Confine yourself within a compact room and turn off the lights.

Let no light enter.

let no fresh air waft.

And let no interruption disturb your solitude.

Stay there until you feel short of breath.

Stay there until the very air you breathe becomes poison to your lungs.

Stay there until you feel the darkness invade every pore and crevice of your body.

Stay there until that very darkness smothers your face, forcing its way through your nostrils and mouth, then seeping past your eye balls and their sockets.

Let no voice guide you through this labor, and no beacon lead your vessel out this storm. Only the voices in your head would keep you company.

Ones you no longer recognize as yours-- if they even were in the beginning….

Three.

Craze would grip your senses, and your instincts would strangle you, killing every aspect of an intelligent human being that differentiates them from a mindless beast… All in an attempt to tell you to escape.
