyes.

Blood began to rain down and the head of the Hellhound landed beside Nagini. Black clouds crept around the corner and Nagini looked over at the clouds then noticed Darkness walking out of the clouds.

"You managed to kill my Cerberus. You're no normal hero." Darkness said.

"Hero? Ha! I'm more of an Anti-Hero. I only go where the strongest are. If you see me as a hero then so be it." Nagini said.

Darkness stopped walking then looked up and noticed me at the balcony. "Hmph... You took him under your wing huh?"

"Had to because of people like you. You won't be landing a finger on my Lab Rat nor his girlfriends." Nagini said.

Darkness crossed his arms and sighed. "Make it easy and tell him to surrender the Fluorite."

"As if I'd do something that stupid, Balor. He's mine. If you want him, you're gonna have to get through me." Nagini said.

Darkness chuckled then caused his clouds to rush toward Nagini. Nagini snapped her fingers then an invisible wall of spatial energy blocked the clouds. Darkness grunted and added more pressure to the clouds.

"Useless." Nagini said then teleported toward Darkness and kicked him away then landed on the ground. She manipulated gravity, pulling Darkness back toward her.

Darkness manipulated gravity as well and blew Nagini away with a burst of spatial energy. Nagini grunted and flipped backwards off one hand then landed on her feet. Darkness adjusted his mask then slowed summoned his katana.

"I see you're no normal threat. I might have to actually take you seriously." Nagini said and smirked.

Darkness walked forward slowly then warped toward Nagini and slashed down at her, but Nagini parried his attack then knocked him away with a burst of wind. She stomped on the ground and a chunk of the ground flew upwards. She hurled the large chunk of ground at Darkness, but he slashed upwards, splitting the chunk in two.

"My turn..." Darkness said then his Crest of Nothingness shined on his hand. He rose his sword upwards then a burst of dark energy surrounded his sword. The energy began to warp the area around us, shattering the glasses of the buildings and setting off alarms. "Nothing Break."

He slashed down, landing the attack. He bellowed and sliced Nagini in two then a purple and black light shined and an explosion happened. We all watched in shock and realized how much stronger Darkness was than us. We noticed a bright light shine then heard a laugh.

"Oh come on, people. You though he could have had me beaten THAT easily?!" Nagini laughed then the smoke cleared, revealing her Super Form.

Nagini chuckled and her arms became snake like then she extended her arm toward Darkness, grabbing him then pulled him back toward her. She knocked him upwards then rapidly flailed her arms around, rapidly striking Darkness then knocked him away. Darkness recovered and quickly retreated around the corner, evading Nagini's attack.

'This woman...Who exactly is she..? How is she this strong..?' Darkness thought to himself.

Nagini ran toward Darkness then began surfing on water, crashing into Darkness and washing him away with the tides. She jumped upwards then formed a ball of destructive energy.

"Infinity Technique No. II: Black Hole Annihilation." Nagini said then condensed the ball into a small orb of black energy then pointed it at Darkness. "Go back to the hell hole you crawled from."

Nagini fired the small orb of energy at Darkness then it expanded into a black hole and swallowed Darkness whole then an explosion happened. A void of energy began to swallow the debris, growing smaller by the second then disappeared.

"What the hell, Nagini! You did way more damage than we every could imagine doing!" I yelled.

Nagini smirked then noticed a pillar of dark light appear in front of her then disappear. "He retreated...Hmph."

The Cloaked Angel looked at Nagini then smiled before dispersing into white feathers and retreating as well. I watched Nagini and smiled at her then closed my eyes. I began to think about Darkness...he seemed so familiar with me, yet I couldn't put my finger on it.
