How on earth am I going to get back?"
As the thought crossed Velma's mind. A wave of panic surged through her. She had disobeyed Evgenikós and now she was unable to find her way back; stuck in the land of the Fae without enough knowledge of what to do.
Despite how alive the garden seemed with flowers and insects, Velma had not sighted one fae folk. She wondered if they were night people but she did not recall reading anything about that.
"My mind is a powerful tool," Velma repeated those words to herself. She closed her eyes and envisioned herself standing in Evgenikós bedroom.
"Not here," a voice said, cutting through her train of thoughts.
Velma's eyes flashed open upon hearing the voice. She spun around to the direction the voice was coming from but she saw no one.
"Where are you?" She called out In a shaky voice.
