The air in Beacon Hills was thick with palpable tension as Scott, Stiles, Elias, and Cora gathered in the school parking lot. Scott's bite had already happened, and things would never be the same. Scott was trying to process everything while his friends struggled to support him in this new reality.
"Scott, how are you feeling now?" Elias asked with an understanding look, knowing that Scott was dealing with a profound change.
"It's... complicated. Everything is so intense, and I don't know how to handle it," Scott replied, his voice trembling slightly as he spoke.
Cora placed a hand on his shoulder, conveying strength and understanding. "We went through this too. You're not alone in this, Scott. We'll help you understand and control your powers."
Scott nodded, grateful but still confused. "Thank you. I really need it."
The next morning, Scott woke up feeling different. His senses were sharper; he could hear his mother's heartbeat in the kitchen and the birds singing miles away. He looked in the mirror, and his eyes reflected an unusual gleam.
"Scott, are you okay?" his mother asked from the door, noticing something strange about her son.
"Yeah, Mom. Just a little tired," Scott replied, trying to sound unconcerned.
After school, Scott and Stiles met at Stiles' house, where he had been frantically researching what had happened to his friend.
"Scott, I found something," Stiles said, showing him an old book about local legends. "Look at this, werewolves. It all fits: the heightened senses, the superhuman strength, even the bite."
Scott looked at him incredulously. "Werewolves? Are you joking?"
"I know, it sounds crazy, but it all makes sense. You have to believe me, Scott," Stiles replied with determination.
At school, Allison noticed that Scott was different, more distant and distracted. She decided to confront him during lunch.
"Scott, can we talk for a moment?" Allison asked, her expression filled with concern.
"Sure, what's up?" Scott replied, trying to hide his nervousness.
"I don't know... You seem different. Are you okay?" Allison looked intently at him, searching for any sign on his face.
Scott hesitated for a moment before responding. "Yeah, I'm just a bit distracted. Nothing to worry about."
Allison didn't seem convinced but decided not to press further. "If you need to talk, I'm here for you."
Later that day, Elias and Cora decided to talk to Scott, not revealing the whole truth but giving him some advice on how to handle his newly discovered abilities.
"Scott, it's important that you learn to control your impulses. The full moon is coming, and that's when it will be hardest," Elias said, his tone serious and concerned.
"What should I do?" Scott asked nervously.
"We'll try to keep you calm, but you need to learn to maintain control," Cora said, her voice firm yet understanding.
As the full moon approached, Scott felt a growing unease. Elias and Cora were also worried, knowing what it meant for a newly transformed werewolf.
"The full moon is dangerous for the newly transformed. You need to be prepared, Scott," Elias warned, his tone grave.
"What should I do?" Scott asked, his voice betraying his fear.
"We'll be with you all night. We'll help you maintain control," Cora replied, nodding with determination.
That night, Scott locked himself in his room, feeling the influence of the full moon. The transformation was painful, but with Elias and Cora's help, he managed to maintain some control.
Scott tried to keep his normal life at school while dealing with his new abilities. His relationship with Allison was becoming complicated as he tried to hide what was really happening to him.
"Allison, there's something I need to tell you," Scott said one day after class, his voice serious.
"What is it, Scott?" Allison asked, worried.
"I'm not the same person I used to be. I'm going through something I can't explain," Scott struggled to find the right words.
"Scott, whatever it is, I'm here for you. You don't have to face it alone," Allison replied, her tone comforting.
Elias and Cora noticed that the pressure was affecting Scott, and they worried about how he would handle the full moon.
"We need to stay close to Scott tonight. We can't let him lose control," Elias said, his voice firm.
"I agree. We need to make sure he's safe, both from himself and from others," Cora replied, nodding.
At the end of the day, Scott and Stiles found themselves in the woods once again, this time with a new perspective and understanding of what Scott was.
"I don't know how to thank you," Scott said, looking at Elias and Cora with gratitude.
"Just remember, you're not alone. We're here to help you," Elias replied, nodding.
As they walked back to town, Scott felt a mix of fear and hope. He knew his life would never be the same, but with friends like Stiles, Elias, and Cora, he had the strength to face whatever came next.
Night was about to fall, and with it, the full moon would rise in the sky, bringing with it new challenges and revelations.
