That night, Micah called Alistair to the pool area in the middle of the night. Everyone else was asleep, and the cameramen weren't working either, so it was convenient for them to talk privately.

Alistair had jumped out of bed with his bed hair and raced down the stairs when he heard that Micah was waiting for him.

Micah was sitting on one of the loungers as she looked at the shimmering water in the swimming pool. The reflected light would occasionally cast a glow on her skin. Alistair walked out of the house and found her looking at the pool in a daze.

"Micah," he called softly as he sat down next to her making her snap out of her thoughts to look at him.

"Mmmh, did I wake you up?" she asked, just to be polite.

"No, I wasn't sleeping yet," Alistair answered, not knowing that he looked like he had just jumped out of bed. Micah nodded with a smile, deciding not to expose him, as that would make him feel embarrassed.
