Mico POV

At some point of our life, we have to disregard all the negative things in our mind that ruin our own decision that make us fear a lot of situation that may take courage for us on how to handle things on our own and don't mind whatever others have to say.

They judge you even without knowing what the real situation is, they don't know what happen and they don't understand you because they only see the mistakes you have than the things you have done in a good way. Not everyone can be kind.

Not everyone can forgive and love and live as you wanted to be and it's okay if sometimes it is you. Yourself is the only person who can understand you when you're having a hard time in life.

But most of it, we need companion to talk with and someone will comfort you when you can't even let out all your pain you feel.

Actually we all have different kinds of path. And it is not right for you to feel weak for not being able to do what others' can, what others' have shown, or what others' have said. The world tells us so many things to be. Somehow, life can be unpredictable when things happen in unexpected time when we all feel bit surprised and make us think what the things we should do before we do it carefully.

I want you to know that there is also one person is ready to be with you even you deny the things you don't want to know but remember that listening is a great strength of all the conversation or communication. But sometimes you have to close your ears and listen to yourself first. We need to learn to teach ourselves and give love before anyone else.

Follow your heart and remember whatever you decide then go for it then make sure it makes you happy not what other tells you to be. No one can hold your happiness but only you. A companion is another person that can make you feel happy and put a smile on your face.

As I grow older, I learn to appreciate small talks, quiet moments, and small things to have. I just suddenly got tired of all the noise, arguments, and competition in life. I'd rather stay away from unhealthy discourse or a negative person that surrounds me. Instead spend my time on meaningful conversations with people who make me see life better than being with those toxic people that will take you for granted and destroy in the end

"Sir, do you like anything? Vodka? Beer? Wine? Alfonso?"

"Ah no, thank you and I'm just waiting for someone" I said or maybe I should borrow a guitar if they have one

"Do you have a guitar here?"

"Ah yes, wait a minute" he said then went over the side of the stage and get one guitar and then gave it to me

"Thank you so much"

"Okay sir, I'll just leave you a mineral water and some appetizer to eat" he said then he really something on my table

"Okay, thank you"

The sound of string is in tune and the sound is great. I start to play it. I just realize that I don't know what song I'm going play

What taking her so long? It's been 1 hour already since I got here in the bar yet she's not her. I'm in the middle of cleaning the storage room when that jamie just got in. Actually, I'm waiting for my annoying cousin right now because she just call me that she want to visit me without letting me know right now when I still have to clean the storage. She wants me to meet here in the bar which I don't really quite find it interesting to come because I prefer in beach

"Okay everyone, thank you for coming here for tonight's event. Since the singer is not here yet so we might at least for her to come. Anyway, we would like to ask for someone to sing for us. Does anyone of you here in the bar would like to sing?"

I just ignored the emcee of the event because I'm not into singing today and I'm just waiting for my cousin who is very slow.

"The guy who's holding a guitar right now" then the lights is on me and everyone is looking at me

"Can you come up to the stage?" he said but I just shrugged by saying no at all

"Come on" then he went to me and pull me going to stage. I have no more choice just to come on the stage

"I can see that we have a talented and handsome guy with us. Your name sir?"

I saw Xander and I called him

"Dude, what are you doing there? Are you going to sing?" I just look at him telling me that he should help me out here

"Mr. Dough, he is singer and you can count on him" xander said and is he serious with that

"I need to serve the customer dude, you can do it. Fighting" great, that's what you called a friend

"Mico Skylar"

"Give a round of applause to Mico Skylar, he is going to sing for us while the main event will start when the singer is here"

Here goes nothing. I start to play the guitar

I can see that there are a lot of customers right now and some are taking a video of me while performing here in stage. I'm just waiting for my cousin then here I am on the stage doing a live performance in front of these drunk people right now and I wish they won't post it on any social media

I went down the stage and go back to my seat. Then I heard them clapping and I just smile even it's a bit awkward for me

"That is nice dude" I just knock him down and play with his hair

"Dude, stop that. You're ruining my hair"

"That's for not helping me out" I said and he just laugh at me

"Excuse me" the girl said

"I think you have chix here" xander whisper then left me

"Xander"

"I think we already met before"

"I don't know what you're talking about" I said and I think she is a clingy person which I hate the most

"James actually introduced me to you, don't you remember?" she said and I don't think so because I never seen her before

"Pauline Miller and this is Tracey Perry"

"No I don't, would please give me privacy right now?"

