CHAPTER TWELVE
GRRRR...........
Hahaha, not today alarm clock, I could barely sleep last night and if you have forgotten, TODAY IS MY B-DAY!!!!!!!!. IT'S MY BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!!!, I shouted but then jumped out of my bed when I heard nothing and then ran out of my room and into the parlour....."how dare they not respond to my early morning rant, huh" I thought as I ran down stairs shouting,
" HAPPY MY BIRTHDAY" And that's when I got the response I wanted. Mum hugged me as she said,
" Oh happy birthday sweety"
" My little pumpkin is now a big pumpkin" Dad said while hugging me.
" Oh so now you know its my birthday........you didn't even reply to my morning birthday rant" I whined.
" Oh now my big pumpkin is behaving like a little pumpkin...........why don't you go dress up pumpkin, your friends will be here soon and don't think I didn't see what happened yesterday evening" Dad said which left me wondering what he meant by that..........Ohh, he saw me and JJ......I thought as I went back upstairs...........
I wore a purple jogger with emoji designs and matched it with a white cropped top, that had a big emoji on the front, then I wore a purple fluffy jacket and a small white fluffy sun hat, lastly I took my purple belly bag and ran out of the room, not noticing my bracelet that has lost its colour..........
We were having the party at Loren's pizza palace............
" Where's the birthday girl ?" Jason asked as he came into the house and then hugged me...........
" Hello mate, happy birthday to you" JJ said.
" Aww thank you" I said hugging him back......
" Er er hem" Dad faked a cough to get our attention.
" Oh uhm dad, mum, meet my boyfriend Jason" I said as I held his hands.
" JJ, meet my mum and dad, Mr and Mrs Woods" I added.
" Uhhh, hello Mr and Mrs Woods, I'm Jason Martel and I love your daughter so much, so please give me the permission to take her out " Jason said with so much confidence, shocking me in the process.
" Oh my son, don't act all formal with me. I've been waiting for the day Selena would bring a boyfriend to the house, welcome dear" Mum said in her motherly tone
" Hmm, if you don't bring my little pumpkin back home by at least 8 to 9 pm, you will be 5 feet smaller, got it" Dad, being dad warned Jason.
"Yes sir, I will bring her home healthy and safe" JJ replied to my dad who was already retreating, followed by mum..............

AT THE LOREN'S PIZZA PALACE
Every thing was already set and Jason just got to the pizza palace, he helped me down from the car and told me to close my eyes...........
" Uhm can you close your eyes for a moment please" He said
" But why?" I asked him
" Just do it" He said
" Okay, fine" I said as I closed my eyes and after some time, I felt a cold thing on my neck and my hair being pushed side ways. "Aww he got me a necklace" I thought. And when he told me to open my eyes, I saw the most beautiful necklace ever. It was silver coloured and had a wolf howling at a moon image on the head of the necklace.
" Oh my gosh, JJ its beautiful, thank you " I said to him with tears already forming in my eyes.
" You're welcome darling. Now let's go inside" He said and both of us went into the pizza place, but all the lights were out.
" Uh........"
" HAPPY BIRTHDAY SELENA" I was about asking why the lights were out when my friends jumped out, the lights turned on and they shouted Happy birthday to me.
" Ohhhhhh Happy birthday my baby" Allison hugged me as she congratulated me.
" Happy birthday purple" Danny said as he hugged me, and I swear I heard a growl somewhere, but I shrugged it off as I continued to receive the gifts and hugs..........After some time the party started fully and every where was lively. I was dancing with JJ when Ally came to me and JJ and asked a question.
" Okay honey, tell me when it started" She said.
" When what started " I faked ignorance as I continued dancing.
" Oh you know what I'm talking about " She said and I finally decided to talk.
" Yesterday. He confessed and we started dating cause we have mutual feelings" I said.
" OMG, I never thought you'd fall in love, the others must hear this" She said as she danced away...........
So far the party has been going great. There was a lot to eat, but it was mostly pizzas. There were lots of sodas, colas, and all sorts of chocolate in honor of me. While every one was dancing, I left to get some more snacks from the snack vendor I saw on my way here. So I left the pizza palace and went outside. I was about to go outside when I saw Jason.
" Where are you going mate?" He asked.
" Just going to get some snacks, B.R.B" I replied.
" Ahh, I see, but don't stay too long, okay?" He said.
" Okay, I'll be right back " I said as I ran out of the pizza house............I just got the snacks and was about to head out when I felt something or someone behind me. I turned back but saw no one, so I shrugged it off and continued, but before I could continue, I heard a lady screaming, It was the woman that sold the snacks for me but why would she be screaming, I thought as I looked back and what I saw shocked me..............I saw monsters........yeah monsters, they had thick scales and everything. The monster just finished killing the snack woman and was coming for me. The closer it came, the farther I went but before I could escape, one of them held my hand and I screamed............" Let me go, let me go, help!!!!! someone help me. Jason!!! Jason!!!!!" I called but to no avail. The monsters kept pulling me until we arrived at a dark place, I didn't even know where I was, but suddenly, I felt a sharp pain on my hand followed by the metallic smell of blood. It seemed like they wanted my blood because one of them brought out a small bottle and placed it beneath my arm where the blood was flowing from, but as the blood wanted to entire the bottle, it seeped to the monster's hand, burning it in the process. Oh so my blood burns them, I thought. I wanted to escape when I saw a huge black wolf and then I stilled in fear............................
