Alexander walked to the door when someone knocked. He opened it and greeted Penelope and Astra with a smile.

Penelope hugged him warmly and asked, "How are you?"

Alexander hugged her back and replied, "I'm fine. How was the trip, Penny? I hope it wasn't too tiring."

Penny reassured him, "Not at all. I'm excited to see the show."

Alexander smiled and turned to Astra. She looked much better than the last time he saw her. Her boils were gone, and it seemed she only had acne now.

It was clear from her state that she wouldn't be able to become a model ever again. Alexander had spoken to Penny the previous night, and she told him that it was the best the doctor could do.

Unfortunately, Astra would have acne for the rest of her life. Alexander gently caressed her cheek and asked, "How are you?"

Astra hugged him and replied, "I'm sad."

Alexander comforted her by patting her back and saying, "It's gonna be okay."