"I told you, he doesn't remember you and he's not interested at all" that tracey said and they left me already. And now, meiying is calling me

"Hello"

"I'm already here mico, where are you?" – meiying

"At the bar more than 1 hour waiting for you"

"Sorry about that mico, the taxi pin the wrong direction" – meiying

"Are you alright?"

"Yah, I'm fine and taxi driver just apologized to me which I said it's okay since I can see he's tired" – meiying

"Just come here, because I still need to do something in school yet you called me out of nowhere telling me yo..." then someone kiss me on the cheeks and that made me drop my phone on the table

"Who the he..."

"It's me meiying wu, your gorgeous cousin at all times" then she sit beside me and people are looking at us right now. I forgot, she's an actress and famous singer at the same time

"Omg, is that meiying wu? The famous singer and actress in California and she is so gorgeous in personal"

"I can't believe mico skylark is here. The famous guy in the Stanford High Academy"

"I think the girl with him must be his girlfriend"

"Wow, dude she is so pretty"

"That's Meiying Wu, the famous actress and singer in California that we wish we could meet her. Now it's our lucky day"

"What are you doing here anyway?"

"Don't you even miss me?"

"It's not like that, you really made a surp...." she hugged me tight and people keep staring at me. I couldn't suddenly breathe and she keep hugging me

"Mei...ha...meiy...ha...meiying"

"Oh sorry about that, I forgot" then she immediately let me go

"Huff...sigh....huff"

"Are you alright?"

"Yes, I am fine and don't worry about me" I wipe my sweat and try to breathe in and out

"You know what! I miss you so much mico even you don't miss me" she said and I just laughed at her. She is such a brat making herself feel pity and trying to be cute. Okay fine, I'll hug her too even some customer here are looking at us and might we're a couple. It's been 10 years since we get to see each other again and I still remember when a jerk trying to harm my cousin just because they break up doesn't mean meiying still want to get back then we pretend to be a couple, he already stop messing with my cousin and already found someone. I can never forget that jerk did to my cousin and made her cry for useless reason.

"Why don't you tell me something about your school? Is it amazing? Did you make a lot of friends?"

She is still the same as I met here in california at least for a week way back 2011. I know she really like to ask a lot of things to me and I don't know how will I going to answer it one by one.

"I won't be here for long, maybe tomorrow night I'll be leaving and going back to California because I have photo shoot. So I might as well spend my time with you now and I have an event to attend today"

"I see, still you didn't call me ahead so that I could fetch you in the airport"

"I didn't bother because I know you have a class so I made a surprise" meiying said but she is just looking at me and it's kind of uncomfortable. She is still clinging at me and linking arms

"At least, I can make a time for you"

"Anyway, if no one would like to sing then a band will do the part and play a song with us. Please enjoy the event today as wait for her"

"How have you been?"

"I'm doing fine and I'm still with my friends"

"Do you still have those nightmares?" she asked which I didn't bother answering it because every night I'm trying myself to sleep and calm down

"Anyway, have you met the girl? The one you been telling me"

"Not yet, and I don't know where to find her and I can't seem to see that girl"

"You must be unlucky, but you might know like she's just around and you already met her but you just don't recognize her at all" she said and that make me think. Maybe she's right and why can't I even remember what she looks like or I'm just not good at recognizing someone

"Is she the same girl you saved from drowning at the same time when a crazy stalker followed her?" meiying said which I still remember how terrified the girl is

"I don't know" I said

"Anyway, Do you have a girlfriend now?"

"No I don't have one, why?" then she smirked at me. She really likes teasing me because I don't have a girl to introduce it to her

"Don't tell me? You're still waiting for your first love?" I just shrugged but it's true and I'm still waiting for her and I might able to meet her soon once I could get to recognize her.

"Come on, mico you should find her or else you'll regret losing her at the time you find that she already has a boyfriend"

"Stop teasing me cousin okay, I'm going to find her remember what I said today"

"Then introduce me to her, once you find her" is that serious? Feels like she is going to make a deal

"Let's make a deal, I'll give you 3 months to look for her and introduce the girl to me then I'll buy you a new car. But if you fail to find her for 3 months, then you'll be my assistant for 1 year in my work" she said and waiting for me to respond

Should I take it as a deal? But why I do I feel it's a bit unfair to me. She just given me 3 months to look for her while 1 year to be her assistant if I fail

"Okay fine, 6 months"

"Deal"

"I knew it, but I hope you find her and I don't want you to be lonely. Because melody asks me to help you to find a girlfriend which I just laugh at her"

I just suddenly miss my little sister and how I wish she is here right now with me

"Mico, remember what melody said to me when we last met, she told me to always check on you if you're doing fine, not crying over sensitive things, if you're eating well and she hope that someone will take care of you even she's not around anymore. Also, she said that you shouldn't blame your parents especially your dad" that made me feel broken inside again and I can't believe I lost her and couldn't do anything to save her.

