Chapter Seven: Enduring the Pain
Ananias walked twords Yu with burning red eyes. Every time he took a step the aura giant behind him would take one as well shattering the ground. Yu dashed forward trying to go on the offensive. The aura giant absorbed itself back into Ananias giving his already blazing brown aura a boost. Yu tried to punch his opponent but Ananias caught the punch throwing him high into the air. He then used his superstrenght and jumped as high as he could rising above Yu. Yu tried to sheild from the impeding blow that he knew was coming but it did no good. Ananias flipped landing a crushing overhead kick sending Yu flying twords the ground like a meteor. The blow was so strong it sent of a shock wave and broke the ground where Yu crashed. As Ananias fell he fell he took all his power and smashed a punch into Yu pushing him deeper into the ground. When the dust finnaly cleared Yu layed at the bottom of a twenty foot crater broken.
Ananias then landed beside of him and folded his arms smuggly.
"Wow such a display of might from Ananias! The fight must definitely be over after all that!" The female announcer commented once again.
"No.... I'm..not...done yet! Ive only just....begun....my Journey!" Yu said struggling to rise from the ground trembling. "Oh give me a break!" Ananias taunted grabbing Yu by the arm and hanging him above the ground. Yu didn't even have the strength to resist anymore. Ananias took a fist augmented with superstrenght and brown colored aura and crashed it into Yu's gut making him cough up blood. He did this repeatedly, Yu coughing up more and more blood each time. Finnaly after what seemed like an eternity of pain Ananias stopped. The crowd was now silent.
"Give it up! All you have to do is say that you surrender and I'll stop the match!" Ananias said with a crude sneer on his face. "I'll...never..GIVE...UP!" Yu shouted with ferocity. "Fine by me!" Ananias said blandly crashing his fist into Yu's stomach over and over again."ahhhh!" "Ahhhhhh!" "Ahhhhhhhhhhhh!" Yu cried out in pain Everytime a punch landed, coughing up blood repeatedly. Everytime a punch landed Ananias would ask Yu to just give up....and he always got the same answer; a simple no.
From the stands Myra watched hand over mouth tears streaming from her eyes as Yu cried out in pain from every blow. " He wants so bad...to make his family proud....."she thought. "He won't even give up because that would mean admiring defeat....and hes not just enduring the pain for the pride of his family... it's because he wants so badly to be the best....!"
Ananias finnaly dropped Yu's limp body on the ground, whipping the blood from his hands onto his white dress shirt. " All finished now!" Ananias said turning his back and walking away from Yu. "I'm.....not.....finished...yet!" Yu said weakly grabbing onto Ananias's ankle. " Oh shove of.....don't even get up you Izanami scum!!" Ananias kicked him off and continued to walk away."No....I refuse....to give up.....I refuse to....give In! I don't care if I'm giftless....or in pain..all the bones in my body could be broken and that still wouldn't stop me...I...WILL....KICK...YOUR....ASS!!!" Yu clawed at the ground finding strength from deep within himself to rise once again. He stumbled, then staggered. He lifted his head and his once small black pupils had become large with a crazy glint in them. Yu's once blue T-shirt was now completely ripped and covered in blood showing of his abs. His body was a mass of purple brusses and cuts. His black shorts were riped and his green headband hand wholes in it. "Amazing he has atleast six broken ribs, a major concussion, a compound fracture in his arm, and atleast a broken leg! How are you even standing!" Ananias shouted totally suprised. "I might have left you alone if you had just apologized for bumping into me in the cafeteria...I might have even conceded you were better than me until you brought my family into this! Now you will pay and the whole world will know the name of Yu Izanami." Yu said in a dry tone devoid of caring. Ananias then looked at Yu's black armband that displayed his status." That's impossible...!" Ananias shuddered. Yu then fully rose to he feet and let out a loud scream. His back arched and a fiery blue aura arrupted around him sending out a sonic boom. The crowd had to sheild themselves from the sheer power generated by his Ki.
"It seems we have a new development!" The announcer lady said. "It appears that the digital symbols that once said Yu was a D-RANKER with no gift now reads ?-RANK gift..... All!"
