last winter

IT was a freezing winter morning and the snow for the first time showed up in that season. That day was one of the most exciting and memorable one for me as my younger sister was returning from London after 5 years which was really a long time for me because i hadn't seen her for a while .  I remembered  that day , sky was overcasted with dark clouds accompanied with chilling breeze of dipping winters sun begin to hide behind the dark clouds during the noon slowly the breeze bought up snow the time it was evening . My sister's was supposed to be arriving at 9pm and I already promised her that i would be there to give her a ride to home . But the weather had its own plan the slow falling snow turned into a strom making everyone rushing home and closing of everything , the mercury in the thermometer dipped my promise wasn't seem to be working out so i had no option to call up my sister to inform her that's its impossible for me to show up to the airport to get herself i ride to home.i called her up there were no replies i tried again and after a few tries she picked the phone up with the sweet voice and the first words of "have you reached the airport to pick me up?" , my heart beated fast as it was hard to explain because it was a promise i made , i tried my best to convince her about the situation but my effort went in vein because the moment the words touched the tip of her ears there was a instant scream "you promised me!!" With a little sadness and anger in her voice , i instantly replied "how about if i make u the dinner with your favorite meal , With some drinks and a talking the whole night ?   . My efforts were broken with her just word i got "bye" . With a guilt in my heart and a feeling to compensate i decided to get on making the dinner , my mind just kept on thinking about the weird behavior of her but i just ignored i thought "she would be surely angry after all its 5 years after we meet and she would be angry for sure" . But my assumption didn't made the way i thought . The clock was tickling and the dinner on the table got frezzed like the weather outside. The clock reached midnight , my heart begin to beat fast and i got nervous i decided to enquire at the airport , to my bad the flight had already touched the ground at its sheducled time . My thoughts got wild and weird and my nervousness rushed all over my body , i tried her line multiple time and ended with nothing more than a automated voice note . i sprinted to my garage with my car keys in my hand . The car refused to start as the cold weather might have lead the fluid and engines to freeze the temprature was dripping and fog took over . I rushed the car directly to the airport but to my bad she wasn't there . I thought she would be staying in a near by hotel since it was snowing and it was hard to reach home

and went to search for her , hotel to hotel but my . My pulse rate got higher and my heart begin to beat faster , faster enough for a man with proper ears to count the beats . I parked my car on the roadside because my body was shivring . I glanced out of window and saw a lady with a long wavey hair and black long coat on the other side of the road , she didn't seemed like a homeless , she had a mobile to which she suddenly begin to dial something , the phone in my car begin to vibrate to my luck it was none other than my sister , i quotient her ? "Are you wearing a black coat and standing on 5th park avenue?" To all of this i got a strange answer with a grumpy voice asking "can we bring back the time?" . Suddenly a loud honking truck comes out of the clouds of fog without caring about the overspeeding hits the girl who was opposite to the lane i was ! I heard the voice of the truck crashing on the mobile . I had no idea what just happened but things just broke apart like someone hitted a glass with a stone