I hate the fact, I called him multiple times to save melody but he is not answering and his phone is always busy and same goes with mom.

But when melody is gone, that is the only time they arrive when melody is not breathing anymore

"I find it weird and I didn't know that was the time I met her. She's just 10 back then and I really miss her right now" then I couldn't held back my tears

"Don't cry mico, I hope you won't have nightmare anymore" then try to comfort me

"Anyway, have you eaten?"

"Ah not yet, but maybe later at home" I said

"How is benjamin, james and charles? Are they doing fine?" she asked. How can she be this so talkative? When I just listen to whatever she says but at least I don't get bored at all when she's the one who do all the talking and sharing a lot of things

"Yes, I think so"

"Wah, meiying! How can you be so talkative?" I said and made her laugh

"Well, you know me well mico. Of course, that's me and you'll get used to it somehow" a lot of guys are looking at her and I don't blame here if she is really famous but I hope no one will come near her because they'll regret that. I might kill them

"I'm still amazed on what I am right now and thanks to you. I realized what I want to be and you help me with that. Then here I am, look at me! I'm an actress at the same time singer which I already achieve my dream" she said while putting a thumbs up

"I told you but you won't believe me back then, because you thought that I'm joking or teasing you. Remember, if a lot of people pull down then you must stand up and build yourself as better person. Always kill them with kindness not having revenge because they judge you" I said and she hugged me

Here we go again and I can't breathe

"Sorry couz, do you still have that trauma?"

"No comment. By the way, I thought you have an event to attend today" I said because it's already 5pm right now

"Excuse me, are you Ms. Meiying Wu?" the emcee approach and asked her

"Ah yes, that's me. Is the event going to start now?"

"Yes, we been waiting for you Ms. Wu"

"Oh really, I'm just here along with my cousin" then point at me

"I see, I thought she is your boyfriend" I just laughed and the emcee went back to the stage

"I think our singer is here. Let us all welcome Meiying Wu, the famous singer and actress in California who would sing for us tonight's event. She is also the ambassador of Gucci, Prada and Elle Magazine. Please give her a round of applause" the customer clapped and I think it's about to start now

"I need to go now meiying, just enjoy the event and call me if you're done" I said and then went up stage then I left the bar about to go back to school since the storage is not yet done cleaning. How is she right now?

Because I left her earlier even though she was calling me and she was shouting. I didn't mind her and left the mop because meiying suddenly call me telling me that she's here that made me left the storage room. At least the school isn't far from here and I can get there in 10 minutes.

Jamie POV

"What time is it?" Why do my head hurts and body feels like I'm been buried alive on the ground. I just woke up and lying at the bed. I thought I'm cleaning right now on the storage room of the school and right now I'm on my room. Why is it so dark right here? I just stretch my body so that I can feel more awaken. Then someone knocked on my door

"Come in"

"Jamie, let's go shopping now" what is she wearing? I thought she is just going to the mall and now her clothes say like to the club. I step out of the room and I don't know what's happening

"Isn't it you're cleaning at the studio room?"

"Huh? What are you talking about? Jamie, why would I clean a studio room?" she said then

"Hello, were studying at Stanford high academy. Don't you remember?"

"Stanford what? Jamie, did you hit your head again? There's no such academy here in USA and are you feeling alright?"

Omg, what is exactly happening here? I can't remember anything and here I am lying at the bed.

"Where is alexis and michelle?"

"Downstairs at the living room and you should take a shower first before we go shopping now. We will wait for you" she said then left my room. I'm really confused and I don't understand what is happening because all I remember is I'm in a storage room. Then fixing the boxes, chairs, table, equipment, staff and others. Oh that annoying jerk

I went downstairs immediately and I saw them at the living room. Alexis is busy at her phone while michelle is watching TV then lovely is talking to someone on her phone

"Girls" they didn't hear or notice me

"Girls! What are you doing here?"

