2.32 Blackmail
Cass looked at Shuo and asked:
"What do you think it is?"
Shuo tightened his hold on Cass' hand.
"Who gave you that engagement ring?"
Yawen smiled.
Cass answered:
"Gege."
Shuo's eyes darkened, and he slowly looked at Yecheng. During Cass' birthday party, he heard him call Yecheng Gege. Shuo trembled when he saw the proud smile on Yecheng's face.
He peered at Cass and tried to pull the ring. Cass pushed him away, but Shuo kept trying to get it. Yecheng stood up and shoved him. Shuo's back hit the wall.
Yecheng stared at Cass' red hand worriedly.
"Are you alright?"
Cass nodded. Yecheng massaged his hand and kissed his wrist. Cass couldn't stop himself from smiling tenderly. In the previous universe, Gege would always kiss him there, it was where his soul-bound mark was.
Shuo took a step forward, but stopped when he felt Yecheng's murderous aura. He stood at the side, near Changsu, and yelled:
