The Tree who Devours

It was a peaceful morning in place in the far south of the Philippines, the sun peeked through mountains and the sky has no clouds. Blaive came out from his house to absorb the fresh air, away from pollution.

Blaive is an 18 years old Grade 12 student. He is always a shut-in and doesn't have many friends. Even though he has only a small circle of friends, he is a good communicator and a persuader. But still, he has not experienced having a girlfriend. His family is not home because both were abroad, working for his future. He is living alone in a house near a busy road.

He is an otaku, watching different animes every day made him a shut-in and a loner. Loneliness for him somewhat brought happiness instead of depression.

He hasn't slept the whole night making him a zombie. He watched anime the whole night, he totally forgot to sleep.

His favorite anime genre is isekai! Isekai means a character will be reincarnated or summoned into a new world. He also read about isekai or transmigration novels from webnovel. Because of these things he has now a dream, to be transported as a badass powerful warrior mage into another world. Blaive laughed at himself when he remembered his dreams and how hopeless he was.

He is now hungry after watching anime whole night, so he decided to buy an instant food. Then he crossed the road subconsciously still thinking about being transmigrated to another world to become a badass character. Then, suddenly there is a TRUCK rushing into his direction, he heard the beep of the truck but when he looked at it was now near to him. He still managed to utter words "Please legendary TRUCK-SAN, transmigrate me to another world." Then the Truck crashed into his body.

[ I am Nica, your assistant. I will assist you and answer all of your questions. But first let me familiarized with your body and after you passed through that light I will activate again to answer all of your questions.] Then the voice stopped and faded.

Blaive wanted to argue at first but then he paused and stop his thoughts of questioning because no one will be going to answer him.

He waited patiently to passed through the light.

[Wait wait wait. So this means? I'm being transmigrated? It is all because of truck-san! Truck-san thank you for fulfilling my dreams!] he is happy but suddenly got sad. He remembered his family, especially his mom and dad who is sad right now for his loss.

Those who are lower level than you can be devoured immediately. Size matters, you can't devour larger than your body even if the target has lower cultivation than you.

For Digestion, it comes along with Endless hunger. Everything you eat using endless hunger will be digested by this skill. When you digest a creature, you can gain their skills and cultivation bases and making it yours.

For Weather control, you can turn a sunny day into a rainy one in an instant, you can actually create a storm if you want. This skill's power comes up with your own battle power.