"What do you think we're doing? Jamie, did you hit your head somewhere?"

"I mean, what just happened? I thought you girls are cleaning at the campus, swimming pool, studio and I'm cleaning at the storage room"

"We don't know what you're talking about but we must go now, since lovely really wants to go shop at this late night" alexis said and I don't know what's going on right now? But it's good to be back here than there

They try to fixed me up and dress me "Magnificent! Wonderful! You look gorgeous jamie" then they clapped at me and feels like crying

"Let's go now shopping. They have sales and I can buy a lot of dress, heels, accessories, make-up and other stuff" lovely said

"She stills the same as we met her" michelle said

"Like you said, but at least we have a fashionista friend who can do the make up with us and fixed what to wear" alexis said too

"Then you girls should be grateful than telling me some staff things that I shouldn't do"

"Girls, don't know james, benjamin, mico and charles?" I said and they just laughed at me like crazy

"Jamie, who are you talking about?" Am I the only one who knows about them?

"Let's go now, I'll be the one driving" alexis said and lovely hold my hand then went out the house while michelle locked it

"Do you want to go to the hospital jamie?"

"No why?"

"Are you sick?"

"No"

They're really weird right now and I don't understand them at all. I thinking I am dreaming right now or what because it's really bothering me like as if nothing happen

"I really love in USA" lovely shout

"Michelle, do you love here?"

"Of course, why would I hate here?"

"Ah nothing, what if we move to another country? Where do want to stay?"

"I probably stay at New York or Switzerland"

"How about you alexis?"

"I probably go to Los Angeles"

"Jamie, how about you? Where do you want to move?"

"Switzerland and France, where I can enjoy the scenery with someone I love"

"Do you like someone jamie? Or are you waiting for someone?"

"Wait, jamie are you in love?" alexis asked

"No, I mean"

"Omg, jamie is in love"

What are they saying? Me? In love? Like whom? They must be kidding me right now

"We're here girls" then alexis park the car

Lovely went out the car and same goes with michelle and alexis. While I'm still inside the car when someone is calling me

"Jamie, aren't you coming out?"

"Ah yes" I said and just ignore the call. Then my phone ring again

"You girls go ahead, I'll just answer this phone call" I said and they went inside the mall already while I'm still at the park

"Hello"

"Is this jamie park?"

"Ah yes, may I know who's calling?"

"This is Lee Min Sae from Wonder Star Entertainment, we would like to sign a contract with you and your friends to be part of our industry. Let me know if you have any condition so that I could add it on our contract" – lee min sae

"I see, let me ask my friends first then I'll go back to you" then I feel like someone is looking at me then I check my surroundings

"Okay Ms. Park, I'll wait for your call" then she ended the call. I put my phone on the bag and start to walk but someone is following and I try to walk fast and went to different direction to distract that person. I don't know where I am going as long I lost this person who's been following me around. I feel nervous right now and my anxiety is coming to me because of this breakdown. Is this person a stalker of mine?

Then my phone ring, I try to answer it

"Hello"

"Hello!"

"Hello"

"Please help me"

My hands are shaking and my whole body is shivering. I check my surrounding and no one is following me anymore. I can finally breathe deeply but someone appeared in front of me. Then the phone slipped on my hand and I try to get it

"Jamie" how do this person know my name?

"Who are you!"

"Jamie, it's me carl" he said and I don't remember a name like that

"Why are you ignoring my calls? I thought you like me" he said and he is creeping me out. I try to run off

"You can run all the time from me jamie" he said and I want to go back home now

"Jamie, where are you?"

"Jamie"

Please stop calling my name and stay away from me. I'm scared right now. Where am I right now? It's too dark here

"Here you are, jamie you can't hide from me"

"You pervert! Stay away from me!" I throw a box and anything here that will stop him coming to me

"Jamie, why did you reject me in front of everyone?"

"What are you talking about?"

"Jamie, don't you remember me? I'm the one who likes you and your friends like me"

"Don't come near me, stay away from me please"

"Please, stay away from me!"

"Why can't you like me! Do I look ugly!"

"Why do keep following me!"

