Ortson returned to his room after eating his breakfast.
Ortson opens his diary where he records everything he experiences and learns about the tower.
Ortson turns over the page with the title of Atomic Mana Circulation Technique.
'After studying the technique, I am confirmed that I need to create the atomic models of inert elements.'
Ortson started to note down inert element and their atomic number.
Mage Apprentice.

Ortson calculated the number of electrons per orbit up to the highest 9th circle.
'By calculation theoretically, it is possible, but there are still some variables in it. This technique is really great, if I sacrifice one electron using the last flare ritual in the outer orbit I can gain a short-term boost in power.'
There are many techniques that can give a temporary boost in power, but they hurt the foundation of the user, from which they may not recover.
But the Atomic mana circulation technique has divided its power between electrons orbiting the mana heart, that's why Ortson can get a temporary boost in power by sacrificing one electron from the outermost orbit with the help power boosting ritual called the last flare.
Ortson sat down on his bed and closed his eye to enter the imaginary space of the soul, and started doing meditation to filter the ether and transform it into mana.
Inside the imaginary space, there is a mana heart in the shape of an atomic model, with 7 electrons in the outermost orbit.
'I need to add the last electron to complete the atomic model of neon.'
Controlling the mana heart is a delicate process, it is the core of a magician, if done too fast or incorrectly, the foundation of a magician will be damaged and it will become an irreversible mistake.
Time passes by, afternoon arrives, outside the window, the sun is setting and the afternoon breeze is entering through the window.
Ortson's eyelids started to move a little, and after a while, he opens his eye fully wide.
'My body is stiff, for how long have I been sitting like this.'
Ortson stood up and started cracking his joints one after another.
'My neck, ack! That hurt.'
Ortson takes out the book- Spell Models for mage apprentice and starts to brows for spell models for 2nd circle magic.
'Let's see, there is a fireball, stone bullet, Aqua ball, and vent blast.
The fireball is the compressed energy in the form of a fireball.
The stone bullet is a bullet made of emulated dirt shot straight at a target.
Aqua ball is a compressed emulated water.
Vent blast is simply compressed air.
'If I use them inside my room, it would have destroyed my adobe. Thankfully I have the commonsense of opening the window and firing spells outside. The range of the spells is almost 50-70m.'
After firing all those spells in succession, Ortson falls down on his bed due to mana exhaustion.

Whenever when Ortson calls for status and is able to see visible improvement he becomes very happy.
At that moment Ortson's stomach started to make noise.
'I am hungry, and I missed today's lunch. I have to go to the library today to return the book.'
Ortson decided to visit the library and on the way, he will decide to eat something from the stalls of the market center.
Ortson closes the door to his apartment, comes down from the building, and started to walk toward his destination all while humming the tunes of the world to reminiscing about his past.
