Ep 10: Man eater (2)

The be honest I am not a coward. But sometimes I have this feeling of unworthy towards everything. And to the extend of it I was thinking of suicide nearly everyday because of useless thing I did. Why Just I cannot be normal and happy always?

Resting in a 3rd floor, each of them had their own bed in a different room. However, Annie brought her drunked servants assmbled in the same room.

Nayden kept puking while Kayla was sleepwalking therefore, they slept on the floor next to the bed. Annie reminded both to not open the window for any causes because she casted a talisam on every windows for safety.

By Adam glued to her chest so she had troubled sleeping. She indeed saw Nayden stood up but she ignored it because the boy was moving to another spot that much cooler.

Around 2.45, occupied by a single lantern in a medium room. Nayden had a sore throat that he kept coughing. When he decided to sleep again a weird clicking sound a crossed his head.

Nayden thought it was his imagination and It was a branches tapping on the roof. But nervously he turned his back towards the windows as he saw a creepy figure on the wall he slept at.

He was away from others. Nayden trembled and didn't what to do when he saw an enormous palm with a sharp nails touching the window balcony trying to get inside.

A disgusting figure was grinning when she sees 3 bodies really closes her grip. Apparently she was too big to enter the room that she continuosly tapping her fingertips on the wooden wall to lift her upper body.

Nayden kept hidden from her sight. She hiccuped accidentally just about the figure licking up Kayla's cheek.

The boy coughed.The boy peed in his pants now he gets to see the woman's face he's crying. He cannot move an inch from his space. The woman was looking for him around the corner with her shimmering eyes. Black mucus drolling out of her cracked lips while smiling.

"I know you were there.. somewhere.. I can smell you.. " The woman in the white laces gown that has countless mud on it carefully crawled her fingertips on top of the ceiling.

Her nails clicking on each of the wooden plank made Nayden closed his eyes. The woman managed to get inside and now her upper body was on top of his head.

Nayden was stunned as the woman gently stroked his salt-and-pepper hair with a rancid breath that was capable of making him faint.

"I can't forget how delicious your meat will be especially your testicles..how old are you boy? if only the fat man didn't bother I would have eaten you" The woman exhaled with the intention of making Nayden faint. When she succeeded the woman assessed the joy and quickly trimmed Nayden's pants.

Her sneaky intentions stopped when Nayden suddenly woke up and indented to the side making the grip of her nails slipped and stabbed the boy's thigh. Nayden shouted loudly. Blood spewed out wetting the board.

The woman hugged Nayden's face and begged him to be quiet. She shifted backwards as worried as the fat man woke up from his sleep.

seeing he was not there, the woman panicked that she grabbed Nayden's head to fly it into the woods.

Arriving at the window, a slap if wind hit the woman's face. She was thrown against the wall. Nayden fell into a coma due to blood loss.

"You can't take him. That boy is mine"

The woman was mad and decided stabbed Annie by aiming her nails at the man's neck.

once again the wind blew the creature's face. "Rude man I'll eat you later fat pig I should have known you able see us!!"

The woman pointed at Annie in a rage. Annie looked at her calmly.

"you want me? come and get me" as told, the wicked creature flew over to Annie. Snatched him on the collar and brought him into the jungle.

The shocked Kayla stood up full of sweats. She ran towards Nayden to see if he's alive.

Immediately she treat the boy if not she will living in guilts for the rest of her life. Because she's the one who opened the window.

She saw the blood on her palm and she threw a tantrum. Kayla cried like a baby apologizing to Nayden and woken up Adam.

"it's my fault..everything is my fault? I'm the one who should die.. but why?" She remembers Arthur death 5 years ago due to her mistake making the boy fall of a cliff when no one was looking. She came home sealing her mouth afraid to tell his parent upon his death.

And just like that Arthur was never found neither did his body. For years she lied and ran away to the capital when she heard from Adam that he saw her doing at the back of the mountain.

A month ago Adam came. Wanted to tell her something. She was in joy when she learned that Adam was traumatized and stuttering in his speech as he's the one seeing Arthur's body down the cliff.

She wish to kill Adam if he tells anyone. When he was about to executed she came to the boy to bid a farewell.

Adam told her she forgived her even saying that Arthur might be alive and is In the capital.

Adam talked fluently that she scared he will spit the truth because of the sudden forgiveness from the greatness.

She overheard Idros conversation in letting go of Adam's crime and he will released If only the master died, Adam will be at the faults.

It was her mission anyway, in fact most of her villagers' to assasinate the queen and Arthur was chosen. As he died Kayla took the oath.

well she's just running away until Adam seek for her.

"Kayla? what are you doing?" Adam was behind her. Kayla denied it was her doing when she saw how frightened Adam was.

"It's an accident Adam.. I'm sorry We're just joking" Adam numbed to stone as his face was touched by Kayla's fingers which was full of blood.