"I already told you that we're going to be together soon"

"I don't know what you're talking about"

"Come on, jamie I always sent you a flower and even leave a note on your locker" he said and that creeps the hell out of me. Then he smile at me like crazy. Please just stay away from me and don't hurt me

"Wait, you're in our school baseball team, aren't you?" I said and I can't even think anything right now. Since my mind is on blank

"Finally, you recognize me" then he removed his earphones and look at me

"If you come any closer, I'm going to call the police"

"I don't want to" then he start to walk and make a serious look at me

"What?" then I start to walk backwards until a wall touch my back and he walk closely

"Get lost you crazy stalker!" I said and removed his eyeglasses then he started to laugh like a crazy person

"Come on, you're upsetting me. What do you mean, crazy stalker"

"Be honest with me. You were attracted to me too. Am I wrong?"

I couldn't answer him because he scares me a lot

"Just stay right there! Don't come near me crazy stalker"

"You're hurting my feelings jamie. Then why did always smile at me when you passed by? And help me with those bullies?"

"About that, I just don't want anyone get bullied"

"No, I think you like me" he said

"No I don't"

"Actually, I thought you were pretty for a while"

"Then you just happened telling that you like someone and I think it's me"

"I don't really understand what you're talking about"

"So that's when it started, my pure love. Then we keep bumping into each other like we were meant to be. It was just a matter of time until you became mine. But when a lot of suitors approaching you and they say they like you. You dare accept anything they give to you and yet you just throw mine"

"Carl, I don't reall..."

"Don't you think that drive me insane! Huh!"

"I didn't know about it"

"Carl, you must be mistaken" Then he hold me but I'm trying to let go on his grief

That is when I I sat down and cried because I was scared of him. I don't know what I would do right now

"Jamie, just date me instead"

I cover my ears and close my eyes "Stay away from me please, just leave me alone! You crazy stalker!"

"Jam...."

"Please!!!"

"AAAAAHHHHHHH! STAY AWAY FROM ME!!!!"

"Jamie, it's us"

"Jamie, are you alright?"

Then I hear a music and "AHHHHH!" I stood up suddenly because I seemed deaf to the sound. It was all a dream and I thought it was true. Why did I get to dream that crazy stalker who causes my trauma for 4 year? Where am I right now? I saw someone laughing and I rub my eyes. It's him?

"What so funny?"

"You" then he laughed at me

"So you're the one who play that loud music" I said and he just ignore me

I'm drooling right now and I wiped the side of my mouth then did a little bit stretching so that I won't have a cramp. Is there any mirror here? I found one and check myself. What the hell is this!

"MICO SKYLAR!!!!! YOU'RE GOING TO PAY FOR THIS!" I try to remove it at least the marker it's not permanent or else it's hard to remove it

"Where are you?! How could you do this to my face?!" I shouted

I noticed that the boxes are organized, even the chairs, table and equipments. Did he clean all of this? I'm just amazed and everything is neat right now. I must say he is impressive in cleaning this but it won't change my mind to kick his ass after what he did to my precious face and how could he draw on it!

"Where are you?! You idiot!" then I try to look for him so that I could kill him this time.

I suddenly slipped off and there is a mop here. My butt hurts and he just left it here when the floor is still wet. I can't even stand up right now and I think my ankle broke but I hope is not. Try to stand up but the lights went off and I heard someone locked the door. I try to walk but I can't and it's too dark here. I can't even see anything right now. Where is my phone? I need to look for it

"Jamie"

"Who's there?"

"Jamie"

"I said, who's there?!"

"Jamie, why can't you like me?"

"Stop fooling around! Who are you!"

"You said you like me"

Why my hands are suddenly shaking and I feel too nervous right now?

"Jamie, date me instead"

I cover my ears and close my eyes "Is anyone out there! Help me please!"

"Jamie, I know you like me!"

"Stay away from me! Just leave me alone!"

I can't breathe properly

"Please help me! Someone is here right now!"

Don't tell me that crazy stalker is here? Please, save me. Anyone out there? I don't know what to do and my mind is blank. I hold my chest and breathe in but I can't and it's becoming blurred right now

"Jamie, then you just happened telling that you like someone and I think it's me"

"STAY AWAY FROM ME, YOU CRAZY STALKER! DON'T COME NEAR ME PLEASE!" then I heard the door opened and I don't who it was because I can't see it clearly. But I think he is approaching me and hold me. My head hurts and I'm having a hard time right now

"Jamie wake up"

"Jamie"

"Jamie, are you alright?"

Is it a guy? I can't see it properly, I keep hearing my name and I can't identify who it was. All I can say that my trauma is back again and it haunt me down even when I almost drowned from my own death. I try to touch the face, until I black out all of the sudden.
