The Tower of Swords

A new game just appeared in our world, the first of its kind being a VRMMORPG, The Sword Tower. A world of swords where lone wolves become a pack and overcome every obstacle, defeating various monsters and climbing the tower as high as possible, not knowing how many floors the tower has. This game is based entirely on melee weapons such as swords, spears, axes, etc., with no magic, just certain combat skills to help players be able to defeat the tower's monsters. We will follow the story of our 5 protagonists growing stronger and advancing into the tower. They are: Alexis, Apollo, Leon, Gilgamesh, and Dante. The concepts appearing in this story are those of pure fantasy and fiction. Everything is based on pure imagination. Note: The first 10 floors as a bonus on the first day of the story. Prologue/Info

After a long wait, The Sword Tower, the first VR game ever created, launched with over 100 million players in the early days. Besides being an augmented reality game, what has attracted a lot of players is that it is an MMORPG without magic, which has never been heard of before. Players have to rely entirely on what they accomplish in the game, on items, materials, levels, statuses, titles, and many other alternatives that the game offers for players to progress and become stronger. The story will focus on a group of 5 people who meet more or less by chance and start to become friends, fighting together and overcoming every challenge.

This story is only a personal fiction. I will try to unfold the narrative and action of the story on floors, trying not to avoid any floor, although some floors may be shorter informationally, while others may be full of happenings.

Short data:

5 protagonists: Alexis, Leon, Apollo, Dante, and Gilgamesh > out of approximately 100 million players.

Game currency: coins > 1 coin = 1 silver coin > 1000 silver coins = 1 gold coin

Grades: Green(D)/Blue(C)/Purple(B)/Orange(A)/Yellow(S)/Red(SS)

In order to proceed to the next floor of the tower, a floor dungeon must be discovered and the Floor Boss must be defeated to unlock the next floor and advance.

Repetitive dungeons where players can make records to gain rewards or in-game prestige.

Unique dungeons that can only be done once and offer much better rewards.

Special Bosses, which can appear and be killed only once, and Field Bosses that spawn regularly (some every few hours or once a day).

If you die in the game twice within 12 hours, you will be disconnected and will not be able to reconnect for 24 hours.

Classes:

Knight, Guardian (These classes rely on a Shield and cannot use weapons such as Greatsword, Battle Axe, and other weapons that require them to be used in 2 hands)

Samurai, Assassin, Thief (Katana, Daggers, Short Swords, Assassins can use two daggers)

Swordsman (Long Sword, Spade) Swashbuckler (two Short Swords)

Lancer (Spear, Lance, cannot use two spears or lances)

Berserker, Warrior (Greatsword, Battle Axe, War Hammer, Scythe)

Each player receives 10 status points at each level and they can invest in their status.

Statuses: Strength, Agility, Stamina, Resilience, Critical, Luck

Main statuses: HP, Attack Power, Defence

Strength= Attack Power

Stamina = HP

Resilience = Defence

Agility = Movement and Attack Speed

Critical = Chance to double the damage dealt

Luck = Raise your luck when it comes to Critical Damage or Drops (can't be raised with status points)

Stamina – 1 point = 50HP

Resilience – 1 point = 2 Defence

Strength – 1 point = 3 Attack Power

+100HP per Level 

+1 Attack Power and Defence per Level
